Menu Costs and the Neutrality of Money
A model of endogenous price adjustment under money growth is presented. Firms follow (s, S) pricing policies and price revisions are imperfectly synchronized. In the aggregate, price stickiness disappears and money is neutral. The connection between firm price adjustment and relative price variability in the presence of monetary growth is also investigated. The results contrast with those obtained in models with exogenous fixed timing of price adjustment.
Reflections on globalisation, leadership and pedagogy: Competence-based didactics and Objective based Training.
Numerous research shows us the relationship between the management and process of educational leadership and results in
the quality of the educational system internationally at the time of globalisation. That is why we will talk in this article
about the commitment that the education system and universities, in particular, have to the constant development and
improvement of the quality of teaching and updating of study projects, among others, and above all, of their teachers, as well
as what characterises a teacher with leadership and educational leadership in a competitive and globalised system
Intercultural education and social contentment
With the incremented mass movement the society is in a significant transformation, this fact can be a risk for social unrest. Demographic evolution and change of the society stress the challenges for the institutions. The school represent one of the institutions where future citizens are educated and formed. The classroom is a mirror of the society in change. Today the school is a place of meeting of different cultures; we have more and more multicultural classes with pupils from different countries. The proposed work will analyse how intercultural education can influence the risk of social unrest and improve social contentment. In particular, will be stressed the concept of how the education of intercultural competences can allow the future adults to participate in a constructive and effective way to social and professional life. Method: empirical analysis of literature and research done in the field of intercultural education analysis of the current situation through the ecological model of Brofenbrenner with a specific focus on micro and mesosystem and correlation between all ecosystems
The competence leadership from philosophical and political direction and the challenges in education
The difference between the work of philosophical and political cadres in terms of the multiplicity of aspects that we want to
consider in this article makes it essential to analyse an interdisciplinary vision to lead to the analysis of a system of professional
and personalised resources within the education system and which give content to their professionalism. These skills contribute
to successful performance in favour of social development and continuous "Education-Labour Market" contact. The quality
of orientation, teaching and supervision will also be analysed; it is a reality that can be used in the educational system, which
brings out motivations, feelings, convictions and loyalties which distinguish cadres in today's society in an increasingly
globalised system and which they ensure optimism and unity of thought and action which can be an example to strengthen
leadership
The freedom to be sustainable, from the past to the future
This study aims to investigate the historical evolution of the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR), with a
particular focus on the main theories and events that led it to no longer be a voluntary choice but a necessity for the
company’s long-term survival. The article will first analyze the main definitions in the literature to determine the aspects
that characterize it. Subsequently, using a theoretical approach, a literature review will be performed to describe its
historical evolution, starting from its birth during the Industrial Revolution period (1760-1840) up to the present day.
The analysis results show that, in the scientific debate, the CSR concept was initially focused on the workers’ well-being
and, subsequently, it expanded its scope and significance to include all stakeholders’ categories. Furthermore, it emerged
that CSR become a necessity for the companies’ long-term survival, especially in the post-pandemic period. For this
reason, companies must develop new business models to face sustainability issues and meet social needs
