The improvement of reflexion of students of pedagogical high school as a condition of formation of the future teachers competences

The article examines the development of reflective abilities of students of pedagogical high school as subjects of the educational process. Results of the questionnaire showed that the participation of students in the role of experts, diagnosing their level of formation of general cultural and professional competences, reveals the range of problems of training future teachers. In the students’ opinion, they feel the need to develop competencies, which are related to «ability to use basics of speech professional culture» (OPK-3) and with «the ability to prepare and edit texts for professional and socially significant content» (OPK-6). In this connection, it is possible to determine the students’ request of active forms and methods of training with a view to develop communicative competence required in professional educational activitiesВ статье рассматриваются вопросы развития рефлексивных умений студентов педагогического вуза, как субъектов образовательного процесса. Результаты анкетного опроса показали, что участие студентов в роли экспертов, диагностирующих свой уровень сформированности общекультурных и профессиональных компетенций, позволяет выявить круг проблем профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов. По мнению студентов, они испытывают потребность в развитии компетенций, связанных с «владением основами речевой профессиональной культуры» (ОПК-3) и со «способностью к подготовке и редактированию текстов профессионального и социального значимого содержания» (ОПК-6). В связи с этим, можно определить запрос студентов на активные формы и методы обучения с целью развития коммуникативной компетентности, необходимой в профессиональной педагогической деятельност
