Implementation of Organizational Conduct and Operation Management in Golf Projekt

Project Golf represents a series of activities and work with an irretrievable and unique goal - the ultimate goal being the launch of golf courts and accompanying facilities. Since the golf court project needs to be completed within a certain time period, certain costs and executive limitations in an unstable environment by effectively and efficiently using limited resource, it is clear that golf projects are specifically and demanding. Management and golf project realization is a complex dynamical process and it is necessary for its fulfilment to gather an adequate team of experts lead by a project manager. The scientific discipline of organizational conduct is dealing with actions and attitudes that people are showing in an organization and a project team. Operation management manages those business activities determining all the activities inside an organization tied to transforming input into output and in that way encompass all business functions. Since golf court management and realization is a very complex and demanding process it is clear that these two disciplines need to be applied in golf court realization. This interview of Mr. Dragoslav Jeremic of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, was conducted via email by Global Network Initiative staffer Gil Grein and completed on April 12, 1999. Mr. Jeremic is a 70 year old retired chemist and university professor who specialized in teaching students about spectroscopy and other experimental techniques useful in studying organic molecular structures. Mr. Jeremic is also a Grandfather. The interview focused on the current crisis between NATO and Yugoslavia

Ispitivanje virusnih bolesti riba na području republike Srbije u periodu od 2005. do 2010.godine

Tokom petogodišnjeg istraživanja prisustva virusnih bolesti riba kao što su PVŠ, VHS, ZHN, EHN, ZNG ispitano je 56 šaranskih i 32 pastrmska ribnjaka. Virusne bolesti riba su dijagnostikovane pomoću modernih laboratorijskih metoda: izolacija virusa na kulturi tkiva, PCR, ELISA i test fluorescentnih antitiela. U radu su opisane bolesti riba koje su dijagnostikovane pre 2005., kao što je prolećna viremija šarana, ali i pojava novih bolesti, nakon uvoza živih riba i njihovih proizvoda u Srbiju, i to zarazne nekroze gušterače pastrmki i epizootske hematopoezne nekroze američkog somića

Prisustvo bakterijskih bolesti riba na području Srbije u periodu od 2005. do 2010. godine

U petogodišnjem istraživanju prisustva bakterijskih bolesti riba u Srbiji, ispitano je 28 ribnjaka na kojima se uzgaja kalifornijska pastrmka (Oncorhynchus mykiss) i 15 ribnjaka u kojima se uzgajaju šaran (Cyprinus carpio) i srodne vrste. Tokom istraživanja fenotipski smo identifikovali 120 izolata iz 2320 uzoraka riba, i utvrdili prisustvo jersinioze, furunkuloze, renibakterioze, eritrodermatitisa i septikemije izazvane pokretnim aeromonadama. Najčešće su detektovane infekcije uzrokovane sa Yersinia ruckeri, Aeromonas hydrophila i A. salmonicida, ali je utvrđeno i prisustvo infekcija uzrokovanih sa Pseudomonas putida, Flavobacterium psychrophilum i Pseudomonas fluorescens su također osnovane. Takođe, po prvi put je utvrđena pojava Janthinobacterium lividum infekcije i oboljenja crvenih pega
