Para descolonizar las tecnologías sociales : aproximaciones desde una metodología indisciplinada

Este artículo se propone reflexionar respecto de la dimensión metodológica inmanente a procesos de producción de conocimiento orientados al desarrollo de tecnología social. Estas reflexiones emergen de un proceso territorialmente situado, gnoseológicamente plural, procurando abordar la trama compleja que compone el habitar, a partir de experiencias en el hábitat rural. En ese sentido, el abordaje del plano metodológico supone el cuestionamiento a la jerarquía del saber académico sobre otros saberes, procurando advertir, dialogar y de-subalternizar campos de producción de sentidos y formas de expresiones históricamente invisibilizados. Contributions to the understanding of communication processes in practices of interactoral construction of social technology

El presente artículo da cuenta de la construcción de una trama conceptual que funciona como una primera instancia de análisis para un caso específico, de desarrollo de tecnología social, bajo la dinámica de co-construcción de conocimiento. En este sentido, el análisis de los procesos de comunicación se vislumbra como la dimensión más fértil para el análisis de tales prácticas. Las corrientes conceptuales más relevantes que aquí se articulan pasan por la perspectiva decolonial, y los aportes de algunos de sus mayores exponentes; recupera aportes de la teoría política de la tecnología y del campo de estudios ciencia, tecnología y sociedad; para finalmente recuperar algunas contribuciones del análisis crítico del discurso.This article shows the construction of a conceptual framework that serves as a first instance for a specific case analysis: development of social technology under the co-construction of knowledge dynamic. In this sense, the analysis of communication processes is seen as the most fertile dimension to the analysis of such practices. The most important conceptual currents that are articulated here go through the decolonial perspective, and the contributions of some of its greatest exponents, also recovers contributions from the political theory of technology and the field of study science, technology and society, to finally present some contributions of critical discourse analysisFil: Cejas, Noelia Verónica. Unmasking the Power Dynamic Between Local School Boards and the State Executive Branch: Implications for Future Local School Safety Protocols

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought attention to the government’s power in controlling the operation of public schools. The legal and political differences among local school boards and the State’s COVID policies are exemplified in media headline battles pertaining to school reopening and the Governor’s so called “anti-mask mandate.” The State capitalized on its emergency powers at the expense of providing local school boards with the autonomy to enact district-wide protective measures. Local school boards have faced several challenges in arguing against State Emergency Orders including a difficulty with proving state compulsion to comply with its directives, overly broad statutory language providing limited guidance, and judicially created doctrines like the political question doctrine and separation of powers preventing court intervention. There is still an opportunity for school boards to enact district specific COVID protective measures and return the power over emergency decisions to the local, most community representative level. First, school boards should argue, as other states recognize, the broad State Constitutional mandate to provide for safe, public schools implies a court review mechanism to ensure basic, educational standards are being met. Second, Florida Statute Section 1001.42 grants school boards the power to protect student welfare and supervise the daily operation of schools, which should allow school boards to implement their own safety protocols to meet local needs

Fijación de la defensa y alteración del yo, dimensión ficcional del yo

Luego del denominado “Giro de los años 20” las preguntas y desarrollos de Sigmund Freud en torno a lo que gustaba llamar “técnica psicoanalítica” se vieron atravesados por las nuevas construcciones conceptuales. Así, el establecimiento de lo no ligado de la pulsión, su particular modo de repetición y la reformulación del ‘mapa’ anímico se fueron anudando a las preguntas acerca de la eficacia del psicoanálisis. Los obstáculos que ciñe en este momento de su obra, serán circunscriptos en torno a tres modos de la resistencia, articulados cada uno a las nuevas tres instancias establecidas. Atravesando esta categorización, hay dos o tres problemas en los que intentaremos detenernos: la fijación a la defensa, la alteración del yo y la alianza posible con esta instancia como estrategia terapéutica. Tópicos que, retomados tanto por la Psicología del Yo, como por la enseñanza de Lacan, han dado lugar a diferentes orientaciones en la lectura de la obra de Freud.After the so-called 'twirl of the 1920s' Freud's questions and developments around what he liked to call 'psychoanalytic technique' were crossed by new conceptual constructions. Thus, the establishment of the non-connectedness of the drive, its particular mode of repetition, and the reformulation of the 'map' of the soul were tied to questions about the efficacy of psychoanalysis. The obstacles that surround him in this moment of his work will be circumscribed around three modes of resistance, each articulated to the 'new' three established instances. Going through this categorization, there are two or three problems in which we will try to stop: the fixation to the defense, the alteration of the self and the possible alliance with this instance as a therapeutic strategy.
