The relevance of improving the theory of management in terms of indicators of economic efficiency of innovative development of enterprises is justified by the needs of high-tech industry. Mechanisms are needed to regulate the imbalance of their goals of economy and innovation using the resources of educational and scientific objects. The lack of monitoring of factors of the knowledge economy, the functioning of enterprises outside the complex of its facilities exacerbates the problems of imbalance of goals. The insufficient quality of interaction regulation in the complex determined the goal of developing new models of the theory and methodology for the formation of a mechanism with predictive and controlling properties of assessing and regulating target quality indicators of the functions of managing the economy of innovative development of enterprises. The theory model is represented by the system elements of the decomposition of the object of study, analysis of functions and structures of the mechanism for regulating the relationships of enterprises in the complex. The theory justifies the procedures of the methodology for the synthesis of the forsite-controlling mechanism of predicted indicators of the economy and initialization of enterprises based on the results of monitoring environmental factors. Theoretical and methodological foundations define a multivariable approach to the formation of a mechanism and the organizational design of its functioning processes in methodical part of the study. The approach is implemented in the concept of integrating the functions of foresight management and controlling the goals of economy and innovation of enterprise development in a complex using additional management functions. The novelty of the study is presented by the following results: concepts of theory are proposed that take into account the peculiarities of the processes of regulating the cost-effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises in the mechanism; development of models and functions for management of integration and combination of complex resources in innovative cycles of enterprises; external and internal environment monitoring subsystem is formed; modernized stability criteria, which determine the adjustment of the quality of functions in digital simulators of speed controllers of the mechanism for matching standard and additional functions; An expanded system of balanced indicators is justified, characterized by the stability of the results of regulating the imbalance of individual and group interests within the individual enterprise and their combination; mathematical models of evolutionary and hopping processes for forming a digital mechanism simulator are adapted. Scientific results make it possible to substantiate indicators of quality of regulation of cost-effectiveness of innovative development and to supplement planning tools in the methodological part of the study of the mechanism functioning processes and the algorithmic scheme of the digital model. The system of balanced indicators is implemented in the new structure Center for digital coordination of interests of complex facilities of the and the system of post-industrial agglomeration of the region

Previously, we reported the design and properties of alkyne C-lysine conjugates, a powerful and tunable family of DNA cleaving reagents. We also reported that, upon photoactivation, these molecules are capable of inducing cancer cells death. To prove that the cell death stems from DNA cleavage by the conjugates, we investigated intracellular DNA damage induced by these molecules in LNCap cancer cells using single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) assays. The observation of highly efficient DNA damage confirmed that lysine acetylene conjugate is capable of cleaving the densely compacted intracellular DNA. This result provides a key mechanistic link between efficient DNA cleavage and cytotoxicity towards cancer cells for this family of light-activated anticancer agents

The potential of thirteen aliphatic, aromatic, thiuram and heterocyclic substituted organic disulfide derivatives of the general formula R-S-S-R’ as a new group of halogen-free flame retardants (FR) for polypropylene films have been investigated. According to DIN 4102-1 standard ignitibility test, for the first time it has been demonstrated that many of the disulfides alone can effectively provide flame retardancy and self-extinguishing properties to polypropylene (PP) films at already very low concentrations of 0.5 wt%. In an effort to elucidate the mechanism of the thermal decomposition of disulfide derivatives the fragmentation patterns of the evolved gases from a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) have been analyzed by simultaneous mass spectrometry (MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR). The main decomposition products initiated by homolytic scission of the S-S bond and/or scission of the C-S bond were identified as thiols, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, isothiocyanates (depending on the disulfide structures) with further evolution of elemental sulfur and sulfur dioxide at temperatures of above 300 oC and 450 oC, respectively. Based on this preliminary study, we have shown that disulfides represented by e.g. diphenyl disulfide (1), 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) (2), bis(1-phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5yl)-disulfide (4), 2-bisbenzothiazole-2,2â€Č-disulfide (6) and N,N-dithiobis-(phtalimide) (10) constitute a new halogen-free family of additives for flame retarding of polypropylene

Visible-light-driven metal-free C-H functionalization: access to new bioactive tetrahydroisoquinoline-butenolide hybrids via domino amine oxidation/vinylogous mannich reaction

An efficient metal-free visible-light-driven two-step domino reaction towards new bioactive tetrahydroisoquinoline-butenolide hybrid compounds was developed for the first time. The combination of fluorescein as photosensitizer and thiourea as an additive was found to be the most effective way to promote an aerobic amine oxidation/vinylogous Mannich domino reaction sequence with yields up to 97% for a broad substrate scope. Both experimental and computational evidence supported the crucial role of singlet oxygen in the developed C H functionalization reaction. Furthermore, the data suggest that thiourea is essential due to its ability to act as an electron-transfer mediator and/or scavenger of reactive oxygen species. In addition, in vitro studies of tetrahydroisoquinoline-butenolide hybrid compounds demonstrated their high antischistosomal and anti-cancer activities

    Organocatalytic sulfoxidation

Treatment of a sulfide with a catalytic amount of a 1,3 diketone in the presence of silica sulfuric acid as a co-catalyst and hydrogen peroxide (50% aq) as the stoichiometric oxidant leads to the corresponding sulfoxide product. The reaction is effective for diaryl, aryl-alkyl and dialkyl sulfides and is tolerant of oxidisable and acid sensitive functional groups. Investigations have shown that the tris-peroxide 2, formed on reaction of pentane-2,4-dione with hydrogen peroxide under acidic reaction conditions, can oxidise two equivalents of sulfide using the exocyclic peroxide groups whereas the endocyclic peroxide remains intact. Calculations provide a mechanism consistent with experimental observations and suggest the reaction proceeds via an initial acid catalysed ring opening of a protonated tris-peroxide prior to oxygen transfer to a sulfur nucleophile
