SMS4 Encryption Algorithm for Wireless Networks

SMS4 is a Chinese block cipher standard, mandated for use in protecting wireless net- works, and issued in January 2006. The input, output, and key of SMS4 are each 128 bits. The algorithm has 32 rounds, each of which modifies one of the four 32-bit words that make up the block by xoring it with a keyed function of the other three words. Encryption and decryption have the same structure except that the round key schedule for decryption is the reverse of the round key schedule for encryption

Guidance Brief: How to maximise the use of social sciences evidence for public health emergencies in humanitarian settings

In humanitarian settings, public health emergencies (PHE) are often one of many crises facing communities, governments and response actors. Evidence from the social sciences and other disciplines can inform decisions about effective actions and interventions in response to these events. To maximise the chance that evidence during PHE impacts those affected, it must be useful and usable to those involved. These “end users” of evidence may include government or non-governmental actors, UN or academic researchers, civil society groups, and communities. Aim of this brief This brief draws on the collective experience of social scientists with experience in operational and implementation research for public health emergencies in humanitarian settings to highlight some practical guidelines and suggestions for ensuring that evidence can influence change. Through concrete examples and links to tools, this brief is designed to support teams in generating and presenting robust, credible, and reliable social sciences evidence to inform public health responses in humanitarian contexts. Audience: The target audience for this brief is field teams working in humanitarian settings who conduct social science research that aims to improve the operational response to public health emergencies

[Pamphlet: "Mexican Calendar Legends" Brochure Translations]

Pamphlet that advertises an exhibition presented by the Mexic-Arte Museum entitled "Mexican Calendar Legends, 20th Century Mexican Calendar Art in Galas de Mexico". Along with the title of the exhibition and an image of a painting from the exhibition, the cover of the pamphlet also establishes that the pamphlet is made up of "Brochure Translations" from a separate gallery guide that is in Spanish. The first page features an introduction about the exhibition. The majority of remaining pages list the artists that are included in the exhibition as well as a short biography and description of the type of artwork each one produces. The last two pages list a few of the "classic themes of the calendar paintings". The back cover of the pamphlet features the sponsors of the museum and the exhibition as well as information about the exhibition and the museum
