    This study aims to find out how big the impact of Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality to Member Participation Level As a cooperative user, the sample in this research is 97 members of cooperative work of prosperous PT.Polyfin Canggih as respondents who answered the statement of the questionnaire distributed then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data from equation test is known F-count value is 114,782 while with -table value 3,94. This means that F-stat> F-table (114,782> 3,94) means that at 95% confidence level, Marketing Strategy and Service Quality variables have a significant influence simultaneously on the variable Member participation rate as a Cooperative User. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.709. Member Participation Rate of 70.9% is influenced by the Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality and the balance of 29.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model

    The study aimed to find out the impact of service quality on the repurchase of car spare part at CV. Xyz Motor Bandung. The method used was a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research. The data obtained through questionnaire distributed to 91 people. In addition, the data analysis technique used was normality test using histogram graph and hypothesis test using t test. Based on the data obtained from the result of the study using SPSS V 23, it could be concluded that tcount > ttable (11.950 > 1.660) with a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05. Moreover, service quality was in a very good level with a percentage of 95.6% and the repurchase is in very good level with a percentage of 91.91%.   Keywords: Service Quality, Repurchas

    The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction by using five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible (physical evidence), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), and assurance (guarantee) at the Bank. bjb Kcp Kopo Sayati, Bandung Regency. The research population is all customers who apply for credit loans at Bank bjb Kcp Kopo Sayati Kab Bandung in the 2021 period, where the population is 306 customers while the sample determined using the reference calculation of the Slovin formula is 75.4 respondents who are rounded up to 75 respondents to answer the statement on the distributed questionnaire. Then statistical tests (validity test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test) were carried out using SPSS V.26. the results of data analysis obtained t_count of 28.224 > t_table of 1.993, so that the hypothesis test on the variable x Service Quality has a very positive influence on the level of customer satisfaction. From the results of SPSS output obtained R square of 0.916 or 91.6%. This shows that customer satisfaction at Bank bjb Kcp Kopo Sayati Kab Bandung is able to be influenced by the quality of service provided reaches 91.6%, while the remaining 8.4% is the influence or contribution of other variables not examined outside the stud

    This research was conducted to find out how much influence the marketing mix strategy has on SMEs development. To find out the obstacles that exist in the marketing mix strategy, and to find out the efforts that can be made by the SMEs development in cooperative anad SMEs in Bandung regency. The research method used in descriptiive quantitative method, the analysis technique used in person product moment analiysis technique with data processing using SPSS V22. The data obtained to explain the results of the study is to distribute questionnaires to 20 question to respondents of 51 respondents from the study sample.The results obtained by the correlation of 0,756  means that it has a strong relationship between the marketing mix strategy variabel the SMEs development variabel with an effect of 57.2 and the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors not examined by the aiuthors. The author concludes that the members of SMEs are already good in carrying out markeing mix strategy to develop their business. There are obstacles in efforts to improve the development of SMEs, Such as product quality standards and market access for SMEs products, this is based on the increasinglyWidespread competition of external product with lower prices and quality  and market access that is still not broad. The auther’s suggestion in expected that SMEs member can improve product quality and broad market access by building nemerous distribution channel relationships so that the scope of their business is able to develop

    Penelitian dilaksanakan di CV. Kurnia Baru Bandung, yang perusahaannya bergerak dibidang penjualan benang rajut yang terletak di Sentral Rajut Binong Jati Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara untuk mengetahui masalah yang dihadapi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan Waterfall. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan permasalahan bahwa metode sistem pencatatan pada CV.Kurnia Baru yaitu dengan mencatat langsung ke dalam buku besar satu per satu yang membuat perkerjaan menjadi lama serta menyulitkan pimpinan perusahaan dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam waktu yang cepat. Sehingga penulis memberikan saran yaitu dengan dibuatkannya sistem pemograman yang mampu mempercepat efektivitas tanpa ada hambatan dan upaya untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada staff yang akan menjalankannya

    This research aims to analyze the use of distribution in the digital era in an effort to increase sales volume at the Sari Good Bakery Cimahi bakery. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research is generally used in social phenomenology. This research analyzes the relationship between the use of online distribution and sales volume. Observations were made to collect data using data collection techniques and interviews with research objects. The lowest sales were in July at 14,696 with a percentage of -33% and the highest sales were in March at 23,909 with a percentage of 20%. At the end of 2022, especially from August to December, sales at the Sari Good Bakery Bakery always experience a significant decline. Indirect distribution activities generally use intermediaries. With developments in the current digital era, the Sari Good Bakery shop is required to utilize digital technology. With the use of market places and digital media, distribution activities should become more efficient in the distribution process so that it will increase sales volume in Sari Good Bakery bakery.  Keywords: Digital Distribution, Management, Marketin

    The initial source of motivation for this report was the national response to the Commission on Adult Vocational Teaching and Learning (CAVTL) Report It’s All About Work (2013), and it addresses an issue that remains relevant to the current discussion about the creation of Professional and Technical Pathways to employment - the contribution that excellent vocational teaching and learning makes to the development of the forms of expertise that employers’ require and that facilitate learners’ continuing employability. In the course of discussions between the Gatsby Foundation and the research team the following rationale, focus and outcome was agreed. In the case of the former, to develop a conceptual framework to investigate vocational pedagogy that drew on insights from the academic and grey literature and, in the case of focus, to use that framework to investigate learning and teaching in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) programmes at Level 3 in a variety of SET contexts. In order to do so, it was recognised that it would be important for the research team to take account of the way in which colleges respond to known as well as emerging employer demand for SET skills

    The research conducted at PT Harapan Kurnia Textile Indonesia aims to produce accurate attendance information, fast, effective and efficient payroll management, provide financial reports for companies and payslips for employees appropriately. To identify the problems faced, primary and secondary data collection as well as qualitative descriptive approaches were used in this study. The method for developing software that uses waterfall with HTML to create pages on websites and databases is MYSQL. The results of this study show that the payroll management process has run well but still uses Microsoft Excel manually which is prone to errors. So to overcome these problems, an application design was made in the form of Flowmap, ERD and DFD and designed a payroll accounting system with web-based PHP programming language code. The conclusion of this study is that the color becomes a problem solver that will help HRD and financial staff in managing payroll to be faster, more precise and efficient and produce accurate payslips and financial statements. The advice given by the author is to conduct computer training payroll applications, perform system maintenance to prevent damage / errors in the system and back up data so that data remains safe if the computer is damaged.     Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat

    The purpose of this study was to determine community satisfaction in making new KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources related to empirical situations and conditions of community satisfaction in the service of making KTPs in the sub-districts. The results showed that the t test value showed t count > t table, namely 8.028 > 2.042. In conclusion, community satisfaction with the service for making KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency can be seen from the simplicity of the waiter procedure, Paseh District, Bandung Regency, the procedure for making KTPs is simple and straightforward. The time of service, Paseh District, Bandung Regency in completing the making of KTP was in accordance with SOP (standard operating procedure).   Keywords: Community Satisfaction, KTP, Servan
