ANALISIS DAN EVALUASI E-LEARNING IDEA PADA S1 TEKNIK INFORMATIKA TELKOM UNIVERSITY MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) DAN THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR (TPB)

Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi memberi pengaruh pada perkembangan dibidang pendidikan salah satunya yaitu penerapan e-learning. E-learning menjadi penting pada perguruan tinggi saat ini dikarenakan e-learning dapat mempermudah akses seorang mahasiswa dalam berinteraksi dengan kampusnya. Selain itu e-learning akan meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi tersebut dengan perguruan tinggi lainnya. Untuk mengoptimalkan sistem e-learning, maka harus dilakukan penelitian dengan cara mengevaluasi penggunaan sistem dari e-learning tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan sistem e-learning IDEA Telkom University dengan menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model digabung dengan Theory of Planned Behaviour, dan untuk mengolah data survei tersebut menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengukur persepsi pengguna terhadap e-learning IDEA Telkom University apakah berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner kepada pengguna IDEA Telkom University yang menggunakan e-learning ini. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan adalah persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, sikap menggunakan teknologi, minat menggunakan teknologi, norma subyektif, kontrol perilaku persepsian, dan penggunaan teknologi sesungguhnya. Berdasarkan dari hasil survei yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna IDEA belum sepenuhnya menggunakan dan memanfaatkan e-learning ini. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah faktor kegunaan. Pengguna belum merasakan sepenuhnya manfaat dari ¬e-learning ini secara maksimal. Karena faktor kegunaan dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan penggunaan maka perlu dibuat rekomendasi berdasarkan kemudahan dalam penggunaan IDEA

Structure and Evolution of Low-Mass Stars: An Overview and Some Open Problems

A review is presented of some of the ingredients, assumptions and techniques that are used in the computation of the structure and evolution of low-mass stars. Emphasis is placed on several ingredients which are still subject to considerable uncertainty. An Unnoticed Chapter of Americanism: The Second American Congress of Lima and the Leadership of Justo Arosemena (1864-1865)

Nuevos intentos europeos de reconquista y monarquización de América Latina llevan a los gobiernos sudamericanos a organizar el Segundo Congreso americano de Lima en 1864. La asamblea produjo varios tratados, procuró la mediación en la Guerra Hispano-Sudamericana e incentivó el americanismo como mecanismo de defensa. El presente artículo identifica los aportes de Justo Arosemena y del libro que publica al inicio de las labores congresales, así como el lugar que tiene su unionismo en el contexto general de su obra constitucionalista.New European attempts of reconquest and of monarchization of Latin America change lead South American Governments to organize the second American Congress of Lima in 1864. The Assembly produced several treaties, attempted to mediate in the Spanish South-American War and encouraged the spread of Americanism as a defense mechanism. The Unity as a Component of Independence: Antecedents of Latin American Integration in Santiago de Chile (1810-1813)

En el presente artículo analizamos los primeros escritos independentistas difundidos en Santiago de Chile entre 1810 y 1813 desde la perspectiva de su aporte a la creación de las bases ideológicas que facilitarán la participación del país en posteriores iniciativas confederales hispanoamericanas. Las conclusiones de nuestra investigación refrendan la importancia de la idea del congreso general durante el periodo de la Patria Vieja y matizan la hipótesis sobre el monopolio del proyecto protonacional defendida por la historiografía mayoritaria.In this article we analyze the first independentists writings disseminated in Santiago de Chile between 1810 and 1813 from the perspective of their contribution to the creation of the ideological foundations that will facilitate the country’s participation in posterior Latin American confederal initiatives from 1821 to 1826. The findings endorse the importance of the idea of the general congress during the Patria Vieja period, and challenge the assumption about the monopoly of proto national project championed by mainstream historiography
