    Saat ini pengguna transportasi masih banyak sekali, kendaraan-kendaraan yang dibutuhkan guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari tidak pernah kunjung habis, banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang bersaing dalam bidang transportasi terutama pada bidang penjualan motor. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hasil peningkatan penjualan motor, membantu mempercepat proses pengoptimalan peningkatan penjualan dengan menggunakan algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).   Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui diskon dan uang muka yang akan digunakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan penjualan motor kedepan dan perkiraan besar total penjualan selama 12 bulan kedepan.     AbstrakPendeteksian wajah (face detection) adalah salah satu tahap awal yang sangat penting dalam sistem pengenalan wajah (face recognition) yang digunakan dalam identifikasi biometrik. Sejauh ini, kendala utama yang dihadapi dalam sistem pendeteksian wajah berkisar pada masalah ukuran (resolusi citra), Resolusi citra merupakan tingkat detailnya suatu citra. Semakin tinggi resolusinya semakin tinggi pula tingkat detail dari citra tersebut. Haar like Feature merupakan metode yang lazim digunakan dalam pendeteksian obyek khususnya pendeteksian wajah dan fitur-fiturnya. Prinsip Haar-like features adalah mengenali obyek berdasarkan nilai sederhana dari fitur tetapi bukan merupakan nilai piksel dari image obyek tersebut. Metode ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu komputasinya sangat cepat, karena hanya bergantung pada jumlah piksel dalam persegi bukan setiap nilai piksel dari sebuah image. Untuk mengimplementasikan dan menganalisis kecepatan hasil algoritma haar dalam melokalisasikan fitur wajah penelitian ini menggunakan software MATLAB R2012b agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara menganalis dan mengimplementasikan serta mendapatkan hasil menganalisis pengaruh resolusi citra dari algoritma haar dalam melokalisasikan fitur wajah(mata,hidung, dan mulut). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara mandiri baik pengambilan data skunder maupun proses pengolahan datanya, untuk metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan studi laboratorium. Disarankan dengan adanya penelitian ini, penulis berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada peneliti yang lain untuk meneliti pengaruh-pengaruh lain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan algoritma haar, sehingga algoritma haar dapat dikembangkan lebih baik lagi.Kata kunci: Pendektesian wajah,resolusi citra, haar like featureAbstractFace detection is one of the early stage is very important in a facial recognition system (face recognition) used in biometric identification. So far, the main obstacle in the face detection system revolves around the issue size (image resolution), the image resolution is the level of detail of an image. The higher the resolution the higher the level of detail of that image .Haar like Feature is a method commonly used in the detection of objects particularly the face detection and its features. Principle Haar-like features are simple to recognize objects based on the value of the feature but not the pixel values of the image of that object. This method has the advantage that the computation is very fast, because it depends on the number of pixels in a square instead of each pixel value of an image. To implement and analyze speed haar algorithm results in a localized facial features of this research using MATLAB R2012b software in order to know how to analyze and implement and get the results to analyze the effect of image resolution algorithm localizes haar in the facial features (eyes, nose, and mouth). This research was carried out independently both secondary data collection and processing of data, for the data collection method in this study the authors use the method of literature and laboratory studies. Suggested the presence of this study, the authors hope to contribute to fellow-researcher to examine other influences which affect the success haar algorithms, so the algorithm can be developed haar better.Keywords: face detection, image resolution, haar like featur

    Secara umum memang masyarakat asli Sumatera berbahasa ibu (B1) rumpun bahasa Melayu. Tiap daerah di Sumatera umumnya memiliki bahasa daerah yang berbeda-beda. Khususnya di Bengkulu terdapat sembilan bahasa daerah yakni bahasa Serawai, bahasa Pekal, bahasa Rejang, bahasa Pasemah, bahasa Mulak, bahasa Kaur Bintuhan, bahasa Melayu Bengkulu, bahasa Enggano, dan bahasa Muko-muko. Pada awalnya untuk mencari terjemahan bahasa serawai belum pernah ada yang menggunakan fasilitas kamus konvensional dan direktori kamus online internet. Maka perlu dilakukan inovasi pengembangan aplikasi kamus bahasa serawai untuk mempermudah pencarian dengan disertai fasilitas konten update database dan pengenalan suara. Oleh karena itu diharapkan dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini dapat menjadi media yang bermanfaat dan sesuai yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna. Maka dirumuskan masalah bagaimana membuat Kamus Bahasa Daerah Serawai Menggunakan algoritma Bubble Sort dan Voice Recognition Berbasis Android. Dalam metode pengumpulan data digunakan observasi, studi pustaka.     The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has  not  shown  a  significant decline.  In  terms  of  community  services  in  rural  areas,  the  central  government  also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Karang Dapo Village is one of the villages located in Sikap Dalamg District, Empat Lawang Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. The constraints experienced by the Karang Dapo village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Karang Dapo can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available

    Abstract_Bandwidth management is a network management technique in an effort to provide fair and satisfactory network performance, which regulates computer networks so that bandwidth is used optimally and evenly. The internet network located in Renah Semanek Village has problems such as unstable internet connection, unequal internet distribution, making it difficult for everyone to access the internet. This study aims to stabilize the internet connection by dividing the maximum possible bandwidth across all clients, so that users will get an equal amount of bandwidth. This implementation has been tested and proven to improve Quality of Service (QoS) on Rt Rw Net.     Data security is important in maintaining the confidentiality of certain data that can only be known by those who have rights. If the data transmission is done by using network, there is a big possibility the data to be known by unauthorized parties. The columnar transposition algorithm is one simple transposition password. Columnar transposition is one of the classic cryptographic algorithms. Columnar transposition is one part of the transposition cipher with cryptographic method where the message is written in a row from a specified length, and then the column per column is read again with a reading sequence based on a keyword. Series length is determined by the length of the keyword. The order of column readings is based on column order. RSA Algorithm is one of asymmetric cryptography, which is a type of cryptography that uses two different keys: public key and private key. Thus, there is one key, namely the public key, which can be sent through a free channel, without any particular security. In this case there are two keys arranged so that they have a relationship in modulo arithmetic equation. In this case, combining both columnar transposition algorithms and RSA algorithms allows security in the form of message data to be very effective for locking the data even better.     The management of the Bengkulu Province KPU's Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) began in February 2019 which was marked by the formation of a team based on the decision of the Bengkulu Province general election commission Number: 16/HK.03.1-Kpt/Prov/17/11/2019 regarding team composition Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) at the General Election Commission of Bengkulu Province. The Legal Documentation and Information Network is a decision on the management of Legal Documentation and Information regarding technical guidelines for the management of Legal Documentation and Information within the General Election Commission (KPU, Regency/City). 2021 amounted to 191. The system used in the technical sub-section of election administration, participation, public relations, and human resources has been well programmed. On the Bengkulu Provincial KPU JDIH website page, there are KPU regulations, decisions which include (Provincial KPU Decisions and Regency/City Decisions). Data collection techniques in this journal were obtained from literature and were participatory in the activities of the Bengkulu Province KPU office.
