O PRINCÍPIO DA DIGNIDADE DA PESSOA HUMANA E OS DIREITOS DA PERSONALIDADE NAS RELAÇÕES DE TRABALHO

 O presente trabalho faz uma abordagem acerca da dignidade da pessoa humana e dos direitos da personalidade, com enfoque no respeito desses institutos jurídicos nas relações de trabalho. Assim, a pesquisa é teórica e extrai dos conceitos e contextos históricos conclusões gerais acerca da dignidade da pessoa humana e dos direitos de personalidades, aplicados nas relações de trabalho. Faz‑se uma análise sucinta acerca da importância do meio ambiente de trabalho equilibrado como direito fundamental do trabalhador para a promoção e o resguardo da dignidade da pessoa humana no âmbito laboral. Utiliza‑se do método dedutivo após a análise de conceitos doutrinários, para se chegar às conclusões acerca da aplicação dos direitos da personalidade e do meio ambiente de trabalho para a efetivação da dignidade humana.  ABSTRACT: This work is an approach about human dignity and the rights of personality, focusing on compliance with those legal institutions in labor relations. Thus, the research is theoretical and extracts concepts and historical contexts general conclusions about human dignity and personality rights, applied in work relations. It makes a brief analysis is made of the importance of balanced work environment as a fundamental right of the worker to the promotion and safeguarding of human dignity in the workplace. It uses the deductive method after analysis of doctrinal concepts, to reach conclusions about the application of personal rights and the working environment for the realization of human dignity. RESUMEN: Este trabajo hace un enfoque sobre la dignidad humana y los derechos de la personalidad, se centra en el cumplimiento de estas instituciones jurídicas en las relaciones laborales. Por lo tanto, la investigación es teórica y extrae de los conceptos y contextos históricos, generales conclusiones acerca de la dignidad y los derechos de la personalidad humana, aplicados en las relaciones labora‑ les. Un breve análisis se hace de la importancia del entorno de trabajo equilibrado como un derecho fundamental del trabajador a la promoción y salvaguardia de la dignidad humana en el lugar de trabajo. Se utiliza el método deductivo dejando el análisis de los conceptos doctrinales, para llegar a conclusiones acerca del la aplicación de los derechos personales y el médio ambiente de trabajo para la realización de la dignidad humana

Cifras Negras: uma análise da criminalidade oculta nos crimes de colarinho azul em Barreiras-Ba-Brasil e sua implicância nas estatísticas criminais das Agências de Controle Social Formal

This article has as it’s main objective to analyze the incidence of dark numbers, in the context of blue collar crimes in the city of Barreiras-BA-Brazil and it’s implication in the criminal statistics of the Formal Social Control agencies. For this, a quantitative and qualitative research was performed, by applying a form to 142 people (one hundred and forty-two). Of the 75.4% of survey participants, it was revealed the occurrence of some type of “street crime”, being 66.4% related to theft. It was also found that 46.2% did not complain about alleging various reasons such as: “the certainty of impunity” or even “do not believe in the system”. Regarding the police service to report crimes, 50% claimed that it was bad or very bad. Thus, the relationship between the inefficiency of Formal Social Control or surgery of dark numbers related to blue collar crimes in the city of Barreiras-BA-Brazil is evident.Este artigo tem como objetivo principal analisar a incidência das cifras negras no âmbito dos crimes de colarinho azul na cidade de Barreiras-BA-Brasil e sua implicância nas estatísticas criminais das agências de Controle Social Formal. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa, mediante aplicação de um formulário a 142 pessoas (cento e quarenta e duas). De 75,4% dos participantes da pesquisa, foi revelada a ocorrência de algum tipo de crime de rua, sendo, 66,4% relacionados a roubo. Também foi constatado que 46,2% não prestaram queixa alegando motivos diversos como: “a certeza da impunidade” ou até por “não acreditam no sistema”. Em relação ao atendimento prestado pela polícia ao reportar os crimes, 50% alegaram que este foi ruim ou péssimo. Desse modo, fica evidente a relação entre a ineficiência do Controle Social Formal com o surgimento das cifras negras relacionadas aos crimes de colarinho azul na cidade de Barreiras-BA-Brasi

DIAGNÓSTICO DOS RESÍDUOS PNEUMÁTICOS E POSSÍVEIS ALTERNATIVAS DE DESTINAÇÃO NAS REGIÕES CENTRAL, CAMPINAS E LESTE DO MUNICÍPIO DE GOIÂNIA-GO

Com a facilidade que os automóveis nos proporcionam, ao mesmo tempo trás consequências na gestão dos resíduos pneumáticos como na coleta, transporte e destinação final. O presente trabalho objetivou diagnosticar as fontes geradoras de resíduos pneumáticos, pontos de coleta e destinação final, onde a área de estudo foi nas regiões Central, Campinas e Leste no município de Goiânia. O trabalho foi desenvolvido a partir de revisão bibliográfica como estudo de resoluções que abrangem o tema resíduos pneumáticos, pelo CONAMA, além de pesquisa a campo, que constituiu-se em 4 etapas para a sua realização. Os resultados obtidos foram bastante satisfatórios para determinar a real situação em que o município esta passando em relação a gestão dos resíduos pneumáticos, principalmente na questão da destinação e no que trata-se a logística reversa, feita pelos empreendimentos. Conclui-se que as possíveis alternativas de destinação dos resíduos pneumáticos para regiões Central, Campinas e Leste, se concentram ainda nos 04 pontos de coletas existentes como JLS Transportes e Serviços, Diego Pneus, Loja do Borracheiro e Omega Comércio de Pneus. É evidente que apenas estes pontos não são suficientes, destacando-se a necessidade de políticas públicas para criação de novos pontos. Esses pontos terão que ser implantados pela Reciclanip em parceria com a Prefeitura de Goiânia, por meio de acordos e Termos de Parcerias e Colaboração Mútuas.

Sustainability in projects in the view of students and graduates of the Technical Building Course

The need to reconcile economic and social progress with the preservation of natural resources has become increasingly necessary, as well as the training of building technicians with the theme of sustainability. The Teaching Institution plays an important role in the formation of the individual, because it is through it that the construction of ethical principles occurs, in addition to the social and cultural relationship. The insertion of themes that deal with the development of sustainable projects, assists in the mitigation of environmental impacts. The present work aims to analyze how sustainability is being worked during the middle level course in Building Technician. The research was conducted from an online form, answered by course students and trained technicians. hrough the results, it was concluded that educational institutions need to address more content related to sustainability in the classroom

A análise das opiniões e perspectivas dos graduandos de Engenharia Ambiental e Civil em relação à sustentabilidade em projetos.

The implementation of sustainability in the projects performed is increasingly present in the daily life of engineering students, since it is essential to seek stability between the social fabric, economy and environment in human actions. It is noticed that there is a need to acquire knowledge about environmental responsibility in the engineers training, since it ensures the nature preservation and minimizing of environmental impacts. The main objective of this study is to analyze the perspectives of environmental and civil engineering undergraduates regarding to the importance of the insertion of sustainable practices in the development of projects. For the research execution, a questionnaire was applied to engineering students of different colleges, so that there is a diversified sample during the data analysis. A bibliographic review was done to help in understanding the theme. The article concludes that the presence of sustainability in project planning is a fundamental strategy

Green buildings: a vision of engineers in relation to the implementation of sustainability in the development of civil projects.

Construction is a transformation sector, due to this, it is acknowledged that it can cause various environmental impacts. Hence, there is a general concern, in the civil society, over the damages that can be caused by this sector once that it is known as strategic for economic growth but it usually causes environmental harm and generates a great amount of solid waste. The necessity in promoting a plan that aims to preserve the environment through sustainability in construction projects has become a driven factor in the professional qualification of engineers. This paper aims to analyse the conception of engineers referring to the adoption of sustainable practices in their projects; besides, this paper also aims to identify ecological practices adopted during engineers projects. To achieve this, the following step was adopted: A survey was conducted amongst engineers in order to gather information for further data analysis and an awareness work over the impacts of badly designed projects over the environment was carried out

A BELEZA SECA: ASPECTOS DO PAISAGISMO NO SEMIÁRIDO BRASILEIRO

A conservação dos escassos recursos hídricos na região Nordeste do Brasil exige um programa de gerenciamento mais eficiente. A má distribuição pluvial na localidade, a urbanização e as secas periódicas intensificam a demanda por água. Entretanto, a ocupação urbana ainda modifica a morfologia espacial sem se atentar para o potencial paisagístico natural, enquanto busca reproduzir padrões estéticos externos e distintos. Diante disso, faz-se necessária a percepção da urgência de minimizar o desperdício de água. Remodelar a paisagem através de planejamento e modificações adequadas não só ajudam a reduzir seu consumo, mas também os custos com sua manutenção. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho apresenta soluções paisagísticas mais eficientes em termos de economia hídrica e combate à desertificação na região semiárida brasileira. Técnicas como ordenamento da flora por necessidade de água, elaboração de oásis artificiais, utilização de mantas e quebra-ventos demonstram eficiência quando aliados aos mecanismos de sobrevivência inerentes à vegetação nativa

A beleza seca: aspectos do paisagismo no semiárido brasileiro.

The conservation of scarce water resources in Northeast region of Brazil requires a more efficient management program. The bad rainfall distribution on site, urbanization and periodic droughts intensify the water demand. However, the urban occupation still modifies the spatial morphology without noticing the natural landscaping potential, while seeking to reproduce aesthetic external and different patterns. Therefore, it is necessary the perception of the urgency of minimize the waste of water. Reshaping the landscape through suitable planning and modifications not only help reduce its consumption, but also maintenance costs. Thus, the present work presents more efficient landscaping solutions with regard to water economy and fight against desertification in Brazilian semiarid region. Techniques such as plant sorting due to the water need, elaboration of artificial oasis, using mulches and windbreaks demonstrate efficiency when allied to the survival mechanisms inherent to native vegetation
