Kini A:-worA:er.y diperiukan untuk menghadapi perubahan dan persaingan giobaiisasi. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah tinjauan bertujuan untuk mengenaipasti ^-wor^erj dari perspektif pengurus di syarikat Aicatei Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd. Kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenaipasti persediaan pengurus terhadap persediaan pembangunan pekerja ke arah meiahirkan /r-wor/rer,y. Seramai 28 orang responden daripada Aicatei Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd teriibat daiam kajian ini. Borang soai seiidik digunakan sebagai instrumen dan dapatan kajian ini dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif menggunakan perisian SPSS untuk mendapatkan niiai min skor dan sisihan piawai. Hasii kajian menunjukkan pengurus bersetuju bahawa /t-ivorAer.y adaiah seorang pekerja yang periu menguasai kemahiran berkomunikasi, penguasaan ICT dan penguasaan bahasa Inggeris. Persediaan pengurus terhadap pembangunan pekerja daiam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran ke arah melahirkan A-worAre;-^ berada di tahap yang baik. Meiihat kepada permasaiahan ini, pengkaji membangunkan satu garis panduan ke arah meiahirkan ivor/cgw sebagai rujukan kepada pengurus dan pekerja. Pengkaji juga mengemukakan beberapa cadangan sebagai rujukan di masa hadapan

    The purpose of this research is to determine the knowledge, skill and enthusiasm among participants short term course organized by Jabatan Pendidikan Teknik dan Vokasional (JPTV). Fifty-four participants from three short term courses, Kursus Usahawan Berasas Kimpalan, Kursus Penyelenggaraan dan Pemasangan Komputer dan Kursus Chargeman AO are selected as respondents to gather feedbacks based on the questionnaire distributed. Collected data is analyzed by using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS), 11.0 version, which were represented using mean scores, percentage and Correlations Pearson. The result of this research shows that majority of the participants are enthusiasm towards entrepreneurship but they are lack of knowledge and skill in entrepreneurship basic. "Garis Panduan Asas Keusahawanan " had been created to give knowledge and skill entrepreneurship basic for participants short term course organized by JPTV

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Induktif Kata Bergambar dan Kecerdasan Verbal Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar PAI Materi Rukun Islam Kelas I SDN 1 Percontohan Tanjung Karang – Aceh Tamiang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Terdapat atau tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar dengan siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. (2) Terdapat atau tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang memiliki ke-cerdasan verbal tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan verbal rendah. (3) Terdapat interaksi atau tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar dan kecerdasan verbal terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang meneliti tiga variabel, yaitu: dua variabel independen; model pembelajaran (X1) dan kecerdasan verbal (X2), dan 1 variabel dependen; hasil belajar PAI (Y). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas I SDN 1 Percontohan Tanjung Karang-Aceh Tamiang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, dan menetapkan dua kelas untuk mendapat perlakuan penelitian, yaitu: kelas IA dengan jumlah siswa 26 orang menjadi kelas eksperimen (kelas dengan perlakuan pembelajaran PAI dengan model induktif kata bergambar) dan kelas IB dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang menjadi kelas kontrol (kelas dengan perlakuan pembelajaran PAI dengan model konvensional). Intumen penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar dengan bentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 item soal, dan untuk menentukan tingkat kecerdasan verbal siswa menggunakan angket kecerdasan verbal yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti sendiri dengan merujuk pendapat Muhammad Yaumi, dan Alamsyah Said sebanyak 44 item pernyataan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ekperimen semu dengan desain faktorial 2x2, dan uji statistik yang digunakan untuk uji normalitas adalah uji One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov, untuk uji homogenitas dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis general linear model Univariate, pada taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar dengan siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang memiliki ke-cerdasan verbal tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan verbal rendah. (3) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar dan kecerdasan verbal terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam

    Persepsi Terhadap Organisasi Ditinjau Dari Minat Berorganisasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Ratu Samban

    Nursing students at Ratu Samban University have low interest in joining organizations on campus. It is assumed that students have a negative perception of the organization. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of organization and organizational interest in students majoring in nursing at Ratu Samban University. The variables of perception and interest in organizing are measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 50 students majoring in nursing at Ratu Samban University. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using the product moment of Karl Pearson with the SPSS Version 20 for Windows program. Based on the results of the study, it is known that perceptions of organization have a positive relationship with organizational interest in students majoring in nursing at Ratu Samban University. There is a significant correlation (r.0.865 with significance <0.05) between the variable perceptions of organization and interest in organizing among students majoring in nursing, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below/smaller than 0.05, this means that there is a relationship between perceptions of organization and interest in organizing to students majoring in nursing at Ratu Samban University. The more positive the perception of the organization, the higher the interest in organizing and conversely the more negative the perception of the organization, the lower the student's interest in organizing. For students majoring in nursing, perceptions of organization have the most negative perceptions with a contribution of 46% and interest in organizing has the most low-level categories with a contribution of 56%

    During the process of learning English as a foreign language, students often get difficulty in the classroom. It, then, strives the teacher to find an appropriate teaching method for better learning result. One of the skills which is considered to be difficult by the students of the second grade of MTs Nurul Huda Ngadirejo Blitar is reading. One teaching technique known as Self- and Peer- Assessment as part of the authentic assessment is considered to be effective to be applied in teaching reading in order to improve the students’ reading skill. The study aimed at knowing how Self- and Peer Assessment Technique can improve the students’ reading skill and how the students’ response toward the implementation of the technique is. The research design of the study was classroom action research with two cycles. The subject of this study was all of the second grade students of MTs Nurul Huda Ngadirejo. The instruments used to collect the data were test, observation sheet, field note, and questionnaire. In analyzing the data, the writer used descriptive qualitative and simple quantitative measurement to find out the result

    Abstract : Contract employees are employees who work at the company with a certain time limit, and can be dismissed at any time, this affects employees' perceptions of career development at the company and also affects employee commitment to the company. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees. Perceptions of career development variables and organizational commitment were measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 48 contract employees, with the determination of the sample based on accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that the perception of career development with organizational commitment on contract employees. There is a significant positive correlation (r.0.813 with sig <0.05) between the variable perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below / less than 0.05, this means that the higher (positive) the perception of career development, the higher employee commitment to the company and vice versa, the lower (negative) perceptions of employee career development, the lower employee commitment to the company. On the perception of career development has the most categories at low (negative) with a contribution of 50% and organizational commitment at most has a low category with contributions 46%.   Keywords:   Contract Employees, Organizational Commitment, Perceptions of Career Development.   Abstrak : Karyawan kontrak merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan dengan batasan waktu tertentu dan sewaktu-waktu dapat diberhentikan, hal ini mempengaruhi persepsi karyawan terhadap pengembangan karirnya pada perusahaan tersebut dan juga mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak. Variabel persepsi pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi diukur dengan menggunakan skala. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 48 karyawan kontrak , dengan penentuan sampel berdasarkan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan product moment karl pearson dengan program SPSS versi 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa persepsi pengembangan karir dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak, ada korelasi positif yang signifikan (r.0.813 dengan sig < 0.05) antara variabel persepsi pengembangan karir  dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak yaitu 0.000 dan nilai signifikansinya dibawah/lebih kecil 0.05, ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi (positif) persepsi pengembangan karir maka semakin tinggi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya begitu sebaliknya semakin rendah (negatif) persepsi pengembangan karir karyawan maka semakin rendah komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Pada persepsi pengembangan karir memiliki kategori paling banyak pada tingkat rendah (negatif) dengan kontribusi 50% dan komitmen organisasi paling banyak memiliki kategori rendah dengan kontribusi 46%.   Kata Kunci :  Karyawan Kontrak, Komitmen Organisasi, Persepsi Pengembangan Karir&nbsp

    Employees who are placed in positions that are not in accordance with educational backgrounds will experience a high workload so that they will feel dissatisfied at work. This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction in terms of the workload of employees whose educational background is not appropriate for their work. Job satisfaction and workload variables are measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 50 employees who work not according to educational background, with the determination of the sample based on accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment with the SPSS version 20 for Windows program. Based on the research results, it is known that job satisfaction has a negative relationship with the workload of employees with educational backgrounds that are not suitable for their work. There is a significant negative correlation (r-0.769 with sig <0.05) between the variable job satisfaction and the workload of employees whose educational background is not in accordance with their work, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below / smaller 0.05, this means that the lower the job satisfaction, then the higher the workload and vice versa, the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the workload. . Job satisfaction has the most low categories with a contribution of 56% and the workload at most has a high level category with a contribution of 58%
