Analysis of the relevance of educational programs for applicants and the labor market

The article is devoted to the analysis of the specialties and directions of training realized by Russian higher education institutions, the quality of admitted students, the identification of popularity among applicants and the demand in the labor market. The purpose of the article is to investigate the correspondence of the training directions to the real needs of the labor market for qualified specialists, to analyze the quality of training of the entrants for the training directions funded from the federal budget. The practical importance of the article is connected with the possibility of applying its results by higher education institutionswhen developing the basic professional educational programs for the necessary profiles inthe labor market, compiling a directory of popular and promising professions with further state funding for training the most demanded specialties. Situational and game technologies of training in students’ professional competence development

The transition from traditional educational paradigm to competence one has marked new ways of higher educational institutions development. The implementation of modern Federal state educational standards requirements has determined the need to use modern specialist methods in training that develop students’ competence and the ability to carry out highly qualified professional activities. Higher education institutions face the task of implementing technologies that contribute to the development of practical orientation of students, their independence in this process. The purpose of the article is to reveal the experience of using situational-game technologies of training, as one of the most practice-oriented, aimed at activating students’ students, contributing to professional competence development. The concept of "technology" came to education from the sphere of production. Technologization implies a clear subordination to a certain algorithm of actions, so the technology allows you to achieve specific results in the allotted amount of time. In the field of professional education, technology has changed, but its meaning remains the same-the regulation of the activities of the subjects of the educational process to achieve the planned goals. The article defines the essence of educational technologies in the training of University students, reveals the features of their application, the role and advantages of situational and game technologies of training in the conditions of implementation of the competence approach. Coherent summation of emission from relativistic Cherenkov sources as a way of production of extremely high-intensity microwave pulses

For relativistic Cherenkov devices, we investigate the process of high-power microwave pulse generation with its phase correlating to the sharp edge of an e-beam current pulse. Our theoretical consideration is referred to quasi-stationary and superradiative (SR) generation regimes when spontaneous emission of the e-beam edge serves as the seed for the development of further coherent oscillations. Phase correlation of the excited microwave pulses with the characteristics of the current pulse front and/or an initial external electromagnetic pulse has been additionally confirmed by particle-in-cell simulations. Pulse-to-pulse stability of the radiation phase within several percents of the oscillation period makes it possible to arrange multichannel schemes producing mutually coherent microwave pulses. In the experiments that have been carried out, the cathodes of independent generators were powered by identical accelerating pulses from strictly synchronized voltage modulators, or by splitting the pulse from a single powerful modulator. For the 2-ns regime with the power of each Ka-band backward-wave oscillator about 100 MW, we demonstrate quadratic growth of the power density in the interference maximum of the directional diagram. In a short pulse SR regime, with the peak power of 600 MW in a single channel, for a four-channel 2-D array, we attained a 16-fold radiation intensity gain

The influence of educational and professional activity on the socialization of students

The study aims to investigate the influence of educational and professional activity on the socialization of students at a higher education institution via comparative qualitative research methods. As a result, the development level of the individual human capital index is higher in the control group. The conclusions have been drawn that the modernization of the Russian state, socio-economic political transformations, a difficult situation on the labor market have revealed the need for specialists with an active lifestyle, competitive, mobile, able to realize the professional potential, leading a healthy lifestyle.El estudio tiene como objetivo investigar la influencia de la actividad educativa y profesional en la socialización de los estudiantes en una institución de educación superior a través de métodos comparativos de investigación cualitativa.
