Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered precise weighted aggregation operator and its application in group decision making
An important research topic related to the theory and application of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation operators is how to determine their associated weights. In this paper, we propose a precise weight-determined (PWD) method of the monotonicity and scale-invariance, just based on the new score and accuracy functions of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number (IIFN). Since the monotonicity and scale-invariance, the PWD method may be a precise and objective approach to calculate the weights of IIFN and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator, and a more suitable approach to distinguish different decision makers (DMs) and experts in group decision making. Based on the PWD method, we develop two new interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators, i.e. interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered precise weighted averaging (IIFOPWA) operator and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered precise weighted geometric (IIFOPWG) operator, and study their desirable properties in detail. Finally, we provide an illustrative example.

Blue Noise Sampling using an SPH-based Method
We propose a novel algorithm for blue noise sampling inspired by the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method. SPH is a well-known method in fluid simulation -- it computes particle distributions to minimize the internal pressure variance. We found that this results in sample points (i.e., particles) with a high quality blue-noise spectrum. Inspired by this, we tailor the SPH method for blue noise sampling. Our method achieves fast sampling in general dimensions for both surfaces and volumes. By varying a single parameter our method can generate a variety of blue noise samples with different distribution properties, ranging from Lloyd's relaxation to Capacity Constrained Voronoi Tessellations ({CCVT}). Our method is fast and supports adaptive sampling and multi-class sampling. We have also performed experimental studies of the SPH kernel and its influence on the distribution properties of samples. We demonstrate with examples that our method can generate a variety of controllable blue noise sample patterns, suitable for applications such as image stippling and re-meshing
Tuning magnetic properties of graphene nanoribbons with topological line defects: From antiferromagnetic to ferromagnetic
Zigzag-edged graphene nanoribbons are antiferromagnetic in cross-edge coupling and unsuitable for spintronics applications. Two new strategies of tuning antiferromagnetism (AFM) to ferromagnetism (FM) in graphene nanoribbons are introduced through topological line defects composed of pentagonal and octagonal rings, and their ability to induce magnetic transition is probed by using density functional theory. The resulting exchange energy is found to be large enough for ferromagnetism to be observed at room temperature. Both strategies are experimentally feasible, and the results suggest that defect engineering may provide a novel path to manipulate the magnetic properties of graphene nanoribbons
Evaluation for Core Competence of Private Enterprises in Xuchang City Based on an Improved Dynamic Multiple-Attribute Decision-Making Model
Because Deng’s grey relational degree is inconspicuous, Deng’s relational degree with an exponential function is first presented. Then, we demonstrate that improved Deng’s relational degree is more conspicuous than the original model. Then, we construct a multiple-attribute decision-making model, based on improved Deng’s relational degree with multiple stages, and a method for determining the weight of the index is also developed. Finally, the core competence of private enterprises in Henan province is analyzed, illustrating the validity and feasibility of the improved model

Repeated evolution of durophagy during ichthyosaur radiation after mass extinction indicated by hidden dentition.
Marine tetrapods quickly diversified and were established as marine top predators after the end-Permian Mass extinction (EPME). Ichthyosaurs were the forerunner of this rapid radiation but the main drivers of the diversification are poorly understood. Cartorhynchus lenticarpus is a basal ichthyosauriform with the least degree of aquatic adaptation, holding a key to identifying such a driver. The unique specimen appeared edentulous based on what was exposed but a CT scanning revealed that the species indeed had rounded teeth that are nearly perpendicular to the jaw rami, and thus completely concealed in lateral view. There are three dental rows per jaw ramus, and the root lacks infoldings of the dentine typical of ichthyopterygians. The well-developed and worn molariform dentition with three tooth rows supports the previous inference that the specimen is not of a juvenile. The premaxilla and the corresponding part of the dentary are edentulous. Molariform dentition evolved three to five times independently within Ichthyosauriformes in the Early and Middle Triassic. Convergent exploitation of hard-shelled invertebrates by different subclades of ichthyosauriforms likely fueled the rapid taxonomic diversification of the group after EPME
