The regional-matrix approach to the training of highly qualified personnel for the sustainable development of the mining region
The state, regional and industry approaches to the problem of personnel training for building an innovative knowledge economy at all levels that ensures sustainable development of the region are analyzed in the article using the cases of the Kemerovo region and the coal industry. A new regional-matrix approach to the training of highly qualified personnel is proposed, which allows to link the training systems with the regional economic matrix βnatural resources - cognitive resourcesβ developed by the author. A special feature of the new approach is the consideration of objective conditions and contradictions of regional systems of personnel training, which have formed as part of economic systems of regions differ-entiated in the matrix. The methodology of the research is based on the statement about the interconnectivity of general and local knowledge, from which the understanding of the need for a combination of regional, indus-try and state approaches to personnel training is derived. A new form of representing such a combination is the proposed approach, which is based on matrix analysis. The results of the research can be implemented in the practice of modernization of professional education of workers in the coal industry of the natural resources extractive region
Digitalization in a resource-extracting region: from cluster to business ecosystem
The purpose of the study is to trace the evolution of the mineral resource cluster in a resource-extracting region from a territorial association of entities in the industrial economy to a business ecosystem in the digital economy within the framework of the sustainable development concept. The urgency of the research is due to the increase in the information and knowledge intensity of a product in the digital economy, which makes the cluster policy based on the digital principle more efficient than that based on the territorial principle. The digitalization of the mineral resource sector of a resource-extracting region, started with a cluster - a progressive organizational and managerial form - is seen by the authors as a strategic means of increasing the sustainability and efficiency of the socio-economic development of a region. The delegation of responsibility for the modernization of the economy to the regional level gives particular importance to regional research. The dependence on the state of the world market of fuel and energy resources, the exhaustion of the mainly raw material export model of economic growth put Kuzbass, the mining region of Western Siberia, in the most difficult situation. The issue of accelerating the transition to an innovation resource type of development through structural and technological transformation in the context of the general course towards digitalization is urgent for it. A theoretical substantiation of the necessity, possibility and feasibility of digitalization of the mineral resource cluster as a factor in the sustainable development of a resource-extracting region is presented in the article
Prospects for the development of chemotherapeutic drugs on the basis of humic substances silt muds
Purpose: Study of the influence of drugs peloid humic series and their derivatives on various
types of microorganisms, as a promising basis for the development of chemotherapeutic drugs.
Materials and methods: We investigated the various fractions of humic substances low mineralized
silt sulphide muds (peloids) lake Molochka sanatorium "Sergievsk mineral water": hymatomelan
[HMA], fulvic [FA], humic [HA] and humus [HsA] acid (concentrations 0,25%, 0,1%, 0,01%). We
investigated the chelate complexes of humic substances peloids with ions of mercury (II), silver ions,
iron ions (II), zinc ions in the same concentrations. To determine the antimicrobial activity of
substances was used the test-cultures of microorganisms: 1) Gram-negative bacteria - Escherichia coli
(ATCC 25922), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853). 2) Gram-positive bacteria - Staphylococcus
aureus (ATCC 25293), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 6633). 3) Yeast-like fungi - Candida utilis (LIA-01).
Antimicrobial activity of peloids preparations was determined by their diffusion in Mueller-Hinton
agar, which was carried out payment of the investigated test-culture. Active component of the
derivatives of humic substances is a metal cation. Options humic components: 1. Masking
bactericidal component; 2. Tropism drug to microorganisms; 3. Increased permeability through
biological membranes; 4. Reducing the toxic effect of metals on macro-organisms. The results
showed that hymatomelan, fulvic, humic, humus acid peloids not have lytic activity against the
studied microorganisms. But often a static activity to an increase in E. coli, Ps. aeruginosa, that is, all
that we have studied Gram-positive microorganisms. Stimulate the growth of the investigated Grampositive microorganisms - St. aureus, B. Subtilis with respect to the control. Also show catalytic
activity to the growth of C. albicans at concentrations of less than 0.1%, and no effect at
concentrations more than 0.1%. All investigated chelate complexes of humic substances with ions of
mercury (II), silver ions, iron ions (II), zinc ions in all investigated concentrations exhibit lytic
activity against the test-cultures of microorganisms. The lowest antimicrobial activity among the
studied peloids preparations showed fulvic acid chelate complexes with ions of zinc and iron (II) - a
zone of suppression of microbial growth less than 9 mm. The greatest antimicrobial effect of chelate
complexes have 0,25% of humic substances: E. coli (zone growth suppression 20+0,1mm) -
HsA*Hg2+; Ps. aeruginosa (20+0,1mm) - HA*Ag+; St. aureus (24+0,1mm) - HA*Hg2+; B. subtilis
(16+0,1mm) - chelate complexes of humic substances * Ag+; C. utilis (25+0,1mm) - HA*Ag+. The
results characterize several humic preparations and their chelate complexes, as the optimum
components for further elaboration on their basis of chemotherapeutic drugs of natural origin
Thermal Conductivity of Isotopically Enriched 28Si Revisited
The thermal conductivity of isotopically enriched 28Si (enrichment better
than 99.9%) was redetermined independently in three laboratories by high
precision experiments on a total of 4 samples of different shape and degree of
isotope enrichment in the range from 5 to 300 K with particular emphasis on the
range near room temperature. The results obtained in the different laboratories
are in good agreement with each other. They indicate that at room temperature
the thermal conductivity of isotopically enriched 28Si exceeds the thermal
conductivity of Si with a natural, unmodified isotope mixture by 102 %.
This finding is in disagreement with an earlier report by Ruf et al. At
26 K the thermal conductivity of 28Si reaches a maximum. The maximum
value depends on sample shape and the degree of isotope enrichment and exceeds
the thermal conductivity of natural Si by a factor of 8 for a 99.982%
28Si enriched sample. The thermal conductivity of Si with natural isotope
composition is consistently found to be 3% lower than the values
recommended in the literature
Body piercing - the threat of surgical complications
There were studies describing a variety of surgical complications after a cosmetic procedure,
body piercing in different anatomical region. Many surgical diseases such as meningitis, brain
abscess, acute purulent appendicitis, infective endocarditis, developed against the background of
bacteremia pathogens for which it became a gateway piercing infection. Unfortunately, often such
etiopathogenic relationship difficult to establish and trace, so is relevant to prove the experimental
surgical complications of body piercing procedure. The aim of this work was to study the effect of
piercing on the effects of morpho-functional state of immunocompetent target organs (lymph nodes,
spleen, thymus, liver, heart, etc.). The experiment was conducted on laboratory white rats weighing
150-200 g, which was carried out procedure piercing metal structures - implants (brand name "bar" or
a "Barbel") in different anatomical region. In composition, implants made of various metals and
alloys: surgical steel, silver, titanium. The duration of the experiment ranged from 35 to 45 days.
Conducted histological examination of spleen tissue and lymph nodes of inguinal and axillary areas,
para-aortic lymph nodes, thymus, heart, and liver tissue in the area of implantation (anterior
abdominal wall, pubic area, neck and scapular spinal, language) showed that in all organs targetpresent in varying degrees of severity of alteration, edema and diapedesis of leukocytes, and in the
tissues of the implantation zone - wound canal - pronounced inflammation and proliferation.
Executed study revealed an inflammatory reaction in different areas of the body of the animal, which
proves the possibility of surgical complications during the procedure piercings in different anatomical
areas
