    The Value of Folic Acid Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Recurrent Abortion

    Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effect of folic acid combined with low molecular weight heparin regimen on recurrent abortion in hospital. Methods: The inclusion period was from February 2022 to February 2023. During this period, patients with recurrent abortion in the hospital were studied and discussed, including 70 patients. They were randomly assigned to a control group (35 patients were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and aspirin) and an observation group (35 patients were treated with folic acid on the basis of the control group). Relevant data were collected and sorted out, and finally processed using statistics. Results: The data of treatment results were processed by the statistical system, and the results (P<0.05) showed that the observation group had better information on various data such as hormone indicators, pregnancy outcome, and immune function indicators after treatment. Conclusion: The application of folic acid combined with low molecular weight heparin regimen is conducive to the smooth development of the treatment of recurrent abortion, can help patients control hormone indicators within a reasonable range, improve immune function and pregnancy outcomes, and has important significance in improving treatment effectiveness

    Effect of Progesterone Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium in the Treatment of Recurrent Miscarriage

    Objective: To analyze the effect of progesterone combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage. Methods: A total of 68 patients with recurrent miscarriage admitted to our hospital within 1 year from 2022.04 to 2023.04 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into control group (34 cases, treated with progesterone) and observation group (34 cases, treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with progesterone) according to the random number table method. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: Both groups achieved certain results after treatment, but the coagulation indexes, sex hormone levels and delivery outcomes of the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment with progesterone combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium (P<0.05). Conclusion: Progesterone combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium can effectively improve the coagulation effect, regulate the level of sex hormones, and improve the outcome of childbirth in patients with recurrent miscarriage

The dynamic behavior and working performance of the gear system have an important influence on the entire system. Therefore, the research on the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system is of great significance to improving the stability and safety of the system. This article focuses on the establishment of dynamic model, the analysis and determination of incentive factors, and the solution of dynamic equations to optimize the gear transmission parameters and the efficiency improvement. After the optimization, the optimized values of the design variables were adjusted and the unit characteristics were redefined. Then the same analysis method was used to analyze the dynamic response and state-owned characteristics of the gear transmission system under the same working conditions.     Analysis on the Effects of Whole-process Exercise Combined with Dietary Nutrition Intervention in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

    Objective: To investigate the effect of whole-process exercise combined with dietary nutrition intervention in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 84 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital within 1 year from 2022.05 to 2023.05 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into control group (42 cases, using conventional intervention) and observation group (42 cases, using whole-process exercise combined with dietary nutrition intervention) according to the random number table method. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: Both groups achieved certain results after receiving the intervention, but the blood glucose level, weight gain level, maternal and infant outcomes of the observation group after the whole process of exercise combined with dietary nutrition intervention were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of whole-process exercise combined with dietary nutrition intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce their blood glucose level, control their weight gain, and reduce the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes

In this contribution, highly sensitive conductive polymer composites (CPCs) for piezoresistive sensing are summarized, considering a straightforward manufacturing process based on extrusion of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and/or olefin block copolymer (OBC), carbon black (CB), and additionally polyethylene-octene elastomer (POE) grafted with maleic anhydride (POE-g-MA). The design of the formulation variables is successfully performed to enable both low and high strain sensing, as highlighted by both static and dynamic testing
