Transverse momentum resummation for color sextet and antitriplet scalar production at the LHC
We study the factorization and resummation of the transverse momentum
spectrum of the color sextet and antitriplet scalars produced at the LHC based
on soft-collinear effective theory. Compared to Z boson and Higgs production, a
soft function is required to account for the soft gluon emission from the
final-state colored scalar. The soft function is calculated at the
next-to-leading order, and the resummation is performed at the approximate
next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy. The non-perturbative effects and
PDF uncertainties are also discussed.Comment: 20 pages, 7 figure
The application research on improvement of genetic algorithm in linear CCD detection
When the linear array image sensor (CCD) is used for spot detection, the optimization of the detection signal is usually one of the problems that plague the user. In linear array imaging sensor (CCD) detection applications, optimization of the detection signal is usually one of the problems with the user. Based on the characteristics of linear array CCD detection signal, a genetic algorithm (GA) is established to solve the problem of mathematical model. In this paper, a new adaptive genetic algorithm (IGA) with directional adaptive guidance and adaptive control technology and threshold constraint technology are proposed for the lack of local optimization ability of the standard genetic algorithm (SGA), premature convergence and low accuracy. By applying IGA to the actual detection data, it is proved that IGA has certain advantages in solving the problem of linear CCD detection signal optimization. In the end of this paper, the performance of IGA, SGA and peak finding algorithm (SP) are analyzed and compared, which fully demonstrates the advantages of IGA in solving such problems
Iron(III) Chloride-catalyzed Nucleophilic Substitution of Propargylic Alcohols: A General and Efficient Approach for the Synthesis of 1,4-Diynes
A wide variety of 1,4-diynes have been constructed via a novel FeCl(3)-catalyzed coupling reaction of propargylic alcohols with alkynylsilanes. This synthetic approach provides a general, efficient, and economical route to 1,4-cliynes.National Natural Science Foundation of China[20772098, 21072159
Sensor Fault Detection for Rail Vehicle Suspension Systems with Disturbances and Stochastic Noises
This paper develops a sensor fault detection scheme for rail vehicle passive suspension systems, using a fault detection observer, in the presence of uncertain track regularity and vehicle noises which are modeled as external disturbances and stochastic process signals. To design the fault detection observer, the suspension system states are augmented with the disturbances treated as new states, leading to an augmented and singular system with stochastic noises. Using system output measurements, the observer is designed to generate the needed residual signal for fault detection. Existence conditions for observer design are analyzed and illustrated. In term of the residual signal, both fault detection threshold and fault detectability condition are obtained, to form a systematic detection algorithm. Simulation results on a realistic vehicle system model are presented to illustrate the observer behavior and fault detection performance
Anesthetic management for cytoreductive surgery of pseudomyxoma peritonei with high intra-abdominal pressure: A case report
Anesthetic management for patients of pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) is challenging. This case report describes a patient of PMP with high intra-abdominal pressure. Intubation was performed in lateral position; the intraabdominal pressure was relieved slowly to prevent significant hemodynamic changes. Additionally, positive pressure ventilation was performed to reduce the risk of re-expansion pulmonary edema. During the operation, transfusion and infusion therapy was performed with target-mediated fluid therapy according to stroke volume variation (SVV) and cardiac index (CI) and blood gas analysis
