Smoothing the contradictions between shareholders and managers - the main task of the members of the Board of Directors. That is why the Board of Directors lays down the task of developing a system of prevention and settlement of corporate conflicts. However, it should be noted that in order to solve this problem, the board should not be formal, but actually separated and independent from both the shareholders and managers of. The most “conflict” in the field of corporate law is the relationship, which is on the different interests of different stakeholders. Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” sets a sufficiently rigid canvas, within which can be built into the control system of a particular company. Based on this essential element of the concept of corporate legislation should be to identify the vectors improving the management model proposed by the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” (Legislative Assembly 1996, Legislative Assembly 1995). Such analysis should be conducted for, firstly, the body of each company, and secondly, the distribution of competence between all bodies. Only such an analysis is twofold will create legal prerequisites for the creation of effective interaction of organ systems in Russian companies. Dissolution of the second phase particles in the course of the equal channel angular pressing of diluted Cu-Cr-Zr alloy

Changes of properties and the second phase particles' distribution in diluted CuCrZr alloy in the course of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and post-deformation annealing are investigated. To decrease the concentration of alloying elements dissolved in the copper matrix, samples of the alloy were thermally aged prior to the ECAP. Temperature of annealing, 450 degrees C, was the same as the one used for the subsequent post-deformation aging, and the time of annealing was long enough to reach a practically equilibrium state. The enthalpy release rate curve of the ECAP-processed sample, unlike the one for the initial state exhibits an exopeak in the temperature range 440..470 degrees C, which is typical for breakdown of the solid solution in alloys of this system. The post-deformation aging causes a significant increase in the tensile strength as compared to the value immediately after the ECAP. This increase can be related only to the dispersion strengthening that is confirmed by the observation of higher density of particles after the aging. These facts unambiguously indicate that the solid solution at the aging temperature is supersaturated, i.e. its concentration increased in the course of the ECAP due to the deformation-induced dissolution of the second phases. This conclusion agrees with the behavior of the electrical conductivity that noticeably decreases upon the ECAP and recovers its initial value after the aging. As the density of structural defects is significantly different in the initial and final states, the observed decrease can be related only to the lattice distortion due to dissolved foreign atoms.Ufa State Petr Technol Univ, 1 Kosmonavtov Str, Ufa 450062, RussiaBASHNIPINEFT, 86-1 Lenina Str, Ufa 450006, RussiaRAS, Inst Met Superplast Problems, 39 Khalturina Str, Ufa 450001, RussiaRAS, Inst Mol & Crystal Phys, 71 Prospect Oktyabrya, Ufa 450000, RussiaRAS, Inst Problems Mech Engn, 85 Belinsky Str, Nizhnii Novgorod 603024, RussiaUniv Fed Sao Paulo, Rua Talim 330, BR-12231280 Sao Jose Dos Campos, SP, BrazilBeijing Aeronaut Mfg Technol Res Inst, POB 863, Beijing 100024, Peoples R ChinaUniv Fed Sao Paulo, Rua Talim 330, BR-12231280 Sao Jose Dos Campos, SP, BrazilWeb of Scienc

Pancreatic cancer: statistics and treatment in the Russian Federation

    No full text
Pancreatic cancer (PC) is one of the most fatal types of oncological disease in the world and is an extremely aggressive cancer with a poor prognosis. The objective of this review was to analyze the domestic data of the incidence of PC in the Russian Federation and to analyze the protocols that are used for the management of this group of patients in Russian clinical centers. For the analysis of the literature sources, the data in the elibrary.ru database published in the period from 2015 to 2019 were used. The methodology that was used in each study was examined in order to ensure its reliability, and these data were selected as potential sources of evidence for the preparation of national recommendations. The study results influence the level of evidence assigned to the publication. Updates to the national recommendations are conducted at least once every three years, and these updates depend on new information about the diagnosis and management of patients with PC
