Legal framework for training future naval infantry units officers using information and communication technologies

The generalizatin of the statesments of normative legal acts on the implementation of the tasks of informatization of the educational process, in particular, the use of information and communication technologies in the training of future naval infantry units officer is an urgent nessecity nowadays. The development and justification of organizational, legal, economic, financial, scientific and technical, methodological bases for organizing the educational process is one of the urgent tasks of creating legislation in the field of introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions, including higher military educational institutions. The analysis of the current normative documents on the training of future officers in higher military educational institutions will give an opportynity to improve qualitatively the effectiveness of the educational process of training future naval infantry units officers

Використання засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти

In the proposed article, the author attempts, based on the analysis of normative legal documents, researches of modern scholars, as well as requests of the practice of higher education institutions to reveal the key aspects of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions. On the basis of the analysis of state documents, the essence of the definition of information means, which is interpreted as electronic computers, software, mathematical, linguistic and other support, information systems or their individual elements, information networks and communication networks used for the implementation of information technologies are disclosed. The essence of information and communication technologies, as well as factors influencing the use of information and communication technologies in education, is established. The list of means of information and communication technologies (hardware and software) is indicated. The forms of work at the lessons in higher education institutions are presented, as well as the ways of using information and communication technologies in higher education institutions. The conclusion is made on the expediency and effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process of institutions of higher education.У пропонованій статті автором зроблено спробу на основі аналізу нормативно-правових документів, досліджень сучасних науковців, а також запитів практики роботи закладів вищої освіти розкрити ключові аспекти використання засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти. На основі аналізу державних документів розкрито сутність дефініції засоби інформатизації, яке трактується як електронні обчислювальні машини, програмне, математичне, лінгвістичне та інше забезпечення, інформаційні системи або їх окремі елементи, інформаційні мережі і мережі зв’язку, що використовуються для реалізації інформаційних технологій. Встановлено сутність інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, а також чинники, які впливають на використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті. Вказано перелік засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (апаратні засоби та програмне забезпечення). Подано форми роботи на заняттях в закладах вищої освіти, а також способи застосування засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у закладах вищої освіти. Зроблено висновок про доцільність та дієвість використання засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти

Досягнутий суттєвий прогрес в зниженні малюкової смертності, пов’язаної з інфекційними захворюваннями, в Сумський області, викликав незвичайну цікавість до синдрому раптової смерті грудної дитини (СРСГД). The education role in the development of the information society: Progressive ideas of the world's leading countries

The article describes the retrospective of the countries' practice, which gives rise to the conviction of the signs of national character. This experience combines the support of traditions with a desire to listen to the demands of today's developed world. In the article, great attention is paid to the study of education systems in the countries of the European Union, as well as the USA, Canada and other countries, their features in the information society. The article shows similar approaches in the organization of the educational process. We revealed the signs of the national education system based on structural recommendations, the consequences of training and other resources relative to other countries, which will allow diplomats and managers to evaluate the consequences of educational practice, characterize the improvement of state policy in the field of education and make informed decisions about its improvement. The training of specialists in the modern information society requires taking into account the ideas of continuity, openness and anticipatory development. The article analyzes the prospects of creative application of the advanced beliefs of different countries of the world for the training of specialists in Ukraine in the conditions of the modern information society. &nbsp
