    Pada penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh faktor-faktor marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian proyektor pada PT. Smart Vision Medan. Adapun gambaran dari populasi yang teliti adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli produk proyektor Microvision Pada PT. Smart Vision Medan sebagai pemasar dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 90 orang untuk dijadikan responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi berganda guna mengetahui besarnya koefisien regresi serta menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian proyektor pada PT. Smart Vision Medan. Dari uji statistik yang dilakukan juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli proyektor Microvision pada PT. Smart Vision Medan adalah variabel produk karena mempunyai koefisien determinasi partialnya paling besar yaitu sebesar 15,21 % dibandingkan variabel lainnya

    : Managerial competence will be very determining toward the advancement of educational institution. A good managerial competence of principal will help improving professionalism of teachers in order to improve the quality of education in State Senior High School (SMA Negeri ) 2 of Pulo Aceh of Aceh Besar. This study aimed to describe the managerial program, the implementation of managerial competence, and the professionalism of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 of Pulo Aceh. To achieve the aim, this study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation study. The procedures of data analysis were data reduction, data display, and data verification. The subjects of the study were principal, vice principal, and teachers. The result of the study showed that: (1) the principal of SMA Negeri 2 of Pulo Aceh had the skill to encourage staffs, teachers, and employees, optimize the school resources, guide students, and give good model in teaching. The principal has been fully responsible in advancing the school. The attitudes were patient, careful, work hard, and discipline. Therefore, the principal has tried to put himself as a leader that suited the expectation of teachers and other related stakeholders, that the principal had already had managerial programs in improving professionalism of teachers. (2) The principal in improving professionalism of teachers gladly accepted advices and critiques from his subordinates and communicated the policies and problems together. (3) The obstacles faced by the principal in implementing managerial program to improving professionalism of teachers were the inadequate of numbers of teachers and the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the educational process

    Pada penelitian ini yang ingin penulis identifikasi berkaitan dengan masalah di atas adalah terkait variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pola produksi guna meminimalisasi biaya produksi. Masalah yang hendak dicari jawabannya dalam penelitian ini adalah berpengaruhkah atau seberapa besarkah Pola Produksi Konstan, Pola Produksi Bergelombang, Pola Produksi Moderat dan Forecast terhadap pola produksi guna meminimalisasi biaya produksi PT. Gergas Utama Medan dan faktor manakah yang mempuyai pengaruh paling dominan. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data yaitu. Uji-F Komparatif dan Forecast. Dari hasil perhitungan uji-F Komparatif perhitungan diatas maka, jika Fhitung 4,51 β‰₯ Ftabel 4,26 maka H0 ditolak artinya singnifikasi df = n-k-1 yaitu 12-2-1 = 9 dan alfa 5% maka diantara variabel tersebut Pola Produksi Konstan, Pola Produksi Bergelombang, Pola Produksi Moderat dan Forcast disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan terhadap nilai biaya produksi yaitu dari hasil perhitungan biya konstan merupakan Pola produksi yang paling efisien dengan nilai biaya sebesar Rp. 80.237.000,- sedangkan dengan melakukan analisis Methode Least Square maka dapat diproyeksikan besar penjualan produksi tahun 2017 sebesar 109.368 ton. Berdasarkan analisa di atas, maka hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh Pola Produksi Konstan terhadap pola produksi guna meminimalisasi biaya produksi pada PT.     Qualified education process. The education process is the essential component of the education system due to the number of educational resources utilized effectively and efficiently. This research was aimed at obtaining information about: (1) how did the leadership of the principal as a manager in policy implementation program at SMA Negeri 1 of Meureudu; (2) the strategy of principal as a manager in improving the quality of education; (3) the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 of Meureudu. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The techniques of data collection were conducted through interview, observation, and documentation study. The subjects of this research were the principal, teachers, and students. The result showed that: (1) determining of policy through the formulation of vision, mission and the school objective, preparing School Budget Plan (RAPBS), discipline, administration, providing facilities and infrastructure, improving the ability of teachers through education, training, and provision of books; (2) in improving the quality of education, the strategies undertaken by the principal as a manager in improving the quality of education were; holding monthly meeting, guiding the teachers, creating a comfortable atmosphere to motivate teachers and staff, optimizing the use of resources; (3) the principal used the situational leadership style in managing the educators and education staff in accordance with the maturity level of subordinates

    : The principal as the top manager has a strategic role in improving the performance of teachers. The purpose of this study are: to know: programs, strategies, and constraints faced by principals in improving the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Mutiara Pidie District. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were: interviews, observation, and documentation study. The subjects are: principals, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that: (1) The program principals in improving teacher performance has been drafted, but not detailed very well. The compiled program remain to be implemented as quickly as possible by the principal to improve the performance of teachers. (2) The strategy for improving teacher performance by implementing a strategy of democratic leadership. In the face of teachers, usually the principal often exchange ideas with the teachers, so finding an effective way to improve their performance in the development of the learning process. Teachers whose performance is low, loud attitude and personality, with a persuasive approach school principals encourage them to improve their performance. (3) Obstacles encountered principals in improving teacher performance, among others: the lack of available funding for teacher training outside office hours, there are teachers who are less active, and the results have not been capable of upgrading disseminated to friends

    : the competence of the supervision of the head of the school is among the factors that influenced the increase in the professionalism of teachers. This research aims to describe: (1) the competence of the head of school in drawing up the programme of academic supervision to enhance the professionalism of teachers, (2) the principal kompetesi in implementing the program for academic supervision to enhance the professionalism of teachers, and (3) the competence of the head of school in following up on the results of academic supervision to enhance the professionalism of teachers. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The subject of research is the principal, vice principal, teachers, and school superintendent. The results showed that: (1) the head of the SMA Negeri I Kuala Batee Southwest Aceh District have demonstrated a good supervision of competence, in particular in drawing up a program of academic supervision against the teacher. It can be seen from the supervision of the program has been compiled with set goals, objectives and implementation procedures of supervision, but less cooperation with the school superintendent. (2) the head of the SMA Negeri I Kuala Batee Southwest Aceh District have demonstrated a good supervision of competence, in particular in implementing the programme of academic supervision. It can be seen from the application of the models, approaches, and techniques of supervision that are run, but in the application of the techniques of observation has not been fitted with observation guidelines and (3) the competence of the supervision of the head of the SMA Negeri I Kuala Batee Southwest Aceh district in particular in follow-up on the results of supervision is still lacking. This can be from the follow-up results of supervision is performed by evaluating and providing feedback through individual talks with teachers who are disupervisi, but the principal did not devise an action plan next supervision

    : A principal as a supervisor has a role to stimulate, coordinate, and guide teachers to be able to improve their professional competence as a teacher and educator. The purpose of this study was to find out the programs, strategies, and obstacles faced by the principal in improving professional competence of teachers in Mesjid Raya Islamic State Elementary School of Banda Aceh. This study used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were principal, teachers, and students. The results of this study showed that: (1) the supervision programs in improving professional competence of teachers were designed by the principal and were documented, which included annual and semester programs. It positively affected the improvement of professional competence of teachers that the learning activities became positive. The principal as a supervisor still carried out supervision activity, fostering, guidance, and directing teachers to improve professional competence in learning activities. (2) The implementation of principal\u27s supervision as a supervisor in improving professional competence of teachers included classroom counseling, classroom observation, and classroom visiting. These activities positively affected the teachers in improving their professional competence in term of preparing the lesson plans before teaching. (3) The obstacles faced in improving professional competence of teachers were the lack of time for the principal in determining the supervision schedule and the small number of teachers disagreed with the implementation of supervision, if it was for observing the learning process. In following up the result of supervision, the principal has used educative and persuasive approach like guiding teachers with difficulties through discussion, classroom visiting, and talks
