Mikha'il Na'ima and Sohrab Sepehri, two Arab and Persian poets, represent valuable mystical themes in their poems. The study of the idea of Mystical in the poetry of these two poets, regardless of their oriental or Islamic origins, can help us recognize mystical literature truly. Among these themes is the theory of unity of existence that has a philosophical-mystical basis. This theory, which believes the unity of existence among all beings, has a special place in the realm of mysticism and philosophy. In this essay, we study the mystical unity of existence in the poems of Mikha'il Na'ima and Sohrab Sepehri using the analytical-comparative method. The findings suggest that the concept of the unity of existence, in the poetry of these two poets, has brought their poetry quite close despite the difference in era. The most important and prominent concepts of the unity of existence, including the manifestation of the sacred divine essence in existence, man as a light of God's existence, and self-knowledge an introduction towards knowledge of God are common in the poetry and literature of both poets. But in the meantime Sohrab Sepehri is more interested in Islamic mysticism than in his mystical ideas. Which is relatively less evident in the thought of Naima. Keywords: Mikha'il Na'ima, Sohrab Sepehri, the concept of the unity of existence

Pneumonia is the leading cause of death from a single infection worldwide in children. A proven clinical method for diagnosing pneumonia is through a chest X-ray. However, the resulting X-ray images often need clarification, resulting in subjective judgments. In addition, the process of diagnosis requires a longer time. One technique can be applied by applying advanced deep learning, namely, Transfer Learning with Deep Convolutional Neural Network (Deep CNN) and modified Multilevel Meta Ensemble Learning using Softmax. The purpose of this research was to improve the accuracy of the pneumonia classification model. This study proposes a classification model with a meta-ensemble approach using five classification algorithms: Xception, Resnet 15V2, InceptionV3, VGG16, and VGG19. The ensemble stage used two different concepts, where the first level ensemble combined the output of the Xception, ResNet15V2, and InceptionV3 algorithms. Then the output from the first ensemble level is reused for the following learning process, combined with the output from other algorithms, namely VGG16 and VGG19. This process is called ensemble level two. The classification algorithm used at this stage is the same as the previous stage, using KNN as a classification model. Based on experiments, the model proposed in this study has better accuracy than the others, with a test accuracy value of 98.272%. The benefit of this research could help doctors as a recommendation tool to make more accurate and timely diagnoses, thus speeding up the treatment process and reducing the risk of complications

The story of Siavash has an old mythological theme, and hence one can consider him a mythic-ritual person whose study of various aspects of his story calls for the recognition of ancient rituals. The present research has examined Siavash in ancient texts and Shahnameh with a descriptive-analytical method. Contrary to the views of previous scholars, this paper concludes that Siavash has had the signs of Mitraism within himself. Such signs contain different features than common ones. Incidentally, these signs are those that are not part of Mehr rituals, but are its distinctive features. These signs revolve around the issues of belief in action and wisdom, and those aspects of religion that emphasize the role of intellectuals showed Siavash as the owner of Farah meaning the follower of religion and country, relating to Mehr rituals. So, a number of Siavash’s traits and mythical events around him should be found in beliefs such as believing in theism (Farah bavari), a pass-by-fire test, a horse and a Teshter in ancient mythologies, the source of the alliance, the righteousness, skillfulness in archery and vendetta are beliefs of the worshipers of Mehr

Abstract: After the start of renal scintigraphy in a 32-year-old woman, there was an abnormal view in frame 6 that was simultaneous with the start of ringing of a mobile cell phone that was in the patient’s trousers pocket. In frame 6 of the flow phase, some bright dots were observed, suggesting photomultiplier tubes. Immediately after that frame, in spite of continued ringing of the mobile cell phone (up to 1–2 minutes), the imaging frames came back to a normal situation. In the case, electromagnetic interference from the mobile cell phone may disrupt the photoelectric functioning of photomultiplier tubes during scintigraphy

Purpose Perianal fistula is one of the most common anorectal diseases in adult patients, especially men. A relationship between pyogenic perianal abscess and fistula formation is established in multiple domains. This is the first exploration of such association among patients in the country as no related study has been published in Bahrain. We expect this study to be a foundation for future protocols and evidence-based practice. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in Salmaniya Medical Complex of Bahrain. A total of 109 patients with a diagnosis of anal abscess were included between 2015 and 2018. Data were collected from the electronic files database used in Salmaniya Medical Complex (iSeha) as well as phone calls to the patients. Collected data were analyzed using statistical software. Results The most predominant presentation of perianal abscess was pain. Over 50% of abscesses were classified as perianal (56.9%) and among those, left-sided abscesses were more common, followed by right-, posterior-, and anterior-sited, respectively. No recurrence of abscess was recorded among 80% of patients. A fistula developed following abscess drainage in 33.9% of patients. Most fistulas (37.8%) were diagnosed within 6 months or less from abscess drainage. Posterior fistulas were the most common, followed by anterior and left-sided fistulas. Conclusion The incidence of anal fistula in Bahrain after perianal abscess was 33.9%. Most of the patients who developed a fistula following pyogenic abscess drainage were males and above the age of 40 years. The most common site for fistula was posterior

Purpose: The aim of the present study is to evaluate whether or not the electromagnetic field generated by mobile phones interferes with the function of a single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) gamma camera during data acquisition. Methods and materials: We tested the effects of seven models of mobile phones on one SPECT gamma camera. The mobile phones were tested when making a call, in ringing mode, and in standby mode. The gamma camera function was assessed during data acquisition from a planar source and a point source of technetium-99m with activities of 10 mCi and 3 mCi, respectively. A significant decrease in count number was considered to be electromagnetic interference (EMI). Results: The percentage of induced EMI with the gamma camera per mobile phone was in the range of 0–100%. The incidence of EMI was mainly observed in the first seconds of ringing and then mitigated in the following frames. Conclusion: Mobile phones are portable sources of electromagnetic radiation, and there is interference potential with the function of SPECT gamma cameras leading to adverse effects on the quality of the acquired images.
