Отмечены важность решения этих проблем для подрастающего поколения и значимость средств массовой информации в создании единого мирового культурологического мышления, формировании общественного мнения, развитии мирового межкультурного пространства.The article deals with the problems of the formation of modern intercultural communication and the role of the mass media in the formation and development of tolerant relations in the intercultural space. The authors refer to the works of scientists studying the issues of intercultural communication and intercultural tolerance. The importance of solving these problems among the younger generation is noted. Based on the analysis the significance of the mass media in creating single world culturological thinking is revealed. According to the authors, the mass media influence the formation of public opinion and the development of global intercultural space

© 2018, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. An approach to investigate self-assembly of oil disperse systems based on high-field electron nuclear double resonance has been suggested. As exemplified by asphaltenes, the oil components most prone to self-assembly, the formation of planar rather than multilayer structures has been directly evidenced experimentally. The suggested method can be applied to elucidate the self-assembly mechanism in wide range of organic objects

Toward the Asphaltene Structure by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Relaxation Studies at High Fields (3.4 T)

© 2016 American Chemical Society.A series of 12 asphaltene samples extracted from heavy oils and the oxidized bitumen of different origin has been studied with high-frequency W-band (94 GHz) pulsed electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. Transverse (T2e) and longitudinal (T1e) relaxation times of the free radical (FR) and the vanadyl porphyrin (VO2+) were measured for each sample. A significant contribution of the spectral diffusion to T2e has been revealed and ascribed to the dipole-dipole interaction between the FR and VO2+. This indicates that the distance between the FR and VO2+ does not exceed a few nanometers, which means, in turn, that VO2+ can participate in construction of the asphaltene aggregates via the intermolecular interactions

© 2015, Review of European Studies. All right reserved. The purpose of this article is aimed at identifying features of forming an interaction network of an entrepreneurial structure for developing real competition. The presented article defines the formation of different types of cross-cutting strategic management processes of an entrepreneurial structure with divergent interests of employers and hired managers. The basis of the presented work appears to be the use of modeling in the theory of relations between business structures. The paper presents a mechanism for forming an interaction network of an entrepreneurial structure with counterparties of direct exposure environment. This article is intended for managers, executives, researchers involved in entrepreneurial structures development

© The authors. The relevance of the study on economic aspects of local authorities' functioning is due to their dual nature in the complex system of market relations. In this regard, this article is aimed at economic aspects' revealing of local authorities' functioning, as well as the disclosure of various interest levels' interaction in the system of municipal management. A leading approach in the study of this problem is the method of the effectiveness assessing of local authorities' functioning. The article presents the analysis of domestic researchers' different points of view in relation to the substantial characteristics of municipal economy, reveals the nature of the interaction of various interest levels in the system of municipal relations, discloses the duality of local authorities' position in the municipal system of economic relations, proposes a classification of business entities under the municipal economy, proves the specificity of the economic and moral relations in the system of local authorities. The article is valuable for researchers, teachers and students studying the problems of formation and development of the national municipal economy, research methods within the discipline "Economics of public (government) services", "Municipal economy", as well as specialists of local authorities who are concerned with the improvement and development of municipal economy

Omnidirectional people's gathering monitoring by using deep learning algorithms

It has long been recognized as gathering of people is one of the major risk factor in spreading of viral epidemics. Social distancing is then one of the most simple and powerful system to mitigate the spread of infections. We explore here the possibility of monitoring public people’s gathering by using a novel bifocal omnidirectional lens designed by INAF jointly with deep learning-based algorithms. The paper briefly describe how the lens works, the applied deep learning algorithms and the preliminary results of the trials

A glimpse on Staphylococcus aureus translation machinery and its control

© 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.Staphylococcus aureus is a major opportunistic and versatile pathogen. Because the bacteria rapidly evolve multi-resistances towards antibiotics, there is an urgent need to find novel targets and alternative strategies to cure bacterial infections. Here, we provide a brief overview on the knowledge acquired on S. aureus ribosomes, which is one of the major antibiotic targets. We will show that subtle differences exist between the translation at the initiation step of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria although their ribosomes display a remarkable degree of resemblance. In addition, we will illustrate using specific examples the diversity of mechanisms controlling translation initiation in S. aureus that contribute to shape the expression of the virulence factors in a temporal and dynamic manner

Structure of the 70S ribosome from human pathogen Staphylococcus aureus

© 2016 The Author(s).Comparative structural studies of ribosomes from various organisms keep offering exciting insights on how species-specific or environment-related structural features of ribosomes may impact translation specificity and its regulation. Although the importance of such features may be less obvious within more closely related organisms, their existence could account for vital yet species-specific mechanisms of translation regulation that would involve stalling, cell survival and antibiotic resistance. Here, we present the first full 70S ribosome structure from Staphylococcus aureus, a Gram-positive pathogenic bacterium, solved by cryo-electron microscopy. Comparative analysis with other known bacterial ribosomes pinpoints several unique features specific to S. aureus around a conserved core, at both the protein and the RNA levels. Our work provides the structural basis for the many studies aiming at understanding translation regulation in S. aureus and for designing drugs against this often multi-resistant pathogen
