EVALUASI DISTRIBUSI PENYALURAN BERAS MISKIN (RASKIN) DIDESA PUNGGUR KECIL KECAMATAN SUNGAI KAKAP KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi distribusi penyaluran program beras miskin (raskin) di desa Punggur Kecil Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang dengan jumlah populasi sampel 382 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis ketepatan sasaran, analisis ketepatan jumlah, analisis ketepatan harga, analisis ketepatan waktu, analisis ketepatan kualitas dan analisis ketepatan administrarasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keefektifan pendistribusian program raskin berdasarkan analisis kinerja ketepatan sasaran yaitu tidak efektif karena dalam pendistribusian raskin ada penambahan nama penerima raskin yang tidak terdaftar dalam data penerima raskin, kinerja ketepatan waktu tidak efektif, kinerja ketepatan harga tidak efektif, kinerja ketepatan jumlah efektif, kinerja ketepatan kualitas belum efektif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi dari kinerja keefektivitas penyaluran program raskin belum efektif.Kata Kunci : kinerja tepat sasaran, kinerja tepat waktu, kinerja tepat kualitas, kinerja tepat harga

DAMPAK KEBERADAAN HUTAN TANAMAN INDUSTRI PT. WANA SUBUR LESTARI TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DESA SUNGAI RADAK II KECAMATAN TERENTANG KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

This study aimed to determine the impact of Industrial Plantation Forest of PT. Wana Subur Lestari on people’s welfare in the village of River Radak II. These impacts include increased income, job opportunities, public facilities, public health, social agencies, employment and public welfare. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the implementation of rural development, the improvement of people’s welfare, in the research area in particular and in Kubu Raya regency in general. This study used secondary data taken from relevant agencies and primary data in from of opinion taken from rural community of Sungai Radak II who have been affected by the presence of industrial plantation forest. To analyze the data of this research, SPSS 18.00 was used. The result of this research showed that the presense of Industrial Plantation Forest provides positive impact on the increased income, business opportunities, employment and public welfare. Furthermore, it does not have negative impact on public health and social agencies in the village of Sungai Radak II. The statistical result of income showed that  t  value was -4,905 with sig (2 tailed) indicating that presence of Industrial Plantation Forest of PT. Wana Subur Lestari provides significant impact on people’s income. PENGEMBANGAN OLAHAN ALOE VERA MENJADI PRODUK YANG BERNILAI JUAL PADA UKM I SUN VERA

UKM ISUN VERA bergerak di bidang olahan lidah buaya sejak tahun 2004, merupakan target IbM melalui proses pendampingan kemitraan, untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi produk olahan lidah buaya, peningkatan kualitas produksi dengan teknologi perbaikan kemasan, pemasaran dengan sistem on line.  Sebelumnya UKM ISUN VERA telah mengolah berbagai kuliner dari  lidah buaya   seperti manisan,  dodol, minuman segar, dan instan aloe merupakan salah icon kuliner Kota Pontianak.Tujuan dari kegiatan IbM ini adalah :1. Terdapat produk baru dari hasil inovasi diversifikasi produk olahan lidah buaya, yang akan menambah keanekaragaman produk yang telah dikenal sebelumnya yaitu kue Brownies, kue Lapis Legit, dan jamu `kunyit asam berbasis aloe; 2. Sistem pemasaran yang lebih modern selain pemasaran yang telah dilakukan selama ini yaitu pemasaran dengan sistem Online seperti pembuatan Web,3. Mendapatkan kemasan yang lebih hygienis dan menarik khas UKM Isun Vera. Pelaksanaan kegiatan  dimulai dengan diskusi bersama Ibu Sunani sebagai pemilik UKM Isun Vera dan peserta pelatihan bagaimana membuat kue Brownies, kue Lapis Legit, dan jamu`kunyit asam berbasis aloe. Selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihandengantujuan untukmemberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilandalam pembuatan kue brownies, lapis legit dan jamu kunyit asam berbasis aloe. Pemasaran dengan system on line yaitu pembuatan web, Pembuatan labeling dan kemasan produk juga diberikan. Peserta IbMsangat bersemangat  mengikuti kegiatan  penyuluhan dan melakukan kegiatan praktek pembuatan aneka kue dan jamu kunyit asam berbasis aloe.  Ketua UKM sangat menyadari dengan adanya diversifikasi olahan kue dan jamu berbasis aloe, dan pembuatan label dan kemasan serta web site akan menambah daya jual produk berbasis aloe dan akan terus membuat produk yang teah di transfer oleh tim IbM. Kata kunci: diversifikasi produk aloe, brownies,lapis legit, jamu kunyit asam

IDENTIFIKASI DAN INVENTARISASI USAHA AGRIBISNIS DI SEKITAR KAWASAN HUTAN KECAMATAN SEJANGKUNG KABUPATEN SAMBAS KALIMANTAN BARAT

ABSTRACTThe aims of this research were: (1)to determine the types of existing agribusiness around forest areas, (2)to determine the agribusiness system that goes around forest areas (3)To determine the factors that affect the farm income communities around the forest areas in sub district Sejangkung.The results showed that (1)Traditional and semi subsistance farming activities that carried out by the forest communities is food crops (rice)and poultry. Commercial farming is rubber and coconut. (2) The style farming communities around the forest areas still hereditary, traditional, using family labor, own capital and marketed their crops to middlemen or directly sold to the market sub-district or district level.(3) Revenue farmingcommunities around the forest are included in the category of lower middle income. The lowest income level is Rp. 500.000/month and the highest is Rp. 3.000.000/month, with an average total income is Rp. 1.436.667/month.Based on the results of the regression analysis, the factors that affect farm income are land area and capital. HUBUNGAN PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNIS PERDESAAN (PUAP) TERHADAP KINERJA KELOMPOK TANI DI KECAMATAN SERAWAIKABUPATEN SINTANG

This research aim to analyse correlation program of Development Effort Agribisnis Countryside (PUAP) to Productivity Group Farmer in District Serawai and to know and analyse correlation program Development Effort Agribisnis Countryside (PUAP) to make-up of Productivity, Production, Revenue, Earnings and Cost of Farming in District  Serawai. Hypothesis the raised is Anticipated farmer which accept fund of PUAP, productivity, production, revenue, earnings and cost of farmer bigger than a farmer which do not accept fund of PUAP in District Serawai. Anticipated thecorrelation program of Development Effort Agribisnis Countryside (PUAP)  to make-up of farming production and earnings of farmer in District  Serawai. This Research use descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collected by dividing kuesioner to responder and with interview to elite figure and responder. Research executed in Bedaha countryside and Tunas Harapan countryside in January to March 2013. Population which is taken in this research  four farmer group in Bedaha countryside and four farmer group in Tunas Harapan countryside. Taken Sampel by purposive counted 20 responder people each lot farmer. Amount of entirety sampel is 160 people. Conclusion, this research prove that farmer which accept fund of PUAP, productivity, production of farming and earnings of farmer bigger than a farmer which do not accept fund of PUAP in District Serawai. Raised by Suggestion is adjacent and tuition on an ongoing basis very expected by local farmer. Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Penangkar Bibit Jeruk Siam (Citrus Nobilis) Di Kabupaten Sambas

This research was conducted in Orange Siamese Enterprises seed breeder, seed breeding centers of Tangerine, which is in Sambas, West Kalimantan. The research was conducted from August to October 2015. The study was conducted by descriptive method with case study approach. The sampling method used is stratified sampling, the population is 16 seed breeder Tangerine, in Sambas, West Kalimantan. Data collection methods consist of primary data and secondary data. The research method using SWOT analysis or Strengts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.Development Seed breeder Tangerine in Sambas, West Kalimantan, aternatif most appropriate, namely by using SO strategy, because this strategy has the highest value, which is at 19.3. PENENTUAN KOMODITAS UNGGULAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN LANDAK

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komoditas pertanian yang menjadi unggulan di Kabupaten Landak, dan untuk mengetahui peran sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian ini mengunakan data sekunder, dengan bentuk penelitian analisis deskriptif yaitu yang menganalisis komoditi unggulan sektor pertanian, dengan kurun waktu tahun 2011 sampai 2015. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis LQ (Location Quotient) untuk menganalisis sektor basis/sektor unggulan. Hasil perhitungan analisi Location Quotient pada tahun 2011-2015, dapat diketahui komoditi yang teridentifikasi sebagai komoditi basis di Kabupaten Landak, yaitu subsektor tanaman pangan adalah ubi kayu, subsektor perkebunan terdiri dari karet, kopi, dan kakao. STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN AGRIBISNIS PADI MELALUI PEMBANGUNAN RICE ESTATE DI KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Budi Syahrizal "Rice Agribusiness Development Strategy Development Through Rice Estate in Kubu Raya District", under the guidance of Ir . A. Hamid A. Yusra, MS and Dr. Ir. H. Sutarman Gafur, M.Sc. The research aims to : 1. Knowing the real rice management by Kubu Raya District Government in increasing rice production. 2. Identifying factors external environment into opportunities and threats management of real rice and internal environmental factors are the strength and weaknesses of the management of real rice. 3. Formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented according to the manager of the rice area real environmental conditions. 4. Analyzing priority management strategies that can be implemented in accordance with the environmental conditions of real rice area . Benefits of this research are : 1. As an input for the management of real rice in Kubu Raya District to be considered in carrying on their business in the face of environmental changes occur real rice. 2. This study is also expected to be material information for the various parties involved in the management of real rice to prepare measures that can improve the production and productivity of rice in order to self-sufficiency and food security in Indonesia , particularly the Kubu Raya District immediately reached. 3. As for the academics, hopefully this study can be material information, comparisons and references for further studies. The research was conducted in the village of Kuala Foreman A B District Overseer Kuala Kubu Raya district of West Kalimantan Province and held for about 2 months. Method used was a survey method and included in the descriptive study. The population in this study are all stakeholders involved in the system of rice agribusiness. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which determine directly or selecting respondents deliberately . The results of this study are : SWOT analysis matrix shows the internal - external strategic factors obtained is : SO the value of 3,2748 , with a value of 3,0448 ST, WO and WT with a value of 2.5888 with a value of 2.3588. ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT KAWASAN TAMAN NASIONAL GUNUNG PALUNG KABUPATEN KAYONG UTARA

Kesejahteraan sosial adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang terorganisasi yang bertujuan untuk membantu individu atau masyarakat guna memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan dasarnya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan selaras dengan kepentingan keluarga dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Palung Kabupaten Kayong Utara serta mengetahui hubungan karakteristik responden dengan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Palung Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil secara simple random sampling. Untuk menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan digunakan dengan kriteria BPS yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi, tingkat kesejahteraan sedang, tingkat kesejahteraan rendah. Hubungan antara karakteristik responden dengan tingkat kesejahteraan di uji dengan korelasi rank spearman. Hasil analisis tingkat kesejahteraan dari 75 kepala keluarga sampel berdasarkan kriteria BPS yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan rendah sebanyak 49%, tingkat kesejahteraan sedang sebanyak 44%, tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi hanya 7%. Ada hubungan antara karakteristik responden dengan tingkat kesejahteraan.Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan, Kawasan Taman Nasional
