    Designing and realization of an individual educational program

This change means that an individual is the most significant value in the modern process of teaching. The aim of the article is to find a theoretical proof for an individual study program design and test it in pedagogical conditions. The leading approach in this research is individual-oriented which provides the following pupil’s rights: to choose a study course, to be involved in the process of personal educational program arrangement; to choose an individual pace, form and methods of studying, control and self-estimation methods, etc. The article contains the author’s point of view on the essence and content of an individual educational program and a new way of its design and implementation. The materials given are practically useful for all participants of a teaching process who follow an individual educational program

    Relevance. According to the forecasts of the World Health Organization (WHO), by 2030 the number of people suffering from hearing loss will increase by more than 30%. Also, one third of all cases of hearing loss is associated with diseases of the middle ear. In recent decades, the number of cases of exudative otitis media (EOM) has increased, which accounts for 15-17% of all cases of ear diseases. In addition, EOM is associated with irreversible hearing loss, which may be due to both the disease itself and its consequences. This feature of EOM is of great importance due to the special importance in medicine of the modern concept of “quality of life” (1,2,3)

    CREATION OF TEMPERATURE INHOMOGENITIES WITH THE USE OF PELTIER ELEMENT FOR THE MASS-EXCHANGE PROCESSES INTENSIFICATION OF THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

    The intensification of technological processes in the oil and gas industry is an urgent task for industrial production. Improving the efficiency of the processes leads to a decrease in the consumption of materials by the apparatus and the cost of their manufacture, an improvement in the quality of the produced product, and simplifies the transportation and installation of equipment. To achieve these goals, a new highly efficient equipment is being developed based on the use of various physical and chemical phenomena, their combinations, and new technological approaches. One of the most effective ways to solve such problems is pulse impact on the materials being processed, in which inhomogeneities of the process driving force are artificially created. The challenge of intensifying the processes occurring during the direct contact of the phases is the need to influence the system being processed locally - in the area of the interface, since it is there that the substances transfer from one phase to another. The object of article's scientific research – mass-exchange process, which is most widespread in oil and gas technology. As a model, the process of liquid evaporation is chosen, on which the separation of mixtures by rectification is based – the main process of the oil and gas processing industry. The heterogeneity of the driving force of the mass transfer process was created using a thermoelectric converter, the principle of which is based on the Peltier effect, in a series of experiments. Such converters allow creation of higher temperature gradient and, consequently, a greater temperature heterogeneity in the investigated system compared with traditional resistance electric heaters at the same energy expenditure. The article discusses the influence of the temperature inhomogenities location on the efficiency of mass-exchange processes, specifically the evaporation process. In experimental studies, the evaporation rate was estimated by measuring the mass evaporation velocity of a liquid. It is noted that the creation of a temperature gradient on the free surface of the liquid phase using a Peltier element with a specific power of 1.8 kW/m2 leads to a twofold intensification of the evaporation process

    This work describes the results of the research on metaphors about Ukrainian Maidan from November 2013 to May2014 as reflected in Russian mass media. The results show that to a greater degree Maidan is associated with society as a whole but not with one particular person, and to a lesser degree Maidan is viewed on as an artifact - something artificial, product of people activity

    Site-selective spectroscopy of Ce3+ and Yb3+ ions in double-doped SrAlF5 crystals

    This paper reports a study of absorption, luminescence and excitation spectra of single- and double-doped Ce3+,Yb3+:SrAlF 5 (0.5 at%.) single crystals. Spectral properties of different types of impurity centers of Ce3+, Yb3+ and Yb2+ ions are described. Experimental energy level diagrams for optically nonequivalent Ce3+, Yb2+ and Yb3+ centers in double-doped Ce3+, Yb3+: SrAlF5 single crystals are suggested. Lasing on Ce:SAF single crystal at 290 nm under 248 nm pumping was demonstrated for the first time. © 2013 Published by Elsevier B.V

Article aims to develop the structure and content of higher professional school lecturer education competence as a lecturer professionalism should be evaluated not only on the quality of the studies, but also for his participation in education activities in higher school. It is needed to rely on a stating that education competence is an integral feature of professional and educational activities aimed at the effectiveness of the educational process in higher professional school in developing its structure and content. In the structure of the lecturer education competence there are four components: humanologic, socio-pedagogical, organizational and methodical, professional personal. Their content is disclosed in knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities as necessary for the implementation of the education activities in higher professional school. The presented structure of high school lecturer education competence facilitates the efficient evaluation of the competences, the identification of the gaps in the competencies development levels and their correction with additional measures and means aimed to their effective formation
