    This study aims to develop a learning implementation plan using inquiry learning models in Thematic learning in class IV Bengkulu City. This type of research is research and development. This study uses a 4D development model by Thiagarajan. However, this research was only carried out up to the 3D stage (Define, Design, Develop). Validation is done by design experts and material experts. The lesson plan (RPP) developed was rated and responded by 2 teachers from Bengkulu City Elementary School. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis of the results of the expert validation research and teacher responses and qualitative descriptive analysis of the comments from the expert validation and teacher responses. The score of the validator assessment of the lesson plan (RPP) with a score of 86.92 with a very valid category and the teacher's response of 91 with a very good categor

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan guru membuka dan menutup pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 45 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 45 Kota Bengkulu, dengan sempel berjumlah 56 siswa yang didapat dari teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket tertutup dengan alat ukurnya mengacu pada skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dari kedua angket tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan guru membuka dan menutup pembelajaran (variable X) dengan motivasi belajar siswa (variable Y) kelas V SD Negeri 45 Kota Bengkulu, dengan rhitung 0,474 > rtabel 0,263 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Koefisien Determinan (kontribusi) variable X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 22,46% dan tingkat hubungan tergolong cukup kuat. Dari hasil peneitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan guru membuka dan menutup pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 45 Kota Bengkulu

    The study aimed to determine the effect of Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in Thematic learning in V class SDN Gugus XIX of Bengkulu City. This research was quantitative research. The research method was quasi-experimental with the type of design matching onle pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study were five grade in Gugus XIX of the city of Bengkulu City. The sample in this study were VC class SDN 71 Bengkulu City and V class SDN 103 Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The research instruments was a knowledge learning result is multiple choice questions (pretest and posttest). For the attitude and skills aspects used is observation sheets. The data analysis by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistic. The results shows that the t-test score obtains in the Indonesian language is 4.012 and in the natural science is 2,941 with t-tables at the 5% significance level of, 1,669 where t-count is greater than t-table. It can be concluded, that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes in Thematic learning using the type Two Stay Two Stray cooperative leaning model.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray, Thematic, Learning Outcome

    Curiosity is a character that must be mastered by students to be able to learn independently. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the attitude of curiosity in grade 7A students. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research model of Kemmis, Taggart & Nixon with the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting activities. The data collection instruments used in this study were the observation sheet of learning implementation and a curiosity attitude questionnaire. From the results of observations of the implementation of learning, there was an increase in the implementation of the PjBL learning model from cycle I and cycle II with a percentage score of 70.0 and 84.17. While the results of the questionnaire attitude of curiosity showed an increase in very high criteria with a score of 9.38% in the first cycle, an increase of 15.63% in the second cycle. So that it can be concluded that the PjBL model can increase the curiosity of students

    Perencanaan Program Supervisi Klinis Di SDN 78 Bengkulu Tengah

    Supervisi klinis yang baik harus mampu membuat guru semakin kompeten pada bidangnya, oleh karena itu supervisi klinis harus menyentuh pada pengembangan seluruh kompetensi guru. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan kepala sekolah dan guru tentang perencanaan program supervise klinis, dan meningkatkan kompetensi dalam membuat rencana program supervise klinis. Kegiatan PPM diawali dengan mengadakan pretest, selanjutnya  mensosialisasikan dan menelaah bersama materi , diskusi ,workshoop untuk menyusun perencanaan program supervise klinis. Khalayak sasaran pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah Kepala sekolah dan guru di SDN 78 Bengkulu Tengah berjumlah 20 peserta, dilaksanakan tanggal 10 sd 14 Oktober 2020  . Hasil post tes menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan. Peserta lebih memahami tentang supervise klinis serta merumuskan perencanaannya bersifat terbuka berasal dari para guru. Hasil nilai pos tes menunjukkan pemahaman peserta meningkat dengan rata rata nilai 8,7, sedangkan sebelumnya pretes rata rata 6,7
