Aplikasi Sistem Orthonormal Di Ruang Hilbert Pada Deret Fourier

The Effect Of Learning Facilities Toward Students's Learning Outcomes Of Class X And XI Social On Economics Of SMA 3 Pekanbaru
The research aims to investigate the influence of learning facilities to thelearning outcomes of students at class X and XI IPS on economic subjects in SMANegeri 3 Pekanbaru. Based on a survey that has been done by the writer at theschool, there are skill students in class XI IPS who have not reached the KKM.While students in the class X most still many who have not reached the KKM oneconomic subject which can be based on semester exam brade in 2012/2013. Theresearch has been done to X dan XI IPS students in SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Thenumber of entire class or population of X dan XI IPS class are 448 students and thesample in this research is 82 students. The data collection techniqe is using simplerandom sampling. Data collected by using questionnaire that contain the questionsabout the students facilities at school or at home/ students individual property that isthen distributed to students as the respondents in this research, and this data is calledprimer data. As for the secondary data in the form of the value of the secondsemester of academic year 2012/2013 on economic subjects. In this study the datawere analyzed using simple linear regression. Test used in the analysis requirementsof normality and linearity test data. Hypothesis testing is done by using T test and itcan be seen that the calculated value of T (11.130)> T table value (1.664), the errorrate of 5%. Analysis of the calculation results in a simple regression equationobtained a constant value of 21 421 and a regression coefficient or b values obtainedfor 17 352. And the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) obtained by the R value of0.780 and the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.608.
DNA Barcoding of Neolissochilus sumatranus and Tor douronensis to Support In Situ Conservation of Indonesian Mahseers
The fishes of genera Neolissochilus and Tor are locally known as Ikan Batak or ihan in North Sumatra. They are sacred and are usually served in Batak tribe traditional ceremonies. However, their population in the wild is declining because of habitat degradation, unwise exploitation, water pollution, and the introduction of invasive species. Therefore, suitable management is needed to maintain Ikan Batak's sustainability in their natural habitat, which can be conducted through in situ conservation. The habitat of Ikan Batak in the Bonan Dolok river of the Samosir Regency can potentially be developed as a conservation site. Information concerning this species in Bonan Dolok River is needed as a basis for effective in situ conservation management. Morphologically identified fish captured in Bonan Dolok River were validated using DNA barcoding of cytochrome oxidase I (COI) mitochondrial DNA segment. This study confirmed that Ikan Batak captured from Bonan Dolok River belongs to two genera, Neolissochilus and Tor. Furthermore, the phylogenetic tree construction using Maximum Likelihood showed that the specimens identified as N. sumatranus were identical to N. cf soroides, a species found in the Malaysian peninsula, Thailand, and Cambodia.
MATHEMATIC MODEL FOR SITY BUS SCHEDULING IN YOGYAKARTA
Various methods can be used to construct a mathematical model of the transportation problems. One model that can be used is a linear model. Several studies have used a linear model to get the schedule and the optimal route of bus trips. This research will build a mathematical model of a city bus transportation problems in DIY using linear models. Linear model is built to get the condition density city bus passengers on shifts respectively that morning, noon, and evening. After finding a suitable model, applied to the bus passengers data in Yogyakarta. From these results it can be seen the optimum conditions in terms of density, because the condition of the city bus at this time that quiet enthusiasts. Besides, the optimum density at each shift in the morning is 11 passengers, 10 passengers during the day, and evening 9 passengers.

Syphacia (Syphacia) Semiadii N. SP. (Nematoda: Oxyuridae) from Halmaheramys Bokimekot Fabre et al., 2013 (Rodentia: Muridae) on Halmahera Island, Indonesia and A Key to The Species Present in Sulawesi and The Australian Bioregion
Syphacia (Syphacia) semiadii n. sp.is described from Halmaheramys bokimekot Fabre et al., 2013, an endemic murine of Halmahera Island, Maluku, Indonesia. Among the New Guinea/Australian congeners, S. (S.) semiadii n. sp. most closely resembles S. (S.) mamelonitenuis and S. (S.) longaecauda in having a circular cephalic plate without dorsoventral constriction laterally and lacking lateral alae in both sexes. However, this species differs from S. (S.) mamelonitenuis, which has a shorter tail in both sexes and larger eggs, and from S. (S.) longaecauda, which has a longer tail in both sexes. to aid identification, we also provide a dichotomous key to the species of Syphacia in Sulawesi and the Australian bioregion
A molecular genetic approach for sex determination on helmeted hornbill (
Helmeted Hornbill (Rhinolax vigil) is the only hornbill that equipped with solid casque made from keratin for both males and females. The demand for casque in the black market was huge and resulted in IUCN status leaped up from vulnerable to critically endangered. We received a total of 68 confiscated helmeted hornbill casques. As part of the casework and the objectives of the study, we determined to reveal the sex status of those casques and the best methods to work with keratinous material. Molecular methods to determining sex in birds rely on the CHD gene located on male and female chromosomes ZZ and ZW, respectively. We optimized laboratory protocols for genetic sexing using three independent sets of primers P2/P8, 2550F/2718R, and CHD1F/CHD1R to amplify regions of the sexlinked CHD-Z and CHD-W genes. The CHD1F/CHD1R determined sex 80.88% of samples. The 2550F/2718R were quite successful, sexing 51.47% of samples. In contrast, the P2/P8 only identified the sex around 20.58% of samples. These results showed that CHD1F/CHD1R works the most effective for sexing the casques with 52.9% females, 27.9% males, and 19.1% unidentified. Therefore, the most accurate and suitable primers are CHD1F/CHD1R, 2550F/2718R, and P2/P8, respectively for keratinous samples
