Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Agama Hindu di SMA Swasta Kabupaten Buleleng
This study aims to: 1) to describe the leadership of the principal at the Private High School in Buleleng Regency, 2) to reveal the work motivation of the Hindu Religion teachers at the Private High School in Buleleng Regency, 3) to reveal the performance of the Hindu Religion teachers in the Private High School in Buleleng Regency. The method used in this research is ex-post facto correlational research. The population as respondents was 18 religion’s Hindu teachers from 10 private high schools in Buleleng Regency. The results showed that: 1) the relationship between the principal's leadership and the performance of Hindu religion’s teachers in private high schools in Buleleng Regency based on the results of the analysis, found positive and significant results through the regression line equation Y ,4 = 16.499 + 0.857 X1 with a contribution of 56.9%. The relationship between principal leadership and work motivation on the performance of Hindu religious teachers is expressed by a correlation coefficient of 0.864 and Fcount = 18.865. Because Fcount is greater than Ftable, there is a significant relationship between principal leadership and work motivation on the performance of Hindu Religion teachers.Keywords: Principal Leadership, Hindu Religion Teacher Performance, Work Motivatio
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad Terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS Ditinjau Dari Konsep Diri Akademik Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 3 Sukawati
This study aims to determine the influence of STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model of Social Learning Achievement Judging from Self Concept in Class Students at SMPN 3 Sukawati. This study uses the Post Test –Only Control Group Design. The research were conducted in academic year 2012/2013 that consist of 263 students. The sample using simple random sampling and analyzed by two ways Anova. The results are: 1)There are differences in social achievement of students who follow the model of type STAD Cooperative Learning with those who follow conventional learning 2)There are differences in the interaction in social achievement between the students who follow model of type STAD Cooperative Learning with those who follow conventional learning who have high self concept There are differences in social achievement between the students who follow model of type STAD Cooperative Learning with those who follow conventional learning who have high self concept with self concept 3)There are differences in social achievement between the students who follow model of type STAD Cooperative Learning with those who follow conventional learning who have high self concept 4) There are differences in social achievement between the students who follow model of type STAD Cooperative Learning with those who follow conventional learning who have low self concept. Based on these finding we can conclude that there are differences in students' social learning achievement of the following type STAD Cooperative Learning model judging from self concept in VIII Class Students at SMPN 3 Sukawati-Gianyar
Kontribusi Minat Belajar, Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Kecerdasan Logis Matematika Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani
This study aimed at finding out (1) study interest, (2) achievement motivation, (3) logical-mathematical intelligence, and (4) the study interest, achievement motivation and logical and mathematical intelligence simultaneously on achievement of learning in mathematics of the students. The population of this study consisted of all the 140 eleventh grade students of science, language and social science majors at SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani. Out of the population 112 students were selected as sample by using proportional random sampling technique. This study used ex post facto design. The data were collected by distributing Linkert scale questionnaires on study interest and achievement motivation, while the data on logical intelligence and achievement in learning mathematics were collected with a test. The data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the contribution of study interest on achievement in learning mathematics of the students were 11.80%, (2) the contribution of achievement motivation of the students on achievement in learning mathematics were 6.00%, (3) contribution of logical-mathematical intelligence on achievement in learning mathematics were 6.20% and (4) the variable of the students' study interest , the students' achievement motivation, and the students' logical-mathematical intelligence simultaneously had a significant contribution on the students' achievement in learning mathematics with the contribution of 26.6%. Based on that findings, in separately or simultaneously, there were significant contributions between interest, achievement motivation, logical-mathematical intelligence on achievement in learning mathematics of the eleventh grade students of science, language and social science majors at SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani
Kontribusi Kompetensi Guru, Sikap Profesi Guru, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati
The study aimed at finding out the extend of (1) the contribution between teacher\u27s competency toward the teacher\u27s performance, (2) the contribution between teacher\u27s profession attitude toward the teacher\u27s performance, (3) the contribution between teacher\u27s work\u27s motivation toward teacher\u27s performance, and (4) the contribution between teacher\u27s competency, profession attitude, and work motivation toward teacher\u27s performance of SMAN 1 Sukawati. This study utilized an ex-post facto. Population are the whole teacher\u27s at SMAN 1 SUkawati which contained 65 teachers. Sampel was taken from the whole teacher at SMAN 1 Sukawati by using population research. They were analyzed based on regression analysis on 5% significant level. The result of the study indicated that: (1) there is contribution between teacher\u27s competency toward teacher\u27s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 36,1%, (2) there is contribution between teacher\u27s profession attitude toward teacher\u27s performance at with its contribution 37,8%, (3) there is contribution between teacher\u27s work\u27s motivation toward teacher\u27s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 39,3%, and (4) there is positive contribution between teachers competency, profession attitude and work\u27s motivation towards teacher\u27s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 60,6%
Kontribusi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik, Semangat Kerja, Dan Kesejahteraan Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMP Negeri Se-kecamatan Tegallalang
This study aimed to find out the contribution of implementation of academic supervision, work enthusiasm, and teacher\u27s welfare towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict both partially and simultaneously. This study belonged to ex pos facto approach. The population in this study were 129 teachers of SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict. Sampling technique utilized simple random sampling were 97 teachers. Analysis data conducted by using partial correlation and multiple linier regresssion. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a contribution of implementation of academic supervision towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 7.03%, (2) there is a contribution of work enthusiasm towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 20.92%, (3) there is a contribution of teacher\u27s welfare towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 32.88%, and (4) there are contribution of implementation of academic supervision, work enthusiasm, and teacher\u27s welfare towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 60.83%. Based on the findings it could be concluded that there is a contribution of implementation of academic supervision, work enthusiasm, and teacher\u27s welfare towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict
Analisis Determinasi Kualitas Perencanaan, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Smk PGRI 4 Denpasar
The objectives of this study was to determine the magnitude of Planning Quality determination of independent variables (XÂ1), Organization Culture (X2), Discipline (X3), and teacher performance (Y) toward the dependent variable at SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar. This research belonged to the subject of quantities research approaches, the research conducted are classified as “ex post facto”. Simple regression, multiple regressions, multiple correlation as well as partial correlation are carried out in analyzing data. The populations of the subjects study were teachers of SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar, amounting to 90 people. Samples in this study were taken with a proportional random sampling technique, the sample size by 73 teachers. Data are collected using questionnaires. The result showed that: (1) there is a determination of planning quality towards the performance of teachers in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 47,5%, (2) there is a determination of organization culture towards the performance of teacher in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 36,1%, (3) There is a determination towards the performance of work discipline teacher in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 28,5%, and (4) simultaneously there is a determination of planning quality, organization culture, and discipline employment of teachers towards teacher performance in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 62,1%
Kontribusi Sikap Profesional, Etos Kerja Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Di Kecamatan Tampaksiring
This Study aimed at finding out and analist some phenomena in the field, such as teachers who do not pursue their profesion professionally in terms of job at outside working hours, less able to take advantage of the opportunity of free time for creativity, it can affect on the SMP teacher's performance in the subdistrict of Tampaksiring. The aim of this study was to find out the contribution of professional attitude, work ethic, and work climate on teacher performance in the SMP in subdistrict of Tampaksiring? This study is ex-post facto correlational with population of subjects include all SMP teachers in the subdistrict of Tampaksiring, number of samples were 93 people. This study was a survey. Data was collected by using questionnaires for variable of professional attitude, work ethic, work climate and performance. The questionnaire by using Likert scale models. Data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation analysis. The results showed there was significant contribution of professional attitude on the SMP teachers performance in subdistrict of Tampaksiring was 26.5%. There was significant contribution of work ethic on the teacher's performance in the subdistrict of Tampaksiring were 15.6%. There was significant contribution of the work climate on the SMP teacher's performance in the subdistrict of Tampaksiring were 15.6%. There was significant contribution of the professional attitude, work ethic, and working climate on the SMP teacher's performance in the subdistrict of Tampaksiring was 54.2%
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Video Interaktif terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK PGRI 3 Badung
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar mata pelajaran projek kreatif dan kewirausahaan sebelum diterapkan model pembelajran problem based learning berbantuan media video interaktif pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Perhotelan di SMK PGRI 3 Badung tahun 2023/2024, 2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar mata pelajaran projek kreatif dan kewirausahaan sesudah diterapkan model pembelajran problem based learning berbantuan media video interaktif pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Perhotelan di SMK PGRI 3 Badung tahun 2023/2024, 3) mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media video interaktif pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Perhotelan di SMK PGRI 3 Badung tahun 2023/2024. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu eksperimen semu (quasy experiment). Penelitian ini mengikuti desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian non equivalent control group pretest posttest design. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37, teknik sampling yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik group random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil belajar mata pelajaran projek kreatif dan kewirausahaan sebelum diterapkan model pembelajran problem based learning berbantuan media video interaktif adalah diperoleh nilai range sebesar 21, nilai minimum sebesar 56 dan nilai maksimum sebesar 77, pada nilai mean memperoleh sebesar 66,59, standar deviasi sebesar 6,265 dan variance sebesar 39,248, 2) Hasil belajar siswa sesudah diterapkan model pembelajran problem based learning berbantuan media video interaktif dimana nilai range sebesar 12, pada nilai minimum sebesar 80 dan maksimum 92, nilai mean sebesar 85,97, standar deviasi sebesar 3,262 dan nilai variance sebsar 10,638, 3) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media video interaktif terhadap hasil belajaar siswa mata pelajaran projek kreatif dan kewirausahaan dimana Pair 1 diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa untuk Pre-Test kelas eksperimen dengan Post-Test kelas eksperimen. Pada output Pair 2 diperoleh signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa untuk Pre-Test kelas kontrol dengan Post-Test kelas kontrol
Determinasi Model Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Supervisi Akademis Pengawas, Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Pada Guru SMPN Di Kecamatan Tegallalang
This study aimed to determine the determination principal's leadership model, supervisor's academic supervision, and the work ethic toward Teacher's learning Management Quality at SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Tegallalang. This study an ex-post facto. The population in this research were the whole teacher at SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Tegallalang with total amount 129 teacher's. Based on Table Krejcie and Daryle W. Morgan (1970) obtained a sample of 97 teachers. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data analyzed method by simple regression, multiple regression, multiple correlation and partial correlation. Based on the results of data analyzed concluded that, (1) there were determination of principal's leadership model towards Teacher's learning Management Quality at SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Tegallalang score 25.5% and effective contribution of 15,2%, (2) There were determination supervisor's academic supervision towards Teacher's learning Management Quality at SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Tegallalang : 11.2% and effective contribution of 5,9 % (3) There were determination Work Ethic towards Teacher's learning Management Quality at SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Tegallalang score 40.4% and effective contribution of 29,1%, and (4) There were simultaneous determination principal's leadership model , supervisor's academic supervision, and work ethic to the quality ethic towards Teacher's learning Management Quality at SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Tegallalang score 50.2%
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Efikasi Diri Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Smk Negeri Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan
Potentials owned by every teacher did not always develop fairly due to the influence of several factors, therefore low impact on the teacher's performance. This study was aimed at discovering of the influence of organization cultural, self efficacy and job satisfaction toward teacher's teaching performance, both separately as well as simultaneously. The study population consisted of 158 teacher all of SMK Negeri Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan, and the 113 a person sampling through proportionate stratified random sampling. This study belonged to a ex-post-facto in the lock of explaining a causal correlational problem descriptivily. The data collected by the support of questionnaire and documentation study. The study results shows; there is a positive and significant influence of organization cultural, self efficacy and job satisfaction toward teacher's teaching performance, with effective contribution separately in a row for 17,6%; 19,8%; 22,4%; and simultaneously by 59,8%. This result means; the influence of job satisfaction on the teacher's teaching performance is the first rank, then the influence of self efficacy on the teacher's teaching performance is the second rank, and the influence of organizational culture on the teacher's teaching performance is the third rank
