Output Consensus Control for Linear Port-Hamiltonian Systems

    Get PDF
In this paper, we study output consensus of coupled linear port-Hamiltonian systems on graphs in the presence of constant disturbances, where couplings are allowed to be both static and dynamic. Utilizing port-Hamiltonian structures, we present dynamic controllers achieving output consensus where the consensus values are determined by the disturbances. Finally, the utility of the proposed controller is illustrated by applying it to current sharing of DC microgrids

Krasovskii and shifted passivity based output consensus

Motivated by current sharing in power networks, we consider a class of output consensus (also called agreement) problems for nonlinear systems, where the consensus value is determined by external disturbances, e.g., power demand. This output consensus problem is solved by a simple distributed output feedback controller if a system is either Krasovskii or shifted passive, which is the only essential requirement. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is shown in simulation on an islanded DC power network.</p

A Circuit Device of Detecting the Bearing Deflection

This paper investigates the operation of the motor caused by the bearing deflection, we will design detection circuit to detect bearing deflection, the circuit includes coil, rectifier circuit and voltage measuring device. In the interior of the motor, coil has been designed in gap between the stator silicon steel, and then connect a rectifier circuit to an external motor, the rectifier circuit is connected to the voltage measurement terminal. When bearings close to stator silicon steel in the operation of the motor, the induced voltage of the coil will rise and transmit the voltage to rectifier circuit instantly. In this case, the voltage rectifier circuit will convert the DC voltage, the voltage delivered to the voltage measurement terminal, at this time, users can know the motor bearings have deflected phenomenon based on the DC voltage , and can immediately improve motor and maintenance operations

Stability of a Two-Strain Tuberculosis Model with General Contact Rate

    Get PDF
A two-strain tuberculosis model with general contact rate which allows tuberculosis patients with the drug-sensitive Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain to be treated is presented. The model includes both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant strains. A detailed qualitative analysis about positivity, boundedness, existence, uniqueness and global stability of the equilibria of this model is carried out. Analytical results of the model show that the quantities R1 and R2, which represent the basic reproduction numbers of the sensitive and resistant strains, respectively, provide the threshold conditions which determine the competitive outcomes of the two strains. Numerical simulations are also conducted to confirm and extend the analytic results
