Study and Explores on CRM based on the Supply Chain Integration
Many enterprises have not been able to understand the concept innovation for the implementation CRM, many still rely an individual customer relationship management and customer rervice approach, this approach has been hampered by inefficiency and 75 tembarked from the single enterprise understood the customer, management customer and service customer, cause to have all sorts of limitations of implementation the customer relations management, nearly 2/3 customer relations management project defeated at the end. Based on this, this article has explained the customer relations management concept from the supply chain integration's thought angle, and has carried on the exploration how to establish, perfect the enterprise supply chain integration customer relations management system and the operational mechanism.Key words: Supply chain; Integration; Customer relationship management; Customer competition; Service competitio
INFLUENCES ANALYSIS OF CONFIGURATIONS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PARALLEL TYPE SIX-AXIS ACCELEROMETERS
The development of parallel type six-axis accelerometers was hindered for their complicated forward kinematics and dynamics algorithms which make it difficult to decouple the six acceleration components timely, accurately and stably. This paper applies four parallel configurations with 6-DOF and a closed-form solution of the forward kinematics to six-axis accelerometers as the elastic bodies, where the piezoelectric ceramics act as the sensitive elements and play the role of prismatic pairs. An efficient decoupling algorithm was derived to calculate the six acceleration components completely by the use of Kane’s dynamics method in configuration space. Considering the differences in sensing properties of the four six-axis accelerometers, a quantitative comparison was conducted to reveal the configurations’ direct influences on some static characteristics, including accuracy, efficiency, sensitivity, isotropy, and working frequency range, which makes a theoretical foundation for the subsequent design of a reconfigurable prototype
Comprehensive Analysis of the Relationship Between RAS and RAF Mutations and MSI Status of Colorectal Cancer in Northeastern China
Background/Aims: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is mainly caused by chromosomal instability (CIN) and microsatellite instability (MSI). The RAS and RAF genes are essential components of the CIN pathway, and several studies have found that RAS and RAF mutations are associated with MSI status in CRC. Here, we examined these three factors in CRC in Northeast China and aimed to reveal new details of the relationship between these mutations and MSI status. Methods: This study involved 290 patients with CRC who had RAS or RAF gene mutation detected using fluorescence-based allele-specific polymerase chain reaction or Sanger sequencing. The majority of the identified patients were found to harbor MSI (MSI status). Accurate molecular detection was carried out using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue or blood samples. Results: The rates of RAS and RAF mutations were 58.5% and 4.1%, respectively. The prevalence of RAS mutation in CRC was clearly higher and that of RAF mutation was lower in Northeast China compared with previously reported cohorts in other locations. High MSI level (MSI-H status) was more complex, at around 10%. This was consistent with previous data from China. However, compared with data reported from other continents, MSI-H was higher than that of Japan or South Korea in Asia, and lower than that of Europe or the United States. Conclusion: RAS/RAF mutations and MSI status in CRC are closely associated with tumor location and ethnicity. Further studies investigating the relationship between these three factors can help in the development of treatment strategies for patients with CRC
Robust estimation of bacterial cell count from optical density
Optical density (OD) is widely used to estimate the density of cells in liquid culture, but cannot be compared between instruments without a standardized calibration protocol and is challenging to relate to actual cell count. We address this with an interlaboratory study comparing three simple, low-cost, and highly accessible OD calibration protocols across 244 laboratories, applied to eight strains of constitutive GFP-expressing E. coli. Based on our results, we recommend calibrating OD to estimated cell count using serial dilution of silica microspheres, which produces highly precise calibration (95.5% of residuals <1.2-fold), is easily assessed for quality control, also assesses instrument effective linear range, and can be combined with fluorescence calibration to obtain units of Molecules of Equivalent Fluorescein (MEFL) per cell, allowing direct comparison and data fusion with flow cytometry measurements: in our study, fluorescence per cell measurements showed only a 1.07-fold mean difference between plate reader and flow cytometry data
When Arduino Meets Kinect: An Intelligent Ambient Home Entertainment Environment
This paper describes an gesture-based system suitable for use in a party. With the Microsoft Kinect for Windows sensor, LEDs or lamps, Arduino, and a set of Relay Shield for Arduino, our module creates an immersive ambient entertainment environment that is responsive and sensitive to the presence of users reflected by their gestures, feet movements, and can roughly recognize users\u27 mood based on their facial expressions. We use C# to develop Kinect for Windows application to detect a single user (full skeletal) movement and facial expression. In response to the user\u27s feet/leg movement, the external LED spotlight will be turned on via Arduino Uno and its Relay Shield. The facial expression will be transferred into mood detection module. A higher mood will be used to control ambient light and play music at the same time. That said, a USB port will be used to connect the Kinect sensor, and one or two more USB ports will be used to connect to the Arduino kits. A servo-motor will be used to rotate spotlights
Estimation of the Soil–Water Characteristic Curve from Index Properties for Sandy Soil in China
The soil–water characteristic curve (SWCC) is an important parameter of unsaturated soil, and almost all the engineering characteristics of unsaturated soil are more or less related to the SWCC. The SWCC contains important information for geotechnical engineering, water engineering, hydrogeology modelling and climate modelling. It is noted that the experimental measurement of SWCC is costly and time consuming, which limits the implementation of principles of unsaturated soil mechanics in practical engineering. The indirect method, which estimates the SWCC from the index properties of soil, can provide the SWCC with the errors which are within tolerance in practical engineering. In addition, the indirect method can determine SWCC very fast and almost with no cost. In this paper, the domestic sandy soils are selected and the index properties of those sands are used to correlate the SWCC fitting parameters. Consequently, mathematical equations are proposed to estimate SWCC from index properties of domestic sands. The proposed models are trained from 44 sets of experimental data and verified with another independent 8 sets of experimental data from published literature. It is observed that the results from the proposed model agree well with the experimental data from literature
