    Get PDF
From the perspective of consumers, taking Changbai Mountain Ginseng as an example, the paper has proved the influences of geographical brand image on consumers’ behaviors. And further more, it has confirmed the significant adjustment function of WOM information on the relationship between geographical brand image and consumers’ behavioral intentions. The conclusion of the study can provide rationale for enterprises, government, and industry association to implement geographical brand strategy and to shape geographical brand image

Preparation of future teachers of art disciplines for innovative activity in China

The article is devoted to substantiation of theoretical aspects of the problem of preparation of future teachers of art disciplines for innovative activity in China. The preparation of future teachers of art disciplines for innovation is considered by the authors as a system, as it can be described as an ordered set of interconnected components, which is a holistic formation. Among such components of the system are the purpose, content, methods, forms, means and so on. Readiness for innovative professional activity is considered by the authors as an integrative quality of personality, which is formed due to the emergence of a psychological system of activity, and its structure is identical to the structure of the corresponding functional psychological system. The components of such a system are the motives and goals of the activity, its information base and program, the decision-making unit and the subsystem of personality qualities, which is professionally important. It is proved that readiness and ability for innovative activity is provided by efficiency of introduction of the newest achievements of science, creative mastering of the advanced pedagogical experience of education, search of the most rational means of optimization of educational process and extracurricular activity of future teachers of art disciplines (group work, problem scientific groups, societies, etc)

Study of torque pulsation control of switched reluctance motor by auto-disturbance rejection control

The switched reluctance motor drives the rotor based on the principle of minimum reluctance, which is structurally simpler, but the doubly salient structure of the stator and rotor leads to severe torque pulsation. This paper briefly introduces the switched reluctance motor and the auto-disturbance rejection controller for suppressing the torque pulsation of the switched reluctance motor. Then, the auto-disturbance rejection controller was simulated in the MATLAB software, and it was compared with the direct torque control strategy. The results showed that the switched reluctance motor installed with the self-reluctance controller reached the set rotational speed faster, with a smoother torque change; when the set speed changed abruptly, it was adjusted to the new rotational speed faster, with a smooth and stable torque change; when the load torque changed abruptly, it was adjusted to the new torque smoother and faster, and the adjustment to the rotational speed was also faster

Tissue and ontogenic expression profiles of FATP1 and FATP4 genes in goose

Fatty acid transport proteins (FATPs) are a family of proteins involved in fatty acid uptake and activation. The tissues and ontogenic expression profiles of the critical genes participating in fatty acid metabolism have little been systematically investigated in goose. To gain insight into the gene-regulation processes in goose fatty   acid metabolism, we detected the expression profiles of FATP1 and FATP4 transcripts in goose tissues using  the quantitative real-time PCR method in two goose breeds: Zhejiang white goose and Landes goose. The   results show that FATP1 and FATP4 genes were ubiquitously expressed in all seven studied geese tissues. Both genes exhibited tissue-specific expression pattern in mRNA level with the highest expression level in leg   muscle and the lowest in abdominal fat. The liver and heart were also two important tissues for both of genes expression. The growth points at 35 and 56 days were important points for both of genes expression. In   addition, for the two breeds, both genes showed Zhejiang white goose had higher expression than Landes  goose. It can be speculated that the expression of FATP1 and FATP4 genes may have breed-specific. The   results could serve as a primary reference for the expression profile of goose fatty acid metabolism.Key words: Expression pattern, FATP1, FATP4, Landes goose, Zhejiang white goose
