In order to quantify the fuzziness in the simplified neutrosophic setting, this paper proposes a generalized distance-based entropy measure and a dimension root entropy measure of simplified neutrosophic sets (NSs) (containing interval-valued and single-valued NSs) and verifies their properties

Transport properties of dense deuterium-tritium plasmas

Consistent descriptions of the equation of states, and information about transport coefficients of deuterium-tritium mixture are demonstrated through quantum molecular dynamic (QMD) simulations (up to a density of 600 g/cm3^{3} and a temperature of 10410^{4} eV). Diffusion coefficients and viscosity are compared with one component plasma model in different regimes from the strong coupled to the kinetic one. Electronic and radiative transport coefficients, which are compared with models currently used in hydrodynamic simulations of inertial confinement fusion, are evaluated up to 800 eV. The Lorentz number is also discussed from the highly degenerate to the intermediate region.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figure

In the title compound, [ZnCl2(C12H11N3)], the ZnII atom is four-coordinated by two N atoms from an N-(2-pyridylmethylene)benzene-1,4-diamine ligand and two Cl atoms in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. In the crystal, the complex molecules are connected by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds into a two-dimensional layer structure parallel to (110)

Distant supervision for neural relation extraction integrated with word attention and property features

    Get PDF
Distant supervision for neural relation extraction is an efficient approach to extracting massive relations with reference to plain texts. However, the existing neural methods fail to capture the critical words in sentence encoding and meanwhile lack useful sentence information for some positive training instances. To address the above issues, we propose a novel neural relation extraction model. First, we develop a word-level attention mechanism to distinguish the importance of each individual word in a sentence, increasing the attention weights for those critical words. Second, we investigate the semantic information from word embeddings of target entities, which can be developed as a supplementary feature for the extractor. Experimental results show that our model outperforms previous state-of-the-art baselines

Capillary Hemangioma of the Middle Ear and External Auditory Canal: a Case Report

    Get PDF
AbstractWe report a case of capillary hemangiomsa that involved the entire middle ear space, external auditory canal(EAC) and tympanic antrum. Symptoms in the case included ear fullness, hearing loss, otalgia and otorrhea. The case was misdiagnosed as recurrent chronic otitis media with granulation preoperatively. A diagnosis of capillary hemangioma was established by postoperative histological examination. The management of capillary hemangioma of the middle ear and external auditory canal is discussed, with a review of the literature. Because of its variable and sometimes misleading clinical presentation, hemangioma can initially be misdiagnosed as other lesions. Therefore, a high index of suspicion is necessary for early and accurate diagnosis

Genomic Inference of the Metabolism and Evolution of the Archaeal Phylum Aigarchaeota

Microbes of the phylum Aigarchaeota are widely distributed in geothermal environments, but their physiological and ecological roles are poorly understood. Here we analyze six Aigarchaeota metagenomic bins from two circumneutral hot springs in Tengchong, China, to reveal that they are either strict or facultative anaerobes, and most are chemolithotrophs that can perform sulfide oxidation. Applying comparative genomics to the Thaumarchaeota and Aigarchaeota, we find that they both originated from thermal habitats, sharing 1154 genes with their common ancestor. Horizontal gene transfer played a crucial role in shaping genetic diversity of Aigarchaeota and led to functional partitioning and ecological divergence among sympatric microbes, as several key functional innovations were endowed by Bacteria, including dissimilatory sulfite reduction and possibly carbon monoxide oxidation. Our study expands our knowledge of the possible ecological roles of the Aigarchaeota and clarifies their evolutionary relationship to their sister lineage Thaumarchaeota

Numerical simulation analysis of multi-physical coupling field with abrasive flow precision polishing variable-aperture tube

    Get PDF
In the fields of aerospace, precision machinery and energy, there are variable-diameter tubes for many key components. Abrasive flow polishing technology is an effective precision polishing technology for finishing the workpiece with an internal cavity structure. This technology can improve the quality of part finishing, reduce stress concentration, and reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece, and ultimately can improve the performance of the workpiece. In this paper, variable-aperture tube is taken as the research object, and the characteristics of abrasive flow in the multi-physics coupling field are studied by numerical simulation, and the collision removal effect between the abrasive particle and the wall surface is analyzed. We also discussed the control law of the abrasive grain flow processing quality and provided theoretical guidance for abrasive grain flow polishing of this type of part

Adenosine A2A Receptors Mediate Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Electroacupuncture on Synovitis in Mice with Collagen-Induced Arthritis

    Get PDF
To study the role of adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR) in mediating the anti-inflammatory effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on synovitis in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA), C57BL/6 mice were divided into five treatment groups: Sham-control, CIA-control, CIA-EA, CIA-SCH58261 (A2AR antagonist), and CIA-EA-SCH58261. All mice except those in the Sham-control group were immunized with collagen II for arthritis induction. EA treatment was administered using the stomach 36 and spleen 6 points, and stimulated with a continuous rectangular wave for 30 min daily. EA treatment and SCH58261 were administered daily from days 35 to 49 (n=10). After treatment, X-ray radiography of joint bone morphology was established at day 60 and mouse blood was collected for ELISA determination of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) levels. Mice were sacrificed and processed for histological examination of pathological changes of joint tissue, including hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry of A2AR expression. EA treatment resulted in significantly reduced pathological scores, TNF-α concentrations, and bone damage X-ray scores. Importantly, the anti-inflammatory and tissue-protective effect of EA treatment was reversed by coadministration of SCH58261. Thus, EA treatment exerts an anti-inflammatory effect resulting in significant protection of cartilage by activation of A2AR in the synovial tissue of CIA
