EVALUASI PENENTUAN BARGA POKOK PRODUKSI PADA UD. SAMPANGAN MUSIK SURAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : apakah terdapat perbedaan antara harga pokok produksi yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan dengan harga pokok produksi menurut konsep akuntansi biaya Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Studi pustaka (2) Studi lapangan yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi (3) Analisis data Ada tiga temuan utama yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini. Pertama, pengidentifikasian dan pengklasifikasian biaya produksi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan belum sesuai dengan konsep akuntansi biaya. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui belum tercakupnya beberapa elemen biaya sebagai komponen pembentuk harga pokok produksi. • Kedua, perbedaan penggolongan biaya produksi menurut perusahaan dengan menurut konsep akuntansi biaya menyebabkan harga pokok produksi yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan berbeda dengaii harga pokok produksi menurut konsep akuntansi biaya. Terahkir, pembebanan perusahaan berdasarkan metode biaya yang sesungguhnya terjadi mengakibatkan terjadinya fluktuasi biaya overhead pabrik dan untuk biaya overhead pabrik yang sulit ditelusur secara langsung perlu dibebankan dengan metode pembebana tarif dimuka dengan metode normal costing

Neither force nor will: a theory of judicial power

This dissertation seeks to shed greater light on the scope of judicial power and the role of the courts in the American political system. It seeks to expand our understanding of the influence of courts beyond the almost exclusive focus on the aftermath of particular decisions--central to debates about enforcement powers (or the lack thereof)--to a broader understanding of more sophisticated ways in which the judiciary shapes the exercise of political power. I argue that the interactions between the courts and these agents have significant effects on public policy, both within the judiciary and in the broader political system

Analisis tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap pengguna Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat II Medan

Pembangunan kesehatan sebagai salah satu upaya pembangunan nasional yang dilaksanakan oleh semua komponen bangsa Indonesia. Survey BPJS Kesehatan tahun 2014 menunjukkan kepuasan peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang datang ke RS pemerintah (80%) lebih rendah dari RS swasta (83%). Dimensi tangible serta responsiveness merupakan titik lemah dari RS pemerintah jika dibandingkan RS swasta yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap pengguna Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional berdasarkan dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy di RS Bhayangkara Tingkat II Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 100 orang pasien yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square dan uji regresi logistik. Hasil uji menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Hasil analisis multivariat dengan logistic regression menunjukkan bahwa variabel reliability merupakan yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat II Medan (Exp (B)= 101.776). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimensi yang paling domi-nan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat II Medan adalah reliability. Untuk menyusun strategi peningkatan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat II Medan perlu dipertimbangkan strategi yang difokuskan pada kepuasan pelanggan

Litigator involvement and success in the U.S. Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court

Literature on test case litigation has led researchers to expect that familiarity with case facts may increase a lawyer's likelihood of victory before the U.S. Supreme Court. However, this question has not been examined empirically. Here, I consider this question. I use data on all federal cases orally argued before the Court during its 2000-2004 terms. I find that interest group lawyers are the only kind of attorneys that are significantly more likely to become involved in the courts of appeals. Early involvement, however, does not affect the probability that a party will win before the Supreme Court

ANALISIS TINGKAT PERSAINGAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA SEPEDA MOTOR YAMAHA DAN HONDA

The purpose of this study were: 1) To know is there any difference in consumer satisfaction Yamaha and Honda; 2) To determine the factors that distinguish consumer satisfaction Yamaha and Honda. This study used primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using independent samples t compare means test, chi square, descriptive statistics with SPSS version 15.0. The results showed that the quality of service from Yamaha and Honda motorcycles rated as good by most customers. While the results of comparative tests between the service quality Yamaha motorcycle with Honda based on the dimensions of reliability, keresponsifan, assurance, empathy and tangible as well as quality of service overall there are significant differences. Importance based on cartesian diagram analysis of service quality performance dimension of Yamaha motorcycles by Honda, that respond dimension, a dimension that is considered important by customers Honda with Yamaha motorcycles, but the performance of the dimensions keresponsifan not as expected, either by the customer Yamaha motorcycle and Honda motorcycle customers. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship adolescent adjustment self to the motivation to learn grade students XI. Background research this is done because it is based observation which researchers do, found that the motivation to learn students SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku still lacking in ability adjust oneself the less good inside interacting with teachers and fellow students This researcher is research quantitative with a study approach product moment correlation. Population research This is students of SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku. Amount sample as many as 76 students class XI SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku. Technique sampling used that is cluster random sampling. Data Research taken by using communication techniques indirectly that is distributed questionnaires using the likert scale of both adolescent adjustment self variables and learning motivation variables The frequency distribution results show that the ability alienation self-students SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku still in the moderate category, while the level of motivation to learn students SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku still at a moderate level. The results show the relationship between variable adolescent adjustment self and variable learning motivation amount rxy = 0.332. Results testing hypothesis shows that value correlation rxy = 0.332 > value r tabel = 0.224, then Ha is accepted meaning there is a relationship between adolescent self- adaptation to the motivation of learning students SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku North Sumatra. &nbsp

The research was conducted at the Surabaya Bhakti Rahayu Hospital. Study sample was 100 hospitalized patients. The results are: (1) no significant effect between service quality and satisfaction, (2) Rates of satisfaction is significantly affected, (3) quality of service is significantly affected loyalty (4) there was no significant effect between price and loyalty, (5) satisfaction is influenced significant loyalty. Based on our research, this suggests that patients should be more careful to avoid disappointment hospitalization. To the management should have a positive communication with patients when declining consumer confidence. And further research should be done continuously with similar time intervals to determine whether or not there is an increase in satisfaction, as a result of the increased performance of the services performed and prices that affect customer loyalt
