An Empirical Study on the Vocational Education of Huang Yan-pei
In China, the campaign for the vocational education appeared from 1917 to 1927. Huang Yan-pei who was the leader of the campaign presented the slogan for it in 1915 and established The National Association of Vocation Education of China in 1917. After that he thought out the systematical vocational education and stored rich experience. This paper analyzes ""Huang yan-pei Education works"", ""Education and vocation"", and so forth and examines the factor that Huang yan-pei proposed the vocational education and the characteristic through considering the background he thought out it and the content of it

The azimuthal asymmetry in single longitudinally polarized Drell-Yan process
We study the azimuthal asymmetry in the Drell-Yan
process, when the nucleon is longitudinally polarized. The asymmetry is
contributed by the combination of the Boer-Mulders function and the
longitudinal transversity distribution function. We consider the Drell-Yan
processes by beams colliding on the proton and deuteron targets,
respectively. We calculate the azimuthal asymmetries in these
processes using the Boer-Mulders function and the longitudinal transversity
from spectator models. We show that the study on single polarized
Drell-Yan processes can not only give the information on the new 3-dimensional
parton distribution functions in momentum space, but also shed light on the
chiral-odd structure of the longitudinally polarized nucleon.Comment: 7 pages, 3 figures. Final version for publication in PR
Arbitrage and state price deflators in a general intertemporal framework
In securities markets, the characterization of the absence of arbitrage by the existence of state price deflators is generally obtained through the use of the KrepsâYan theorem. This paper deals with the validity of this theorem (see Kreps, D.M., 1981. Arbitrage and equilibrium in economies with infinitely many commodities. Journal of Mathematical Economics 8, 15â35; Yan, J.A., 1980. CaractĂ©risation d'une classe d'ensembles convexes de L1 ou H1. SĂ©m. de ProbabilitĂ©s XIV. Lecture Notes in Mathematics 784, 220â222) in a general framework. More precisely, we say that the KrepsâYan theorem is valid for a locally convex topological space (X,?), endowed with an order structure, if for each closed convex cone C in X such that CX? and C?X+={0}, there exists a strictly positive continuous linear functional on X, whose restriction to C is non-positive.We first show that the KrepsâYan theorem is not valid for spaces if fails to be sigma-finite.Then we prove that the KrepsâYan theorem is valid for topological vector spaces in separating duality X,Y, provided Y satisfies both a âcompleteness conditionâ and a âLindelöf-like conditionâ.We apply this result to the characterization of the no-arbitrage assumption in a general intertemporal framework.Arbitrage; State price deflators; Free lunch; Fundamental theorem of asset pricing; Investment opportunities
A Dual-Fluorescent Composite of Graphene Oxide and Poly(3-Hexylthiophene) Enables the Ratiometric Detection of Amines
A composite prepared by grafting a conjugated polymer, poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), to the surface of graphene oxide was shown to result in a dual-fluorescent material with tunable photoluminescent properties. Capitalizing on these unique features, a new class of graphene-based sensors that enables the ratiometric fluorescence detection of amine-based pollutants was developed. Moreover, through a detailed spectroscopic study, the origin of the optical properties of the aforementioned composite was studied and was found to be due to electronic decoupling of the conjugated polymer from the GO. The methodology described herein effectively overcomes a long-standing challenge that has prevented graphene based composites from finding utility in sensing and related applications.Meng, Dongli, Shaojun Yang, Dianming Sun, Yi Zeng, Jinhua Sun, Yi Li, Shouke Yan, Yong Huang, Christopher W.
