Analysis of the effect of anthropogenic load the vital forest condition Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

    No full text
The influence of anthropogenic factors on the state of forest stands is manifested mainly in the Arkhangelsk region, in the Murmansk region and in the Krasnoyarsk territory. It has been established that the action of anthropogenic factors in the forests of the Arkhangelsk region was not the primary cause of the weakening of the forest stand. At the same time, an extremely insignificant degree of damage was noted, in comparison with other causes of weakening and death of plantings. The reason for the death of the vast majority of forests in the region as a result of the anthropogenic factor was a violation of the rules of tapping, when ripe and overmature pine forests, after use, were not cut down and are now a potential source of occurrence and spread of foci of diseases and forest pests. When drying out, not only the likelihood of developing large forest fires increases, but also mass reproduction of forest pests occurs. First of all, arrays of old (age 150-250 years) trees are affected, which were not cut down in a timely manner due to the inaccessibility for industrial harvesting and removal of commercial timber. Therefore, forest protection measures need to be given more attention. It is possible to preserve and increase forest wealth only through sustainable forest management, preserving biological diversity, productivity, the ability to restore, viability and the ability to perform important ecological, economic and social functions at the local, national and global levels in the present and futur

Features Of Accounting In The Trade Organization Possessing The Separate Units

    No full text
This article considers specific features of the regional wholesale trade, causing exclusive approaches to accounting and reporting trade organization in the presence of geographically separate units. Direct delivery of goods, especially the food segment, to retail outlets from the supplier's warehouse is economically feasible and effective at a distance of no more than 150-200 km, for long-distance deliveries it is necessary to create separate warehouses in the respective remote sales region. In addition, with the expansion of the sales territory, the marketing support of trade (merchandising, promotions, tasting, etc.) is complicated, which requires the creation of additional regional "exclusive trading teams" (ETT) and, accordingly, a system of motivation and control of its activities. The solution of these problems becomes possible when creating territorially isolated units of various formal and legal status

The study aims to investigate digital literacy and digital didactics as the basis for the development of new learning models via comparative qualitative research methods. As a result, the principle of personalization implies the ability of a student to independently determine the purpose of training, choose a strategy for the educational process, the pace and level of development of the educational program. In conclusion, to determine digital literacy, an index was developed which shows how prepared the teacher is for learning online and through innovation

Misdiagnosis of diabetic foot ulcer in patients with undiagnosed skin malignancies

    No full text
A growing number of studies report dermal malignancies mimicking diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs). We reviewed clinical cases reporting malignant tumours misdiagnosed to be DFU aiming to identify factors contributing to misdiagnosis. We systematically searched in PubMed for clinical cases reporting on misdiagnosis of DFU in patients with cancer. A chi-square analysis was conducted to show the link between the incidence of initial DFU misdiagnosis and patient age, gender and wound duration. Lesions misdiagnosed to be DFU were subsequently diagnosed as melanoma (68% of the cases), Kaposi's sarcoma (14%), squamous cell carcinoma (11%), mantle cell lymphoma, and diffuse B-cell lymphoma (both by 4%). Older age (≥65 years) was associated with a significantly increased risk of malignancy masked as DFU (OR: 2.452; 95% CI: 1.132 to 5.312; P value =.019). The risk of such suspicion in older patients (age ≥ 65 years) was 145% higher than in younger patients (age < 65 years). Clinicians should maintain a high level of awareness towards potentially malignant foot lesions in elderly patients with diabetes (age ≥ 65). © 2021 The Authors.
