    Authors of article have formulated a problem of optimum control of the production capacity of the enterprise. The solution of this task is shown through the ratios expressing necessary conditions of a strong extremum for a nonclassical variation problem of optimum control. By means of the presented technique it is possible to estimate the output of technologically similar production for achievement of the maximum profit on condition of certain technical and economic restrictions and the accounting of change in time of the prices and prime cost of products

    The article describes a methodical approach to the development of Web of Science and Scopus rubricators-adapter in the system of priorities of the Strategy of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation. The relevance of this problem is due to the need for statistical and dynamic retrospective, prospective and bidirectional studies. The article presents the description of the hierarchical Web of Science and Scopus categories structures and their classification codes. Revealed the difficulty of categories correlating among themselves and in the system of priorities SSTD. The principles of categories-adapters formation in the priorities SSTD context. Article is presented the algorithm of rubricators-adapters Web of Science and Scopus formation in the system of SSTD priorities. The algorithm of number scientific articles distribution on scientific categories in system of SNTR priorities by grouping method is presented. A comparative analysis of Russian Federation scientific categories and the world in the number of scientific articles indexed in the Web of Science or Scopus, in the system of SSTD priorities.В статье описывается методический подход к разработке рубрикаторов-переходников Web of Science и Scopus в системе приоритетов Стратегии научно-технологического развития Российской Федерации. Актуальность данной задачи обусловлена необходимостью проведения статистических и динамических ретроспективных, проспективных и двунаправленных исследований. В статье дано описание иерархических структур рубрикаторов Web of Science и Scopus и их классификационных кодов. Выявлены сложности соотнесения рубрикаторов между собой и в системе приоритетов СНТР. Определены принципы формирования рубрикаторов-переходников в разрезе приоритетов СНТР. Представлен алгоритм формирования рубрикаторов-переходников Web of Science и Scopus в системе приоритетов СНТР. Представлен алгоритм распределения числа научных статей по научным категориям в системе приоритетов СНТР методом группировки. Проведен сравнительный анализ научных категорий Российской Федерации и в мире по числу научных статей, индексируемых в Web of Science и Scopus, в системе приоритетов СНТР

An optimal rule for finding the resulting estimates and their accuracy.Требования непрерывности исходных данных приводит к такому размещению на местности источников информации, при котором обеспечивается перекрытие их зон ответственности по всей совокупности информационных измеряемых параметров. В таких условиях решение задачи оптимального использования оценок одного и того же вектора состояния, полученных различными методами одновременно, сводится к последовательному применению алгоритма фильтрации оценок. Получено оптимальное правило нахождения результирующей оценки и ее точности.Вимоги безперервності вихідних даних призводить до такого розміщення на місцевості джерел інформації, при якому забезпечується перекриття їх зон відповідальності по всій сукупності інформаційних Реальні показники можуть відрізнятися. У таких умовах рішення задачі оптимального використання оцінок одного і того ж вектора стану, отриманих різними методами одночасно, зводиться до послідовного застосування алгоритму фільтрації оцінок.     Analysis of Accuracy in Evaluating Gravimetric Coefficients in the Algorithm of Spatial Monitoring Under Conditions of Excess

    Information excess allows obtaining the resulting estimate by a variety of relatively simple measuring devices and using a minimally sufficient set of primary measurements. At the same time, the estimated parameters are typically associated with the initially measured estimates on the basis of nonlinear functional equations. Therefore, a direct use of the maximum likelihood method makes it necessary to solve a system of nonlinear equations. The use of the linearization method for nonlinear functional correlations allows obtaining explicitly optimal estimates (in this case, the most plausible ones) of the resulting parameter and the correlation matrix of assessment errors. The problem of an optimal use of assessments provided by the same state vector through different simultaneously applied methods can be solved by a consistent application of the estimates' filtering algorithm. However, the weight coefficient matrix in the expression for determining the resulting estimate depends on the measured parameter values, and it is not always known a priori. One of the possible methods of obtaining the estimates of the weight coefficients matrix is to calculate direct estimates of error correlation matrices on the basis of independent discrete samples of estimates for the parameter state vector. Analytical expressions were obtained for mathematical expectation and variance of the assessment components of the error correlation matrix for determining the parameter state vector. The study has shown that the assessment accuracy depends both on the accuracy of the measuring devices and the length of the samples' line taken to determine the error correlation matrix for the parameter evaluation
