    Сomparison of Au, Au-Pt, and Au-Ag nanoparticles as markers for immunochromatographic determination of nonylphenol

    Gold spherical nanoparticles, gold-platinum nanoflowers, and gold-silver nanostars were obtained and compared as labels for immunochromatographic analysis. The nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical reduction from various precursors and then conjugated with staphylococcal protein A to be used in indirect immunochromatographic determination of nonylphenol. The results obtained were evaluated in terms of analytical characteristics and R2 value, as well as the color intensity of the test band. According to the comparison results, it was revealed that the R2 value varied from 0.82 for the gold-silver nanostars to 0.96 for the spherical gold nanoparticles. The working range of determined concentrations was from 2 to 100 μg/mL for unspherical and from 2 to 50 μg/mL – for spherical markers used; the analysis time was 20 min

    Для успешной реализации государственной молодежной политики в Российской Федерации необходимо усиливать и совершенствовать это направление на муниципальном уровне управления государством. В большинстве своем в научной сфере разработаны вопросы исторического развития процесса реализации государственной молодежной политики в России, реализации ее отдельных направлений, таких как добровольчество, профилактика экстремизма, социальное партнерство, работа с талантливой молодежью, гражданская позиция молодежи, вопросы нормативного и кадрового обеспечения государственной молодежной политики. В рамках диссертационного исследования проведён анализ практик муниципальных образований Свердловской области по реализации молодёжной политики, в том числе ее нормативного, кадрового, методического обеспечения, технологий работы с молодежью, результаты социологических исследований среди молодежи Свердловской области, предложена стратегия развития молодежной политики в МО «Городе Богдановиче» Свердловской области, план реализации данной стратегии на предстоящие пять лет.For the successful implementation of the state youth policy in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to strengthen and improve this direction at the municipal level of government. For the most part, the scientific field has developed issues of the historical development of the process of implementing state youth policy in Russia, the implementation of its individual areas, such as volunteerism, prevention of extremism, social partnership, work with talented youth, the civic position of youth, issues of normative and personnel support of state youth policy. Within the framework of the dissertation research, the analysis of the practices of municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region on the implementation of youth policy, including its normative, personnel, methodological support, technologies for working with youth, the results of sociological research among the youth of the Sverdlovsk region, a strategy for the development of youth policy in the City of Bogdanovich of the Sverdlovsk region, a plan for the implementation of this strategy for the next five years is proposed

    Development of Lateral Flow Test-System for the Immunoassay of Dibutyl Phthalate in Natural Waters

    The use of a large amount of toxic synthetic materials leads to an increase in the pollution of environmental objects. Phthalates are compounds structurally related to esters of phthalic acid that are widely used in the manufacturing of synthetic packaging materials as plasticizers. Their danger is conditioned by leaching into the environment and penetrating into living organisms with negative consequences and effects on various organs and tissues. This work presents the first development of lateral flow immunoassay to detect dibutyl phthalate, one of the most common representatives of the phthalates group. To form a test zone, a hapten–protein conjugate was synthesized, and gold nanoparticles conjugated with antibodies to dibutyl phthalate were used as a detecting conjugate. The work includes the preparation of immunoreagents, selectivity investigation, and the study of the characteristics of the medium providing a reliable optical signal. Under the selected conditions for the analysis, the detection limit was 33.4 ng/mL, and the working range of the determined concentrations was from 42.4 to 1500 ng/mL. Time of the assay—15 min.     The co-crystallisation of [NiEn3](NO3)2 (En = ethylenediamine) with Na2MoO4 and Na2WO4 from a water solution results in the formation of [NiEn3](MoO4)0.5(WO4)0.5 co-crystals. According to the X-ray diffraction analysis of eight single crystals, the parameters of the hexagonal unit cell (space group P–31c, Z = 2) vary in the following intervals: a = 9.2332(3)–9.2566(6); c = 9.9512(12)–9.9753(7) Å with the Mo/W ratio changing from 0.513(3)/0.487(3) to 0.078(4)/0.895(9). The thermal decomposition of [NiEn3](MoO4)0.5(WO4)0.5 individual crystals obtained by co-crystallisation was performed in He and H2 atmospheres. The ex situ X-ray study of thermal decomposition products shows the formation of nanocrystalline refractory alloys and carbide composites containing ternary Ni–Mo–W phases.
