Against the background of the sanctions pressure of the coalition of G7 countries, the European Union and Australia (hereinafter referred to as the coalition) on the Russian energy sector, the introduction of a “ceiling” of prices for the sea transportation of Russian oil, starting from December 5, 2022, it is necessary to transform the traditional flows of oil cargo from Russia to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. In this regard, in order to identify the potential for the growth of supplies to friendly countries, it is important to assess the existing capacity of pipeline capacities and Russian sea terminals for oil transshipment. In the article, the author analyzes the cargo flows of oil from Russia in the direction of the countries that are part of the coalition, formed proposals for changing the markets for Russian energy resources, taking into account the sanctions pressure, and drew conclusions about the possibilities of diversifying the existing cargo flows of Russian oil.According to the author, Russia could build a dialogue, without violating the sanctions regime, with friendly countries, in order to actually take the share of OPEC countries in the Asia-Pacific market, while OPEC countries will reimburse the supplies of fallen Russian resources to the EU countries at market, not “ceiling” prices

Article is devoted to a current problem of psychology of inclusive education. In work, results of a research of the motivational sphere of the students with the broken hearing studying in technical college are presented: features of valuable orientations, the dominating motives of educational professional activity, vital and professional orientation. Dynamics of valuable orientations and educational and professional motivation of students from first to the third course is revealed. Influence of motivational properties of the personality on social and psychological adaptation of students with audial restrictions is shown. Recommendations to the teachers -subject teachers, psychologists, social teachers and other experts occupied in the field of inclusive education are made

The article presents the experience of developing the discussion business game "Boat". The goals of the game are directed on the development of social competence of hearing impaired students in an inclusive environment and are realized through Đ° complex psychodiagnostics, didactically and educational tasks. The projective content of the game scenario provides a manifestation of the different types of social identity of the participants, as well as a variety of social stereotypes: age, gender, professional etc. The game is tested on business communication classes with hearing impaired students and with hearing students

Deformation factors of the entrepreneurship development in the industry segments of the economy of the Russian Federation

    Get PDF
The article identifies the reasons for deformation of small business in the timber sector of the economy in the cross-section of three groups - social, ecological and economical (lack of financial resources, imperfect government regulation; high tax burden). The evidence for such factors is seen in the increase of shadow volumes of timber flow, decrease in the quality and volumes of forest recreating activities and forest protection, decrease in tax revenues and payments, decrease in business and innovation activity in the sector. Stable business performance in the wood sector depends on the economic, ecological and social factors. It is proven, that decreases in the scale of business deformation in the timber sector is possible, via forming a differentiated government policy to support entrepreneurship and organizational-economical tools.peer-reviewe

Perspectives of using sodium alginate with different molecular weight in the complex cancer therapy

    Get PDF
The article presents the results of screening research of influence of sodium alginate with different molecular weight on the development of transplantable tumor in mice and the effectiveness of cytostatic treatment. It was determined that sodium alginates with both high (Đś = 403 kDa) and low (M = 1-10 kDa and M = 1 kDa) molecular weight suppress growth of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma; using sodium alginate (M = 20-30 kDa) in the scheme of chemotherapy increases effectiveness of treatment. Alginates with low molecular weight arrest development of dissemination of Lewis lung carcinoma and sodium alginates (M = 403 kDa and M = 20-30 kDa) in combination with cyclophosphan increase its antimetastatic effect

Organization of internal control of quality of medical care (Faculty Clinics of Irkutsk State Medical University)

    Get PDF
Currently, there is no normative document at the federal level that determines the format of the organization of internal control of medical care quality in a medical organization. The system of standardization in the sphere of public health of the Russian Federation remains incomplete. In this regard, in the multidisciplinary medical organization, innovative approaches have been developed and implemented in the management of the medical care quality and ensuring the safety of medical activities: the development of a number of local regulatory documents; strengthening the expert institute (setting up a department for quality control and safety of medical activities); increasing the role of the internal expertise of the quality of medical care; standardization of medical care; improving the organization of work of middle and junior medical links; strict adherence to the three-stage internal quality control with the obligatory presence of self-control when monitoring the quality of work of medical, middle and junior medical personnel. The authors show the dynamics of the main indicators of the quality of care at the stages before and after the introduction of new approaches to improve the internal quality control of medical care. The presented data testify to the effectiveness and expediency of the proposed measures

Posterior Consistency via Precision Operators for Bayesian Nonparametric Drift Estimation in SDEs

    Get PDF
We study a Bayesian approach to nonparametric estimation of the periodic drift function of a one-dimensional diffusion from continuous-time data. Rewriting the likelihood in terms of local time of the process, and specifying a Gaussian prior with precision operator of differential form, we show that the posterior is also Gaussian with precision operator also of differential form. The resulting expressions are explicit and lead to algorithms which are readily implementable. Using new functional limit theorems for the local time of diffusions on the circle, we bound the rate at which the posterior contracts around the true drift function
