The purpose of this research is to know more about the influence of cigarette\u27s smoke to the quantity, mouse\u27s spermatozoa during one cycle of spermatogenesis. This research used the method of Post Test Only Control Group Design. The sample is about 24 male mice which criteria 2-3 month old, male, 25-35 gr weight. The result of the research to quantity of spermatozoa by Anova test showed the significant connection (α> 0.05) between control group with behavior, average the spermatozoa motility decrease if compare with control. Preferable if we want to know more about the influence of cigarette to the quality of sperm, we will need a test to the other quality suvh pH, velocity, viscosity and DNA of spermatoza

Monitoring Kamera Pengintai Jarak Jauh Terintegrasi dengan Google Drive Berbasis Raspberry Pi Via Internet

CCTV is surveillance camera system that allows the users to monitoring remotely. This will help in monitoring places that has high level of mobilization, but uneffectively for places that has low level of mobilization suchs storage room and residences. In this paper designed surveillance camera based on Raspberry Pi specialized for low level of mobilization that can be monitorized remotely. Raspberry Pi surveillance camera system will only record when it detected any movements on the camera, then automatically save the recorded video to Google Drive and sent the notification to the user. Based on WiFi USB test, result showed that Raspberry Pi connected with Router of Telecommunication Laboratory of Engineering Faculty of Tanjungpura University and get IP Address which 192.168.0.105. Based on LCD 16x2 test when the program is running, gets that LCD showed date of “24th, may” time “08:38:11” and IP Address that connected with Raspberry Pi 192.168.0.105. Based on surveillance testing running with Tablet Advan T1J+ that connected with GSM network, the result is the program running smoothly. Based on surveillance camera monitoring test of Raspberry Pi, gets the average value of response time for testing using Laptop device with 5 meter distance from Access Point is 8,6 second and distance of 25 meter from Access Point is 8,2 second, meanwhile the average value of response time for testing using Tablet Advan T1J+ device is 8,2 second. Time between on page response monitoring happened based on 2 factors which from RAM Raspberry Pi for testing still running at 512 MB and internet connection. Replacement model of Raspberry Pi that have larger RAM fitur from then can be done so video streaming that showing live in real-time. Average speed of page response monitoring time on every test relatively the same, this is based on how big the available bandwidth is and the bandwidth to run the internet network. The result of integration test between Raspberry Pi and Google Drive, gets that recorded tape result saved nicely on Google Drive and give notification to the user. Dari permasalahan yang ada, penulis mencoba menganalisa dengan menghadapkan hukum Nasional dan hukum Internasional yang berlaku guna mendapatkan kepastian hukum dalam menangani tindak pidana penangkapan ikan secara Illegal Fishing di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif Indonesia.Tujuan penulisan ini untuk meninjau dan menganalisis penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana Illegal Fishing oleh kapal berbendera asing di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif Indonesia. Penulisan ini mengunakan metode hukum normatif yang mengunakan pendekatan Undang-undang dan pendekatan konsep. MAKNA LIRIK-LIRIK LAGU GRUP BAND THE PANAS DALAM DALAM ALBUM ONLY NINJA CAN STOP ME NOW Tinjauan Semotik Riffaterre

Permasalahan yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu (i) bagaimana unsur ketidaklangsungan ekspresi pada lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN?; (ii) bagaimana sistem pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN?; (iii) bagaimana matriks, model, dan varian lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN?; dan (iv) bagaimana hipogram (hubungan intertekstual) lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (i) mendeskripsikan unsur ketidaklangsungan ekspresi pada lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN; (ii) mendeskripsikan sistem pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN; (iii) menjelaskan matriks, model, dan varian lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN; (iv) menjelaskan hipogram (hubungan intertekstual) lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah lima lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN dan hipogramnnya. Lima lirik lagu tersebut adalah (i) Ayo Kita Kemana, (ii) Lagu Timur, (iii) Cita-Citaku, (iv) Malin Kundang in Memorial, dan (v) Chicha in Nostalgia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pustaka, simak, dan catat.Data-data yang ada dikumpulkan dan diklasifikasikan untuk kepentingan analisis. Kemudian dipilih data sesuai dengan teori, dalam hal ini datanya adalah lima lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN yang berhubungan dengan teori struktural dan intertekstual Michael Riffatterre. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketidaklangsungan ekspresi pada lirik-lirik lagu TPD dalam album ONCSMN meliputi penggantian arti berupasimbolik, metonimi, repetisi, litotes, ekskalamasio, dan retoris.Dalam penyimpangan arti, memiliki unsur ambiguitas dankontradiksi Dalam penciptaan arti, memiliki rima dan enjambemen. Pembacaan heuristik tidak menimbulkan perubahan kata. Sementara itu, pembacaan hermeneutik memiliki makna yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan latar belakang penciptaan lagu tersebut.Tema dan masalah adalah mengenai nasionalisme, kepercayaan diri dan popularitas, perkembangan lagu anak, pengaruh pergaulan bebas dan penyimpangan seks, dan pendidikan moral.Hipogram berkaitan dengan penurunan kinerja petani dan lapangan pekerjaan petani, lirik lagu Diana karya Koes Plus, bimbingan belajar, legenda Malin Kundang, popularitas selebritis, menghilangnya lagu anak, lirik lagu Helly karya Chicha Koeswoyo, aktivitas prostitusi, petinju Mike Tyson, dan Farida Pasha pemeran Mak Lampir
