    Jakarta merupakan Ibukota Negara Indonesia yang memiliki kekayaan berupa kuliner yang beragam. Tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, makanan khas Jakarta tergeser oleh makanan luar negeri yang masuk ke kota Jakarta. Hal ini membuat masyarakat kurang minat terhadap makanan khas kota jakarta. Aplikasi Resep Jakarta berisi berbagai resep makanan khas Jakarta yang diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membuat makanan kuliner Indonesia khususnya menu makanan Jakarta. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Android Studio. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam pembuatan resep Jakarta adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Tahapan pertama dilakukan adalah perencanaan, tahapan perancangan, impelementasi dan uji coba. Aplikasi ini sudah dilakukan pengujian, yaitu pengujian menggunakan metode Black-box.     Towards a Pan-European property index : methodological opportunities

The certified thesis is available in the Institute Archives and Special Collections.Includes bibliographical references (p. 85-87).This study examines the methodological opportunities of index construction for the Pan-European property index, whose release is planned by the company Investment Property Databank (IPD). To address the question of temporal aggregation in appraisal indices, three index construction methods, namely "Stale Appraisal", "Linear Interpolation", and "Repeated Measures Regression", are tested for their accuracy in dealing with infrequent appraisals. Our model is based on a simulation approach, calculating appraised indices from a simulated "true index" of randomly generated returns, and directly comparing the statistical characteristics of these index returns to the true return. As broader context, this paper also gives an overview of the current theories in respect to general valuation issues on a disaggregate, aggregate and international level. We also investigate the European real estate market regarding currently applied market size measuring, structure and country performance.     The Incidence and Influence of Musculoskeletal and Nerve Injuries Among Occupational Therapists: An Exploratory Study

    Purpose: The purpose of this research study was to explore the incidence and influence of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries among occupational therapists. Specifically, we examined the influence of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries on work satisfaction, work performance and overall quality of life in occupational therapists practicing in physical rehabilitation settings. Methodology: An exploratory survey research design was implemented following study approval from the University of North Dakota (UND) Institutional Review Board. Occupational therapists who were affiliated with the UND Occupational Therapy Program contract sites were invited, via email, to participate in this exploratory study. In addition, the survey was posted on the American Occupational Therapy online forum, OT Connections. Convenience and snowball sampling was used. Respondents completed demographic questions (pertaining to practice area, work related tasks, work participation and work satisfaction) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref, an instrument intended to assess quality of life. Following data collection, descriptive and inferential analyses of data were completed. Results: Of the 156 respondents who comprised the final sample, 111 practiced in the primary focus area of rehabilitation, participation and disability and 24 (21.8%) reported having a musculoskeletal or nerve injury. Moderate correlations were found between perceived work satisfaction and quality of life, expected productivity and quality of life and the relationship between job physicality and work satisfaction. No relationships were found between expected productivity and perceived work satisfaction, and length of musculoskeletal or nerve injury symptom experience and work satisfaction. Similarly, there were no relationships identified between quality of life and hours worked per week, frequency of patient handling, frequency of physical agent modality delivery, job physicality, and length of musculoskeletal or nerve symptom experience. In addition, gender, length of symptom experience, current illness, influence of illness or injury on work performance and perceived work satisfaction did not influence quality of life. Hours worked per week, number of patients seen per day and average length of treatment session did not affect incidence of musculoskeletal or nerve injuries. Conclusions: There was an increased incidence of musculoskeletal or nerve injuries among occupational therapists when compared to the general population. Although the incidence is higher, the general influence of these injuries or illness in regards to perceived work satisfaction, work performance and quality of life in occupational therapists appears to be inconsequential

    Pemanfaataan teknologi dapat dirasakan dalam segala aspek sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan banyak hal, yaitu mulai dari memperoleh informasi hingga membantu proses belajar mengajar. Dalam pembelajaran bahasa asing seperti bahasa Arab, metode pembelajaran mempunyai kedudukan yang sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dimana saja dengan menggunakan smartphone agar kegiatan belajar menjadi lebih menarik dan interaktif sehingga tidak menimbulkan kejenuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi kosakata bahasa Arab untuk anak berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu anak-anak untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kosakata bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan dan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan uji coba. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Andoid Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Java. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi tambahan referensi dalam pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab. Aplikasi kosakata bahasa Arab ini menyediakan dua fitur, yaitu fitur menu bermain dan menu kuis. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba menggunakan black box testing, semua menu pada aplikasi ini dinilai sudah sukses untuk berjalan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan.     EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROTEKSI RADIASI DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RUMAH SAKIT PARU LUBUK ALUNG DI SUMATERA BARAT

    Tujuan Penelitian Peraturan Pemerintah RI No.33 Tahun 2007 menegaskan bahwa setiap orang atau badan yang memanfaatkan tenaga nuklir wajib memenuhi persyaratan proteksi radiasi. Instalasi radiologi Rumah Sakit Paru masih belum memenuhi persyaratan dari segi tenaga, ukuran ruangan, alat pelindung diri dan tanda bahaya radiasi. Selain itu tidak ada pemantauan kesehatan dan dosis pekerja, serta tidak ada pencatatan dan pelaporan terkait pelaksanaan proteksi radiasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan proteksi radiasi di instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Paru Sumatera Barat. Metode Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan cara wawancara mendalam,observasi dan telaah dokumen. Teknik Penentuan informan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 6 orang informan, Data diolah melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan selanjutnya ditriangulasi. Hasil Hasil penelitian dari segi input tenaga terdiri dari3 radiografer orang dan 1orang petugas kamar gelap. Dana untuk proteksi radiasi berasal dari APBD namun belum teralokasi secara khusus. Sarana prasarana seperti dinding tidak dilapisi timbal, alat pelindung diri, ukuran ruang dan tanda bahaya radiasi tidak memadai. Metode Kebijakan sudah merujuk pada Perka BAPETEN no. 8 tahun 2011. Dari segi proses pelaksanaan proteksi radiasi sudah sesuai dengan SOP, untuk pemantauan kesehatan belum pernah dilakukan dan belum ada hasil evaluasi dosis radiasi. Rekaman belum dilakukan dengan baik karena petugas proteksi radiasi diperbantukan dibidang lain. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan proteksi radiasi secara keseluruhan belum sesuai dengan Perka BAPETEN no. 8 tahun 2011.Terdapat kekurangan tenaga dan belum terbentuk struktur organisasi proteksi radiasi. Tidak ada penganggaran dana khusus proteksi radiasi.Sarana dan prasarana belum sesuai kebijakan. Pemantauan kesehatan dan dosis radiasi belum dilakukan, serta tidak ada sistem rekaman yang dilakukan oleh petugas proteksi radiasi. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Proteksi radiasi, Kebijaka

    Preparation and Characterization of Alumunium Phosphate Nanoparticles

    Aluminum phosphate nanoparticles (AlPO4) have been studied with disodium phosphate (Na2HPO4.7H2O), aluminum chloride (AlCl3.6H2O), and sodiumacetate (CH3COONa.3H2O) as main material. Preparation process was done by adding aluminum chloride/sodium acetate solution (AlCl3.6H2O/ CH3COONa.3H2O) at a concentration of 0.164M to disodium phosphate solution with a concentration of 0.144M. Stirring process was performed at lowspeed, 40-60 rpm, and at roomtemperature. AlPO4 characterized by the means of Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) to determine particle size, photo microscope to see particles distribution on its surface, and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) to determine the morphology. Obtained particles size was about 225.9 ± 64.0 nm with polydispersity index 0.323, particles distribution was spread evenly on the surface, and have a porous morphology. AlPO4 Nanoparticles have the potential to be used as a vaccine adjuvant. It is expected to be used as a vaccine adjuvant with higher effectiveness of the vaccine required as compared with AlPO4 particles

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Development and Work Environment towards Employee Performance Improvement PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya (Study of the Corporate Secretary Sub-Directorate) partially and simultaneously. The authors used a saturated sampling technique or also called a census, where all members of the population are sampled, as many as 55 employees in all Sub-Directorate of Corporate Secretary PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interview. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. Method data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable Human Resource Development (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) partially.     PREPARASI DAN KARAKTERISASI NANO PARTIKEL ALUMINIUM FOSFAT.Telah dilakukan penelitian pembuatan nanopartikel aluminium fosfat (AlPO4) dengan disodium fosfat (Na2HPO4.7H2O), aluminium klorida (AlCl3.6H2O), dan natrium asetat (CH3COONa.3H2O) yang digunakan sebagai material utamanya. Proses preparasi dilakukan dengan memasukkan larutan aluminium klorida/natrium asetat (AlCl3.6H2O/CH3COONa.3H2O) pada konsentrasi 0,164Mke dalamlarutan disodiumfosfat dengan konsentrasi 0,144 M. Pengadukan dilakukan pada putaran rendah yaitu 40 rpm hingga 60 rpm dan berlangsung pada suhu ruang. Nanopartikel AlPO4 yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi dengan Particle Size Analyser (PSA) untuk mengetahui ukuran partikelnya, photo microscope untuk melihat distribusi partikel pada permukaannya, dan Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) untuk mengetahui morfologinya. Diperoleh ukuran partikel 225,9 ± 64,0 nm dengan indeks polidispersi 0,323, distribusi partikel yang merata pada permukaannya dan morfologi yang berpori. Nanopartikel AlPO4 ini berpotensi untuk digunakan sebagai adjuvan vaksin. Diharapkan penggunaannya nanti sebagai adjuvan vaksin dapat meningkatkan efektivitas terhadap vaksin yang dibutuhkan dibandingkan dengan partikel AlPO4
