Innovative Learning Processes in the Teaching of Accounts: Its Influence on Student’s Attitudes

This paper focuses on the students’ attitudes towards the learning of accounts in vocational schools. The author aims to examine how innovative teaching and learning processes influence students’ attitudes towards accounts course. An explanatory survey method has been used to exploit and explain the data. The results of the study show that a teacher’s innovative teaching and learning process influences students’ attitudes towards the learning of accounts course. The learning of accounts is greatly influenced by the students’ attitudes which can be reshaped by the help of an innovative teaching-learning process. This means that innovative teaching is of positive impact in teaching accounts in vocational schools across Indonesia

: Fisheries Resources Co-Management Based Model of Coastal Community Economic Development in Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to determine the common problems faced by coastal communities by identifying important component of coastal resource management, internal and external factors, and the priority scale for fisheries resources co-management. This study employs three methods, namely Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Treats Analysis (SWOT), and a Problem-solving and Decision-making. EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF

Abstract This research is a conducted to determine the ability of the students to understand the concepts and critical thinking skills of material production of social studies subjects. This study used quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. The researcher determined by selecting two classes considerd the similarity of the sample characteristics, the are clases VII A as an experimental class and class VII B is a control class. The research data, is obtained through carried out two tests and questionnaires on the effectiveness of the problem based learning model (PBL), Likert scale. The results show that the implementation of problem-based learning models can improve students' understanding of concepts and creative thinking abilities. Based on the results of ANOVA analysis, show that there is a significant effect. Based on the t test there is a difference of the increase in pre-test and post-test score between the experimental class and control class. Furthermore, the average creative thinking ability of the experimental class furthermore the average creative thingking ability of experimental class is higher than the control class. It can be concluded that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes scores in experimental class and the control class. IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI DI SMA ISLAM TERPADU AL-FITYAN KUBU RAYA

This research is entitled "Implementation of the Integrated Islamic Curriculum in Economic Subjects at SMAIT Al Fityan Kubu Raya". This research is a qualitative research that describes the conditions of the subject and research object.The Integrated Islamic School Network Curriculum (JSIT) is a curriculum that integrates the curriculum with the National curriculum based on Islamic education. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of the Integrated Islamic School (SIT) curriculum at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya, which is realized in Graduate Competency Standards, Content Standards, and Process Standards. The research design of this research is qualitative research. The main data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. And data analysis techniques obtained from data reduction, data presentation and data verification by conducting data triagulation. The results of this study show that the implementation of the SIT curriculum at SMAIT Al-Fityan shows indications of the internalization of Islamic values in all subjects, especially in Economics. PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN SKUB PADA PT GAM-KMS DESA TEBEDAK KABUPATEN LANDAK

The purpose of this research is to find: 1) Compensation for SKUB employees, 2) Job satisfaction of SKUB employees, 3) The effect of compensation on SKUB employee job satisfaction. The form of this research is a correlation/associative study with a quantitative approach. The population is SKUB (General Monthly Employee Status) employees who work at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency. A sample of 118 employees was obtained using a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method uses questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents and uses documentation methods to complete the data needed to conduct research. The analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that: 1) The effect of providing compensation to SKUB employees is very high with a percentage of 87.97%. 2) SKUB employee job satisfaction in the company is classified as high with a percentage of 88.26%. 3) Compensation has an influence on SKUB job satisfaction at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency by 39.2%. Based on the SPSS results, a sig value = 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, so it was rejected and accepted. This means that "There is a significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction of SKUB employees at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency.

ANALISIS TINGKAT PENDAPATAN PETANI JAGUNG DI DESA SALUMANG KECAMATAN MEMPAWAH HULU KABUPATEN LANDAK

The study was conducted in Salumang Village, Mempawah Hulu District, Landak Regency. This study aimed to determine: 1) The total corn farming production, 2) production costs, and 3) level of income in one growing season was evaluated. The study utilized a qualitative analysis method. The study involved five corn farmers as informants. Data collection was carried out using methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. According to the results, the total corn production for five respondent farmers was 15,600 kg / hectare / growing season. The average total production was 3,120 kg / hectare / growing season. The total production costs incurred by farmers in Salumang Village were Rp. 19,992,000 / hectare / growing season. The average total production cost expenditure was Rp. 3,332,000 / hectare / growing season. The total income earned during one growing season was Rp. 58,008,800 / hectare / growing season. Additionally, the average total income was Rp. 11,601,760 / hectare / growing season
