Karakteristik Biografis dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Individual yang Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja

Tujuan Penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari karakteristik biografis terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja individual serta apakah kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi variabel mediasi antara karakteristik biografis dengan kinerja individual.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dan data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 220 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur.Temuan – 1) Tidak ada pengaruh karakteristik biografis terhadap kinerja individual, 2) Ada pengaruh karakteristik biografis dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja individual, dan 3) Kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi variabel mediasi (intervening) antara karakteristik biografis dan kinerja individual dosen.Keterbatasan Penelitian – Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat ditambahkan variabel lainnya seperti karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik organisasi

The Tucson-Melbourne Three-Nucleon Force in the automatized Partial Wave Decomposition

A recently developed procedure for a partial-wave decomposition of a three-nucleon force is applied to the pi-pi, pi-rho and rho-rho components of the Tucson-Melbourne three-nucleon potential. The resulting matrix elements for the pi-pi and pi-rho components are compared with the values obtained using the standard approach to the partial-wave decomposition, in which the pi-rho expressions for the matrix elements are also derived and presented. Several numerical tests and results for the triton binding energy and the correlation function prove the reliability and efficiency of the new method

Eksplorasi Legenda Selang Pangeran sebagai Bahan Ajar Bahasa Indonesia

Legenda adalah cerita prosa rakyat yang dianggap benar-benar terjadi biasanya dihubungkan dengan tokoh sejarah serta dibumbui dengan keajaiban, kesaktian, dan keistimewaan tokohnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut legenda Selang Pangeran sangat penting untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini berjudul “Eksplorasi Legenda Selang Pangeran sebagai Bahan Ajar Bahasa Indonesia”. Penelitian ini diangkat untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk dan maksud dari legenda Selang Pangeran, kemudian mengeksplorasinya menjadi bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan siswa tentang legenda tepatnya legenda Selang Pangeran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data lisan berupa cerita rakyat legenda Selang Pangeran. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan dari masyarakat di desa Landak kabupaten Langkat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif, yaitu reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Teknik validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teori dan sumber. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan peyusunan laporan. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia, dan artikel yang dipublikasika

W pracy skupiono się na sprawdzeniu połączenia porcelany z trzema różnymi rodzajami podbudów (metal frezowany, spiek i cyrkon). Trwałość połączenia materiałów w stomatologii to znaczący aspekt decydujący o jakości wykonanej pracy protetycznej. Wnioski formułowano na podstawie wyników z wykonanych zdjęć makroskopowych i przeprowadzonego badania twardości. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań własności wytrzymałościowych tapicerskich pokryć sprzętu medycznego. Przedmiotem zainteresowania badawczego były operacyjne stoły chirurgiczne, zaś celem pracy jakość użytkowa tapicerek, okalających stoły chirurgiczne. Do badań wytypowano trzy różne pokrycia obiciowe. Zakres pracy obejmował wycięcie próbek z tapicerek zdemontowanych ze stołów chirurgicznych oraz przeprowadzenie stosownych badań i analiz. Wnioski formułowano na podstawie wyników z przeprowadzonych pomiarów.The paper presents the results of research on strength properties of medical equipment covers.
