Reflexion von Erwartungen und Grenzen als Chance für den Umgang mit Belastungssituationen in inklusiven Settings? Ergebnisse aus dem Kooperationsprojekt BISU

Ausgehend von theoretischen und empirischen Hinweisen zu Mehrbelastungen von Lehrkräften in inklusiven Settings fragt der Beitrag, welche spezifischen Situationen Grundschullehrkräfte in inklusiven Settings besonders belasten. Hierzu wurden im Rahmen des Projekts BISU (Belastungen in einer inklusiven Schule und im gemeinsamem Unterricht begegnen) Belastungssituationen und Wohlbefinden von Grundschullehrkräften in Leitfadeninterviews erhoben und inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Aus den Befunden wird das Potenzial der Reflexion eigener und fremder Erwartungen sowie persönlicher Grenzen als Ansatzpunkt eines Fortbildungskonzepts (LehrKRÄFTE) zur Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften für ein erfolgreiches Belastungsmanagement abgeleitet und diskutiert. Ressourcen von Grundschullehrkräften in inklusiven Settings und ihr Zusammenspiel mit inklusiver Selbstwirksamkeit

Zusammenfassung Die vorliegende Studie untersucht Ressourcen in inklusiven Settings und prüft ihr Zusammenspiel mit inklusiver Selbstwirksamkeit. In einem Mixed-Methods-Design wurden 43 Grundschullehrkräfte in Interviews nach ihren persönlichen Ressourcen in inklusiven Settings gefragt. Flankierend wurde in einem Online-Fragebogen inklusive Selbstwirksamkeit standardisiert erfasst. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Grundschullehrkräfte besonders häufig soziale Unterstützung und Selbstregulation, weniger Überzeugungen, Werthaltungen und Vertrauen in die eigenen Fähigkeiten oder pädagogisch-didaktisches Wissen als Ressourcen beschreiben. Als potenziell handlungsrelevante Variable wird die inklusive Selbstwirksamkeit zu einem bedeutenden Anteil von sozialer Unterstützung und Selbstregulation erklärt

Conceptual framework

In cooperation with giz - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbHRecent developments in the field of international cooperation call for renewed attention to the role of local governance in development and emphasize the role of local governments and local communities for processes of inclusion and public well-being. The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) obliges States Parties to make local development processes inclusive of persons with disabilities. The 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development, the UN HABITAT III New Urban Agenda and further global policy frameworks reaffirm the role of the local level for sustainable development and emphasize the need to foster accessible public infrastructure in cities and municipalities. Today, local governments across the globe, exert a decisive influence over the living conditions and quality of life of a nation’s citizens, including persons with disabilities. This raises the need for an in-depth discussion on the role of organizing the immediate physical and social environment of cities and municipalities with regard to the elimination of barriers and the provision of opportunities for participation and living a self-determined life. This concept paper was produced in cooperation with the GIZ Global Project ‘Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities’ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). It provides a strategic perspective and a basic conceptual framework for disability-inclusive local development. It aims to equip policy makers and practitioners in the fields of international cooperation and local development with a conceptual approach and practical entry points for disability mainstreaming in cities and municipalities

Fortschreitende Prozesse der Globalisierung gesellschaftlicher Strukturen gehen einher mit neuen, komplexer werdenden Problemzusammenhängen, die auch Anforderungen an die Entwicklung internationaler und transnationaler Perspektiven in der Sozialen Arbeit beinhalten. Auf der lokalen Ebene ist Soziale Arbeit zunehmend mit globalen Herausforderungen wie Flucht, ethnischen und rassistischen Konflikten, steigender sozialer Ungleichheit innerhalb von Staaten und Exklusionserfahrungen von Teilen der Bevölkerung sowie weltweiten demographischen Prozessen, Umweltkatastrophen und Pandemien konfrontiert. Die Soziale Arbeit ist dabei allerdings keineswegs nur in einer Zuschauerrolle zu verstehen. The project was implemented from January 2019 to December 2020 by the Centre for Planning and Evaluation of Social Services (ZPE) / University of Siegen in cooperation with the district administration of Siegen-Wittgenstein. The project pursued the goal of developing an updated data basis as well as cornerstones for decentralised integrated local planning and coordination of the social infrastructure for people with disabilities, people with mental illnesses and people with care needs. Challenges of inclusion : local support systems and social service arrangements for persons with disabilities in Suhum, Ghana : Baseline Study Report

The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) obliges States Parties to respect, protect and fulfil the rights of person with disabilities. The Republic of Ghana ratified the CRPD in 2012 and started to adopt legislative and policy measures for its implementation at all government levels. But how are these legislative and policy measures being taken up in Ghanaian districts? Which approaches for a local implementation of the CRPD prove to be effective in Ghana? These and further questions were addressed by researchers of the Department of Social Work at the University of Ghana and the Centre for Planning and Evaluation of Social Services (ZPE) at University of Siegen, Germany in a Pilot Project at Suhum Municipal, in the Eastern Region of Ghana, implemented between July 2017 and June 2018. This report presents the findings of a qualitative baseline study on support systems and social service arrangements for persons with disabilities in Suhum, which was conducted in late 2017 as part the pilot project

Facilitating the interaction between citizens and local governments through information and communication technology (FACIL-ICT)

FACIL-ICT is a Pilot project in Nsawam/Adoagyiri and Suhum municipalities in the Eastern region of Ghana.
