Makna Kasih Sayang Ayah dalam Film Keluarga Cemara

Film merupakan sarana hiburan yang mempunyai daya tarik yang cukup tinggi dalam berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Film sebagai medium pesan memiliki sifat menghibur yang membuat penonton tidak sadar bahwa pesan dari tersebut merasuk ke alam bawah sadar yang dapat mempengaruhi pola pikir dan sikap penonton. Film Keluarga Cemara merupakan salah satu film keluarga yang sukses mengawali tahun 2019 dengan jumlah 1.683.756 penonton, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa film Keluarga Cemara dapat diterima baik oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Keluarga merupakan salah satu komponen terkecil dari masyarakat. Dari keluarga yang harmonis maka akan menghasilkan masyarakat yang harmonis pula. Keharomonisan sebuah keluarga salah satunya karena hadirnya kasih sayang seorang ayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa makna kasih sayang ayah dalam Film Keluarga Cemara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis semiotika Roland Barthes yang menganalisis suatu tanda kedalam makna denotatif, konotatif, dan mitos. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna denotasi dan konotasi dari karakter Abah adalah bahwa seorang Ayah akan selalu berusaha memberikan ketenangan dan kenyamanan kepada anggota keluarganya, yang ditunjukkan dengan beberapa sikap Abah, yaitu dengan memberikan kelembutan dan sentuhan kasih sayang, menjelaskan yang baik dan buruk, memberi perhatian, dan menghargai bakat serta potensi anak.aBSTRACTFilm is a mean of entertainment that has a high enough appeal in various circles of society. Film as a medium of message has an entertaining nature that makes the viewer unaware that the message from it penetrates into the subconscious that can affect the mindset and attitude of the audience. The Keluarga Cemara film is one of the successful family films that started in 2019 with 1,683,756 viewers, so it can be said that the film Cemara Family has been well received by the people of Indonesia. The family is one of the smallest components of society. From a harmonious family, it will produce a harmonious society as well. One family's sweetness is due to the presence of a father's affection. This study aims at finding out what interpretation of father's love in the Keluarga Cemara film. This study uses qualitative research methods with Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis method which analyzes a sign into denotative, connotative, and mythic meanings. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of the denotation and connotation of Abah's character is that a father will always try to provide peace and comfort to his family members, this is indicated by several attitudes of Abah, Abah will always try to provide calm and comfort to his family members, this is indicated by some Abah attitudes, namely by giving tenderness and a touch of affection, explaining the good and bad, giving attention, and valuing the talents and potential of children.

الإدارة هي شرط لتنفيذ البرنامج بشكل جيد ، بدون إدارة ، لا يسير البرنامج كما هو مخطط له. التنظيم هو نشاط يتم تنفيذه في مهام صغيرة مختلفة، وإرشاد المهام والمسؤوليات والصلاحيات لكل فرد وفقًا لقدراته الخاصة، واختيار وتصنيف الأشخاص بعناية وفقًا لمستوى القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المنظمة وأهدافها. ينتج التنظيم الجيد شكلًا تنظيميًا جيدًا ، بدءًا من نظام العمل والهيكل والموارد إلى جوانب أخرى. تناقش هذه الدراسة ما يلي: 1) إدارة برنامج اللغة العربية في مدرسة روضة الحسنه الداخلية الإسلامية في ميدان، 2) البرامج والأنشطة المنفذة لتحسين مهارات اللغة العربية في مدرسة روضة الحسنه الإسلامية الداخلية ميدان، 3) تقسيم المهام في التنظيم برنامج اللغة العربية في مدرسة روضة الداخلية الإسلامية حسنة ميدان. تستخدم هذه الدراسة طرق البحث الوصفية النوعية. تم جمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. بعد جمع البيانات، يتم تحليل البيانات من خلال أ) تقليل البيانات، ب) عرض البيانات، ج) استخلاص النتائج / التحقق. أن إدارة تنظيم برنامج اللغة العربية في معهد روضة الحسنه تستخدم نموذج تنظيم الخط والموظفين. تتم هذه المنظمة عموديًا من قائد متفوق إلى قائد تحته. للمساعدة في إدارة المنظمة بسلاسة ، يحصل القائد على المساعدة من الموظفين تحت قيادته. برامج لتحسين المهارات اللغوية في معهد الروضة الحسنة ميدان تشمل: تطوير اللغة ، التدريب ، تنفيذ المحاكم ، تنفيذ الامتحانات ، شراء مسابقات مختلفة مثل ؛ معرض اللغة ، ومسابقة الكلام بثلاث لغات ، ومسابقة قراءة الكتب ، والدراما بين المناطق.Management is a condition for a well-executed program, without management, the program does not go as planned. This study uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Data were collected by observation, interviews and documentation. After data collection, the data is analyzed through a) data reduction, b) data presentation, and c) conclusion/verification. The management of organizing the Arabic language program at Rawdat Al-Hassana Institute uses the font and staff organization model. This organization takes place vertically from a superior leader to a leader below him. To help run the organization smoothly, the leader gets help from the employees under his command.
