Pengembangan Pembelajaran Sains Berorientasi Iman Dan Taqwa
. Improving IMTAQ is always being the main objective of science education in every curriculum of all level of education. The teachers' efforts to develop the IMTAQ-oriented teaching and learning, however, are very limited. Science books that relate the science with the IMTAQ aspect also very little. The teachers capacity and knowledge to develop the IMTAQ-oriented teaching materials is far from sufficient. For that purpose, teachers and teachers candidate should equip themselves not only with the material along with shopisticated teaching approaches and strategies , but also by exstending their ideas on teaching science that is oriented to improving the students' IMTAQ, and by realizing that being teacher is heart-called profession
Hubungan Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Pengawas dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dengan Perencanaan Administrasi Guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram Tahun 2017
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan manajemen administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 120 guru. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 92 guru yang diambil dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan tiga tahap pengujian, berupa dua kali uji signifikansi parsial dengan uji t dan sekali uji simultan dengan uji F. Proses uji signifikansi tersebut sebagai bagian secara utuh dari penggunaan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik serta pemanfaatan parameter lainnya agar tidak menyesatkan dalam proses uji hipotesis dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan model yang terbentuk. Temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa tiga hipotesis yang dirancang diterima, seluruh pengujiannya berada pada kriteria Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) terdapat hubungan antara pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas dengan perencanaan administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,90%, artinya bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas, maka perencanaan administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram juga semakin baik, 2) terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah dengan dengan perencanaan administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,56%, artinya bahwa semakin meningkat kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah, perencanaan administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram juga semakin baik, 3) terdapat hubungan antara pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas dan kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah secara bersama-sama dengan perencanaan administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,19%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas dan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah, maka perencanaan administrasi guru MTs Negeri di Kota Mataram juga semakin baik
Brand Equity Influence Toward Customer Loyalty Through Satisfaction at Tribun Jateng Pengaruh Ekuitas Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Pada Koran Tribun Jateng
Aims to know the influence between the brand equity to customer loyalty through satisfaction at the Tribun Jateng newspaper. Type of research is explanatory research. Respondents in this study is the Semarang people who\u27ve bought the Tribun Jateng as many as 100 people. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability test, t-test, f test, path analysis and Sobel test.Results from this study is the brand equity have a significant effect on customer loyalty with t calculate equal to 8.569, brand equity have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with t amounted to 11.874, satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty with t calculate equal to 8.322, satisfaction mediate between brand equity and customer loyalty partially, the result of the path analysis amounted to 0,367 direct effect while the indirect effect is 0.275808. From these results it can be seen that the direct effect of brand equity to customer loyalty is greater than its indirect effect, results of the Sobel test, standard error of the magnitude of the indirect effect shows the results of 0.002605611, and found t count equal to 2.8934 larger of t table is 1.98447 thus it can be concluded that (Z) mediates the relationship between (X) and (Y)
Development of Animation Media to Improve Students\u27 Learning Motivation and Chemistry Learning Achievement at Sman 4 Praya
This study aims to develop chemistry animation media of redox reactions. The study was conducted by using the approach of R & D by Borg & Gall including preliminary study, early product development, validation, limited testing, product revision, and the testing stage. To examine the effectiveness of media on students\u27 motivation and learning outcomes using the stages of classroom action research (CAR) was conducted at SMAN 4 Praya. Data of the study was collected through activity observation, questionnaires, and achievement test. Based on the result, it can be concluded that students\u27 cognitive achievement hasclassical completeness by 61% in cycle 1 and 78 % in cycle 2. The average of students\u27 motivation also improveby 69 in cycle 1 and by 75 in cycle 2 although both are included in the middle category
The effect of solar cells distribution on the Performance of solar panel
Three different distribution modules of silicon solar cells in a panel are used in this study . Each module consists of five identical circular silicon solar cells of radius (5cm) and then the total panel areas are identical. The five solar cells are arranged in the panel in different shapes: circular, triangular and rectangular .The efficiency for these three panel distribution are measured indoor and outdoor. The results show that the efficiency is a function of the cells distribution
Relationship of grade level and gender towards science literacy abilities in islamic senior high students
Science literacy is one of the abilities that every individual student must have and is also a prerequisite for 21st-century life skills through integrated education, starting from family, school, and to society. This research aims to determine science literacy abilities and to determine the relationship between gender and class-level science literacy abilities in students in grades X, XI, and XII at Islamic Senior High School (ISHS) of Batu City. The research design used is quantitative research using descriptive methods (quantitative descriptive). The location of this research is at ISHS of Batu City. Purposive sampling was in the sampling process, which involved selecting a sample based on specific attributes, such as gender. There are 20 male and female students at the class level, and the results of ability in science literacy are X=46% and XI=60%. Based on this data, if it is based on the criteria for classes X, the results obtained for the gender aspect show that there is no significant interaction with the results of students' science literacy abilities. It can be concluded that there is a significant interaction between students’ science literacy skill and grade level
