Frontliner Services In PT Kai Commuter Jabodetabek New Klender Station, East Jakarta

Service excellent will produce satisfaction for customers. Many companis now are providing the best service to get consumers satisfaction. This research is to find out the implementation of service excellent provided by the frontliner officer PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek at Klender Baru Station in East Jakarta. The research conducted through qualitative method from January to February 2017. Frontliner officer who became the main service at PT KCJ in Klender Baru Station is divided into several parts including: Officer Counters, Announcer, Passager Service and Inside Security Officer (PKD). The results show that PT KCJ has a good service procedure, and also shown through the report that PT KJC has less complaint from the passenger. Nevertheless, service excellent implementation is still facing the obstacles, such as train travel disturbance, queue at the counter, and lack of seats to wait for the train. Aktivitas Sitotoksik Dan Apoptosis Ekstrak Spons Spesies a Anggota Ordo Astroporida Terhadap Sel HeLa (Cervical Cancer Cell Line)

Spons merupakan fauna laut yang diketahui memiliki berbagai senyawa bioaktif. Senyawa tersebut berpotensi sebagai antibakteri, antivirus, dan antikanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari aktivitas sitotoksik dan apoptosis ekstrak spons spesies A anggota ordo Astrophorida terhadap sel HeLa. Pada penelitian ini pengujian aktivitas sitotoksik ekstrak etanolik, metanolik, dan kloroform spons spesies A terhadap sel HeLa dilakukan menggunakan MTT assay dan uji apoptosis menggunakan double staining, yaitu etidium bromida-acridine orange. Deteksi golongan senyawa yang terkandung di dalam spons spesies A dilakukan menggunakan Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT). Hasil uji sitotoksisitas menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanolik, metanolik, dan kloroform spons spesies A masing-masing memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 18,25; 27,87; dan 13,87 µg/mL. Ekstrak etanolik, metanolik, dan kloroform spons spesies A pada konsentrasi 31,25 µg/mL dapat menginduksi kematian sel melalui apoptosis masing-masing sebesar 35,3 ± 11,16%; 82,64 ± 16,21%; dan 86,76 ± 9,27%. Berdasarkan uji menggunakan KLT diketahui bahwa spons spesies A menggandung golongan senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, fenol, dan terpenoid. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak spons spesies A berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai obat antikanker

Improvement of Knowledge Related to First Aid in Burn Conditions

Health promotion activities regarding the first treatment of burns at Senior High School of Islam, Sidoarjo is a form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing children's knowledge about how to treat first burns which are an injury incident that occurs due to exposure to high temperatures. (complex soft tissue injury). The implementation of these activities on December 18, 2019 took place at Senior High School of Islam, Sidoarjo. With the target is students of Senior High School of Islam, Sidoarjo. Prior to the implementation of these activities, there was a process of preparing activities for approximately 2 weeks before the activities were carried out, starting from determining the theme of the extension to applying for permits to the parties concerned.
