    Pola adaptasi masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan (Hkm) di Desa Mirring, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat

    The Mirring Village community is one of the villages that has a dependency on the forest. Before obtaining permission from HKm, the existence of the forest around the village of Mirring was quite critical. Until now, the existence of HKm KTH Buttu Puang is still active and has achievements. So it is important to see how the adaptation pattern of the Mirring village community is with the existence of a Social Forest management permit. The understanding of the adaptation of the Mirring Village community in the development of HKm can be a reference for the parties in the development of HKm in other villages. This research was carried out from January to June 2021. The method used was the method of interviewing groups of forest producers. The results of the study indicate that the community adopts an adaptation pattern that includes ecological adaptation, economic adaptation and social adaptation. In the adaptation pattern studied, in general, the community is considered capable of adapting to the applied HKm management system.     Sosial Capital of Community Forest Management in Lombang Village Majene Regency

    Community forest management cannot be separated from social/communal conditions. Emerging Natural Resource Management arises This occurs when there are interactions (regular and ongoing) between community members that are manifested in social capital such as social trust, social norms, and social networks that have a relationship with community welfare. The study was conducted in Lombang Village, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This is important for the development of social capital (norms, mutual trust, and social networks) that exist in forest management people. Then, look at the relationship and role of social capital in community forest development. The results of the study show that social capital in the forest owner / manager is referred to as a high category because the community has informal associations that are stronger and have collective values, norms and ethics as an interconnected community. Communities that have high social capital will be resolved. The existence of mutual trust, support, and collaboration they can build networks both within their community groups and with other community groups

    Permasalahan utama di Desa Mammi adalah produksi sampah yang tinggi dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Sampah plastik yang sifatnya sulit terurai masih belum bisa dikelola dengan baik karena masyarakat belum begitu paham tentang cara pengelolaan sampah plastik yang benar. Kebanyakan masyarakat masih menerapkan pola pengelolaan sampah konvensional yaitu menimbun sampah di suatu tempat/lokasi. Sampah plastik biasanya ditangani dengan cara dbakar padahal hal ini dapat memicu munculnya pencemaran udara dan tanah. Salah satu cara untuk meminimalisir pembakaran sampah plastik adalah dengan memanfaatkannya menjadi produk ecobrick. Ecobrick adalah salah satu cara penanganan limbah plastik dengan cara mengemas plastik yang bersih dan kering ke dalam botol plastik hingga kerapatan yang ditentukan. Ecobrick dapat dibuat menjadi produk seperti kursi, meja, rak buku dan produk lainnya yang bernilai ekonomi. Oleh karena itu telah dilakukan program pengabdian pada masyarakat di Desa Mammi Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya sampah plastik serta melalui pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi ecobrick bisa dijadikan suatu peluang usaha yang baru bagi masyarakat di Desa Mammi.     ABSTRACT: Non-timber forest products (NTFPs) are natural resources that are widely available in Indonesia and are used by the community as their livelihood. NTFPs that have a high social, economic, and cultural role in the community are sago palms (Metroxylon sp.). Sago is a carbohydrate-producing plant that has the potential to support the national food security improvement program. People in Tidore Islands, North Maluku generally consume sago as a daily food source. The development of sago in Tidore Islands is carried out by many parties, including the Tidore Islands Forest Management Unit (FMU), Forestry Depatment of North Maluku Province. Tidore Islands FMU assists and fosters three Forest Farmer Groups (FFG) that utilize NTFPs in the Forest Area, FFG Mandiri Sejati in Loleo Village is one of them and specifically utilizes sago. The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization and processing stages of sago in Loleo Village, Central Oba District. This research was conducted in Loleo Village from September to October 2021. Information related to the utilization and processing of sago was obtained through interviews with FFG members. The results showed that the main part of sago used was the stem which was processed traditionally and semi-mechanically to produce the final product of sago flour. The processing stages are sago cutting, grating the stem, filtering the sago grater, settling to obtain sago essence, and packaging the sago flor. Sago flour is still traditional and does not have a trademark as identity and differentiator from similar products on the market.   Key words: NForest farmer group, Non timber forest product, Sago.

    Lands for Agrarian Reform is a government policy as one of the Nawacita of President Jokowidodo through the Agrarian Reform program of 9 million hectares through asset legalization schemes and land redistribution of 4.5 million hectares each. Sambabo Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency is one of the areas contained in the Indicative Map of Lands for Agrarian Reform Objects. The data collected in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. To obtain the necessary data, it is carried out through Library/Document Studies, Interviews and Observations with a total of 30 respondents, using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the conflict study investigation show that the implementation of the Land Object for Agrarian Reform is still not in accordance with what the community expects, the proposed release request and those contained in the indicative map are still very far from what the community expects. what the community expects. The lack of socialization and communication carried out by the government resulted in different perceptions by the community and the government itself. The implementation of the Land Objects for the Agrarian Reform must attend to what the community proposes, things that are basic needs to achieve what is aspired to "Well-being"

    Local wisdom is part of a society's culture which has values, norms, and is usually passed down from generation to generation through stories and knowledge that develops in society. This research aims to examine the forms of local wisdom of the Batulaya Village community in managing bamboo plants. This type of research is qualitative which uses several informants to conduct interviews with a triangulation approach. There are two sources of data used, namely primary data including information obtained directly through the respondent interview process and secondary data including journal or article references. The results of the research show that on 1 (Muharram) it is not permissible to plant bamboo, in maintaining bamboo plants there are "ussul" (Abstinence), bamboo felling cannot be done too early because there is a lot of "undu" (Dew), bamboo is used as flooring for houses because it has comfort value and is used as a traditional musical instrument
