    Service is an activity whose implementation is carried out by holding relationships, both directly and indirectly. The service referred to here is how the service process is implemented and carried out in the library of IAIN Madura to facilitate information retrieval of library materials for students, especially MPI study program students in class 2018. This is evident from the results of statistical analysis showing that the work r 0.622 is consulted with product criticism moment at the value of N = 32 with the value "r" of work is greater than the "r" table of product moment both at 95% intervals and at 99% intervals where it shows a value of 0.349.     This study aims to determine how the forecasting of banking stock performance in 2017 is measured weekly using the ARCH-GARCH method. There were 43 registered banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, but only 39 companies used as the research sample based on data completeness. The ARCH-GARCH method was used in the forecasting process. Results showed that the value of the mean absolute per cent error was 8.52% or below 10%. Therefore, the ARCH-GARCH method was quite good at predicting the performance of the banking sector. With a high level of complexity, the ARCH-GARCH method could provide a more realistic description than other methods to help investors make decisions. The banking sector tends to experience a downturn. Thus, it would be better for investors to hold back the intention to invest in banking stocks unless they are the risk-takers.     Performance comparison of one cylinder combustion engine with variations of compression pressure & octane number gasoline

    Nowadays, automobiles and motorcycles manufacturer produced more powerful and efficient engines. This engine usually has high compression pressure to achieve high performance and economic gasoline consumption. Unfortunately, only few people known that high compression engine requires high octane number gasoline. The aim of this research were to find out the differences of power & torsion output of one cylinder combustion engine which given several compression pressure variances using Pertamax & Pertamax racing gasoline. Dynamometer test has been carried out to find the performance difference of one cylinder combustion engine. The results shown that the highest compression pressure engine (11,8 Kg/cm2) using Pertamax racing gasoline (RON 100) produced highest power output at 7,8 KW with torsion output at 10 Nm. Meanwhile, the lowest compression pressure engine (10 Kg/cm2) using Pertamax gasoline (RON 92) produced lowest power output at 4,2 KW with torsion output at 3,8 Nm

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran senam lantai di SMA Sederajat se-Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisa deksriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMA Sederajat se-Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 122 siswa yang ditentukan dengan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan probability sampling yaitu random sampling, sehingga populasi yang ditentukan sebagai sampel penelitian adalah populasi yang memenuhi beberapa kriteria yang ditetapkan. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan angket serta wawancara terstruktur dengan narasumber yang berprofesi sebagai guru PJOK. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan Microsoft Excel 2010 untuk kemudian dianalis guna mendapat kesimpulan akhir penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran senam lantai di SMA Sederajat se-Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam aspek perencanaan dan pelaksanaan dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”, sedangkan dalam aspek evaluasi dikategorikan “Baik”. Sehingga, secara keseuluruh keterlaksanaan pembelajaran senam lantai di SMA Sederajat se-Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro dapat dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”, meskipun beberapa hal masih perlu diperhatikan lebih lanjut untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional.     Investigating the Determinants of Shariah-Compliant Firms Profitability in Indonesia: Does COVID-19 Play an Essential Role?

    This study aims to seek the determinants of sharia-compliant firm profitability in Indonesian JII listed companies. This study employed Data Panel regression analysis using the 12 most consistent companies who listed in the JII during the period of Q1 2015 to Q4 2020 where in total, there are 282 number of observation. The study found that both firm-internal and firm-external variabels are significant in determining firm profitability on at least one model of data panel regression. COVID-19 and GDP used to measure the impact of firm-external variables, while working capital, debt to equity ratio, and quick ratio used to determine firm-internal variable. Further studies are required to observe the longer period of COVID-19 impact on sharia-compliant firm profitability.  &nbsp

    Sintesis Nanopartikel Mangan Oksida dengan Metode Sol Gel dan Uji Aktivitas Katalitik terhadap Degradasi Zat Warna Rhodamin B

    Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang sintesis nanopartikel mangan oksida menggunakan prekursor KMnO4 dengan metode sol gel, dengan menambahkan aditif etilendiamin dan etilen glikol yang berperan sebagai agen penstabil, selanjutnya menguji aktivitas katalitik dari mangan oksida tersebut terhadap proses degradasi warna rhodamin B. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan zat aditif terhadap ukuran dan bentuk nanopartikel yang dihasilkan serta kemampuannya sebagai katalis dalam proses degradasi zat warna rhodamin B. Nanopartikel yang diperoleh, dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) dan SEM (Scanning Elektron Microscope) serta penentuan aktivitas katalitik dalam proses degradasi terhadap zat warna rhodamin B dengan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sintesis nanopartikel menggunakan aditif etilendiamin lebih baik dibandingkan dengan aditif etilen glikol karena ukuran nanopartikel berkisar antara 5,66-33,38 dalam bentuk tetragonal. Morfologi nanopartikel mangan oksida terlihat berbentuk bulat yang seragam. Nanopartikel mangan oksida hasil sintesis mampu mempercepat proses degradasi warna rhodamin B dengan persentase degradasi mencapai 85,6%. Kata kunci: Nanopartikel, Mangan Oksida , Sol gel dan Rhodamin B ABSTRACT Research has been carried out on the synthesis of manganese oxide nanoparticles using KMnO4 precursors with the sol gel method, by adding ethylenediamine and ethylene glycol additives which act as stabilizing agents, then tested the catalytic activity of the manganese oxide on the degradation process of Rhodamine B. This study aims to determine the effect of adding substances additives on the size and shape of the nanoparticles were produced and their ability as catalysts in the degradation process of Rhodamin B. Nanoparticles were obtained, characterized using XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)and SEM (Scanning Elektron Microscope)and determination of catalytic activity in the degradation process of rhodamine B dyes with UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that the synthesis of nanoparticles using ethylenediamine additives was better than ethylene glycol additives because the size of the nanoparticles ranged from 5.66 to 33.38 in the tetragonal form. The morphology of manganese oxide nanoparticles looks uniform in shape. Manganese oxide nanoparticles can accelerate the degradation process of Rhodamin B with a percentage of degradation reaching 85.6%. Keywords: Nanoparticles, Manganese Oxide, Sol gel and Rhodamin
