    The Decision To Borrow From ā€œBank Thithilā€ (Case In The Society of Kopeng Village, Semarang Regency)

    The paper aims to describe the proļ¬le of bank thithilā€™s customers and the bank thithils themselves. It also aims to analyze the motives, the causes of the decision to borrow money from bank thithils repeatedly, and the role of social capitals in the decision to borrow money from bank thithils. The method used in the research is qualitative research with open interviews. The mechanical determination with informants criteria by the researcher is tested by triangulation. The data are analyzed using interactive models of Miles and Huberman. The research shows that 36.36% of bank thithil customers are small-sized traders, 54.55% hotel labors, and 9.09% inn owners. Bank thithils are not Kopeng villagers. The non-economic motives include attractedness to bank thithilā€™s loan. The factors that cause the loan in bank thithil to last repeatedly are: consumptive characteristic of the people, bank thithilā€™s agressiveness, and provision of new loans when the customer fails to repay their debts. The role of social capitals are very strong in the decision made to borrow some money from bank thithils. These social capitals act as an adhesive, bridges, and lubricants of bank thithil loan bussines. Social capitals have given negative impacts on society in a longer term because these make it harder for the people in Kopeng village to set themselves free from debts in the bank thithils.     Keywords: Bank thithil, Credit, Motive, Social Capita

    Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah 2 Borobudur, Magelang, merupakan sekolah kejuruan dengan fokus program studi Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) dan Teknik Pemeliharaan Mekanik Industri (TPMI). Sekolah yang sudah terakreditasi A ini mempunyai 512 siswa dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 43 orang pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Pengklasifikasian guru berdsarkan mata pelajaran yang diampu.Guru Bahasa Inggris diklasifikasikan dalam Guru Umum. Terkait dengan pengajaran bahasa Inggris, sekolah ini mengacu pada kurikulum 2013. Dalam kurikulum 2013, silabus yang tertulis masih bersifat umum. Jika ditilik dengan kebutuhan siswa SMK teknik yang membutuhkan acuan yang lebih fokus, maka perlu adanya pembenahan syllabus dan bahan ajar. Siswa SMK teknik membutuhkan genre atau karakter materi yang berbeda dengan siswa SMU/MA. Materi yang bisa ditawarkan kepada siswa SMK hendaklah bersifat teknis, yang disesuaikan dengan jurusan masingmasing. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah berupa bahan ajar sebagai pelengkap buku utama yang digunakan oleh SMK yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 khusus untuk kelas XIIyaitu jurusan teknik mesin. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan buku ajar masih sangat diperlukan untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Hal ini dikarenakan kurikulum SMK masih disamakan dengan kurikulum SMA. Pada Kenyataannya, kebutuhan siswa SMK sangatlah berbeda dengan kebutuhan siswa SMA. Siswa SMK lebih membutuhkan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan kosa kata teknis dan bahasa komunikatif yang diperlukan ditempat kerja

    Berdasarkan observasi pendahuluan kepada dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang mengungkapkan beberapa hal yang menurut mereka menjadi hambatan dalam melakukan kinerja penelitian diantaranya adalah batas waktu yang diberikan terlalu sempit sehingga mereka sering melakukan pekerjaan lembur untuk mengejar pencairan dana pengabdian dan penelitian. Kemunculan SIPP (Sistem Informas Penelitian dan Pengabdian) diharapkan memudahkan bagi para dosen untuk melaksankan kinerja penelitian. Dari fenomena tersebut, maka sangat menarik untuk dilhat bagaimana kesiapan belajar dosen terhadap SIPP berbasis pada model TAM (Technolgy Acceptance Model) dan kualitas layanan Gugus Penelitian dan Pengabdian. Satuan unit analisis peneliti, reviewer, dan operator, yang diambil sampel berdasarkan simple random sampling dan dianalisis deskriptif kemudian dimaknai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ternyata dari kesiapan belajar dilihat dari persepsi daya guna memiliki kategori yang tinggi, sementara resiko yang dirasakan ketika beradaptasi sedang, sedangkan kemudahan dalam pemanfaatan juga tinggi. Hal tersebut memberikan makna bahwa SIPP tersebut dapat dipelajari oleh dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dari kebijakan Fakultas untuk lebih mempermudah menu di sistem agar tidak menjadikan hambatan bagi para dosen

    The purposes of this study are to analyze the form of activities of entrepreneural spirit implementation in the productive manufacturing practice learning activities at SMK PIKA Semarang. The type of the study was a descriptive qualitative. The informants were the Head of Workshop Education, the productive teachers, and the students. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. To validate the data, the study used source triangulation. The data analysis technique was done with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the data show that the implementation of entrepreneurial spirit performed well on all six stages of work, although not all of the characters were implemented well in every each stage.At the stage of tools introduction, there are implemention of confidence character, task and result activities oriented, dare to take risk character , and future oriented character. At the stage of work planning, there are implementation of confidence character, task and result activities oriented, dare to take risk character, leadership, future oriented character, and originality character.     PENGARUH MINAT KEJURUAN, PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI, DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kejurun, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo yang berjumlah 443 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 64,2%. Secara parsial minat kejuruan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 14,06%. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 10,69%, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 11,49%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran yang diberikan siswa sebaiknya lebih mempersiapkan dirinya untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena semakin tinggi persaingan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Pihak sekolah supaya memperbaiki kualitas praktik kerja industri agar dapat meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa. Pihak guru agar memberikan konseling dan motivasi kepada siswa supaya siswa menjadi semakin yakin dan percaya diri akan kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga lebih siap ketika dalam memasuki dunia kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy to the studentsā€™ readiness to work either simultaneously or partially. The Population in this research was 443 students of grade XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo and 82 students chosen as the samples. This research is a quantitative research. Data questionnaires was used for collecting the data, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy affect studentsā€™ work readiness amounted to 64.2%. Partially, vocational interest affected work readiness amounted to 14.06%, industrial work practices affected work readiness amounted to 10.69%, and self-efficacy affected work readiness amounted to 11.49%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that vocational interest, industrial work practice, and self-efficacy have an effect on work readiness either simultaneously or partially. Suggestions addressed to the students is they should prepare themselves to embrace higher competition atmospheres in workplaces. Then the school should improve the quality of industrial work practices in order to improve studentā€™s work readiness. The Teachers also need to provide counseling and motivation for students so that the students become more confident and they will be more ready in facing the world of work

    A good management is the most important factor for the success of cooperatives. Koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti is older than Kudus other cooperatives,is the second largest cooperative in Kudus. In conducting activities or work programs it uses own capital. A management able to the members through management elements (meetings among members, managers and supervisors) and management functions of cooperatives (planning, organizing, directing and supervising)to realize the expectations of its members can make members feel satisfied. Further it impacts on the increase of members participation.The aim of research know the management elements and functions of Koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti.The approach used was qualitative research with a descriptive method. The process of collecting data was done by observations,interviews and documentations. Data analysis techniques used in this study were:1)data collection;2)data reduction;3)data presentation;4)drawing conclusion/verifications. The results obtained in this study is cooperative management elements have been running well in accordance with the duties and responsibilities,then the cooperative management functions that include planning, organizing, directing and supervising applied at Koperasi Karyawan Krisna Mukti have also been running in accordance with the stages of management towards its members, so it can improve the membersā€™ welfare.Based on the Koperasi Karyawan Krisna Mukti should hold a socialization about cooperativeā€™s managements and work programs to the employees and the members of cooperative. For further research, they can develop this research by studying or adding other research focus which such as other management elements should be studied

This field study using qualitative descriptive analysis method that aims to find out how the education financing process management in MA.Financing management in MA started with planning, record-keeping, supervision and financial accountability. In the process of financial planning or preparation of RAPBM (plant income and expenditure madrasah ) has been done systematically and using the principle of effective and efficient.Documents in financial record-keeping in MA as the cash book, receipt book, cash helper salaries, associate book bank, and the financial statements has been able to explain the financial conditions that exist in MA.The process of surveillance in MA using RAPBM as the standard, the supervision carried out by the head internally madrasah, while surveillance external conducted by Government and foundations.Financial accountability reports compiled by the head of the madrasa and Treasurer of the madrasa. Financial accountability report was compiled to the Government every three months, while financial accountability reports to the Foundation of laid out at the end of the year

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara praktik kerja lapangan, lingkungan keluarga, akses informasi, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi,dan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara praktik kerja lapangan, lingkungan keluarga, akses informasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK sebesar 75,2%. Secara parsial menunjukkan, ada pengaruh signifikan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 10,30%, ada pengaruh signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 8,52%, ada pengaruh signifikan akses informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 21,16% dan ada pengaruh signifikan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 5,24%. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya praktik kerja lapangan selama tiga bulan digunakan siswa sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja serta memperbanyak pengalaman diluar sekolah untuk meningkatkan keyakinan diri memasuki dunia kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine wheter there is a simultaneous or partial influences beetween field work practices, family environment, acces to information, and self-efficacy to the work readiness of XII grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Jepara in 2018/2019 school year. Data collection methods were interview, documentation acces, and quwstionanaire. Data analysis techniques used desciptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive effect between field work practices, family environment, acces to information and self efficacy to the readiness of vocational studens by 75,2 %. Partially, there is a significant effect of field work practices on the student work readiness of 10,30%, there is a significant influence on family work readiness of 8,52%, there is a significant influence of information acces to student work readiness of 21,16% and there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on student job readiness of 5,24%. Suggestions from this research are: the practice of field work for three months is used by students as provisions to enter work and to increase experience outside of school to increase sefl-confidence in entering the work

    Learning difficulty in economics subject is a problem which faced by students of class XI of social science in SMAN 1 Ngemplak in the academic year of 2016/2017. The aims of this research is to determine it factors and how big those factors influence. This study was conducted on students of class XI of social science in SMAN 1 Ngemplak in the academic year of 2016/2017 with the total sample of 114 students. This research was used questionnaire and the analytical technique used is factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of factor analysis shows that there are three factors formed, namely school factor, psychological factors, and physical condition with the each contribution of 29,477%, 24,350%, and 12,669%. That three factors simultaneously have a negative effect on learning difficulties. The coefficient of determination of the three factors is 64,4%, which means that 64,4% is explained by school factor, psychological factor, and physical condition and the rest equal to 35,6% explained by other factors. Each factor partially also negatively affect the learning. The conclusion is there are three factors which become the cause of difficulty of economics lesson in students of class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Ngemplak, they are school factor, psychological factor, and physical condition with negative influence. It is suggested for all parties who have contributed in the learning process should pay attention and improve school factor, psychological factor and physical condition so that student learning difficulties are reduced, especially for school factors that have the greatest contribution in it
