    ABSTRACT Government continue to try to improve level health of society through various developed program. Behavior of society represent one of the level determinant health of society. This Research aim to know various indisposed behavior which done by Countryside society of Karanggintung District Sumbang of Sub-Province of Banyumas. This type research is research of observasional with method survey and this research have the character of analytic descriptive, that is research elaborating and diging how a phenomenon happened. Population at this research is all citizen residing in or residing in Countryside of Karanggintung  District Sumbang of Sub-Province of Banyumas counted 1.080 family head occupying house counted 973. Because research location do not too wide of, hence all population made as research sampel. Thereby this research is research of population. Data collecting done by observation or perception at research location. From result of research concluded as indisposed behavior which still done by Countryside society of Karanggintung District Sumbang of Sub-Province of Banyumas, covering: (1) take a bath, cleaning clothes and clean appliances/ housewares of household in river, (2) defecating, throwing away garbage and throw away family waste to river, (3) still many under the way house and look after livestock close to house, even include livestock into house, and (4) still many lawn or location which do not maintained (to be growed by crop no advantage, bamboo trees, big trees don't maintained, etc.), less grave location maintained, dirty gangways and growed by many grass, and also dirty street shoulders because grass and garbage) Keyword: Indisposed life pattern, Public health.     DOCTOR’S COMPLIANCE TO CLINICAL PATHWAY OF ISCHAEMIC STROKE: A CASE OF PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN INDONESIA

    Abstract. Clinical Pathways (CP) is a complex, multidisciplinary and integrated service planning concept based on the best clinical practice for a group of patients with a specific diagnosis in accordance with Evidence Based Medicine. CP is a disease management tool that is widely used in hospitals, a relatively new field in health services. Evaluation of CP after implementation is an important step to assess hospital management performance. The positive effect of the CPimplemention is to reduce medical costs, Length of Stay (LOS) significantly, and variations in services that are not needed; improve patient satisfaction and quality of care. The Effectiveness of CP will be maximized, if there are organizational support, commitment and compliance from the doctor to the implementation of CP in stroke management. The aim of this article was to analyze the commitment and perceptions of doctors on organizational support and the level of doctor’s compliance with the implementation of CP. This study uses a quantitative method, carried out inpatients unit ofprivate hospital in Indonesia,  with the data sample of 27 CPsinpatientswith Ischemic Stroke during 2018 and the respondents were 10 doctorswho provide medical care to inpatients with IS. Data collection using form instruments of CP ISto obtain LOS and complications; organizational support and commitment is obtained using a questionnaire. Data analysis with univariate analysis for descriptive statistics of each variable (commitment, organizational support, LOS, complications). The results of the statistical analysis showed that the doctor's commitment to the implementation of CP was 71.9%, the doctor's perception of organizational support in implementing CP was 67.67%; doctor's adherence to CP implementation based on the accuracy of LOS in IS cases without variants was 100%, based on the accuracy of laboratory examinations was 100%, based on the accuracy of radiological examination (head CT scan non contrast) was 91.3%. The average LOS was 3.93 days, maximum LOS: 8 days which is 1 patient. 4 patients with variants (complications). The cost of inpatient BPJS compared to INA CBGs rates is overcost of 33.3%.Keywords: Clinical Pathways, doctor’s compliance, commitment, organizational support

    Application of Electronic Medical Records as an Effort to Improve Health Services at RSGM Unsoed

    The use of technology at this time is very much needed, one of which is in the health sector in order to improve services. The hospital as an institution that stores so much data also require correct and accurate data processing that can be presented in such a way as a report so that it needs an application of technology, although previously the report was processed manually but there were quite a lot of lack in its implementation. RSGM Unsoed currently used manual medical records and electronic medical records in supporting services, because it is something new, RME still needs to be evaluated again whether there are still some lack that can be corrected so that the implementation of RME can be effectively developed and maximized. The main focus of research is directed at the relationship between the human aspect, the technological aspect, and the benefits generated by the system. Thepurpose of this research is to know the implementation of RME at RSGM Unsoed which has just been implemented so that it can be effective and useful. This type of research is analytical research with a quantitative approach. Total research respondents amounted to 40 people. The data collection method used in this study was an interview with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by doing a test using SPSS.     KEWASPADAAN UNIVERSAL PELAYANAN KESEHATAN GIGI DI PUSKESMAS SE-KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

    ABSTRACT In the past last years, universal precaution have been introduced by The Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia. The sosialization of  universal precaution were function as an efforts on blood and body fluids infection control. Dental treatment procedures may cause any blood and body fluids that enable become an infecting agent. This research purpose was to determine the application of universal precaution on dental treatment prosedures in the public health center (Puskesmas) in the regency of Banyumas as an efforts on blood and body fluids infection control. This is a descriptive survey research. Sample in this research were total of the population constitude 39 public health center in the regency of Banyumas. The method used to collect data was interview with questionnaire sheets. An univariate analysis was used to analyze all data by SPSS computer program version 16 for windows. The result of this research shows 25,6% of dental polyclinic at public health center in the regency of Banyumas were categorized  as good in management of the needle or sharp applience perfectly. 38,5 % of dental polyclinic at public health center in the regency of Banyumas decontaminate all health appliances. 59 % of dental polyclinic at public health center in the regency of Banyumas were categorized as good in hand washing to prevent the cross infection. The application of perfect protection for blood exposure was 0%. 87,2% of  dental polyclinic at public health center in the regency of Banyumas do waste disposal properly and safety.     Utilization of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) at RSGM UNSOED

    The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the paradigm of health. Health care facilities, especially hospitals, must be able to adapt and adapt in order to continue to provide quality services for patients, the use of health technology is growing rapidly in the midst of a pandemic. The use of an electronic hospital management system at RSGM Unsoed is an effort to guarantee the quality of health services in hospitals by applying technology in the health sector. This study aims to determine the utilization of the RSGM Unsoed hospital management information system through the attitude of hospital staff in using SIMRS. The population studied were hospital staff who used the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) RSGM Unsoed. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling approach, namely by purposive sampling. The data used are sourced from primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative research with data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The theory used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived convenience had a significant effect on the attitudes of hospital management information system users to hospital staff.Keywords: Quality, hospital management system information, technology acceptance model (TAM), health care, dental and oral hospital

    Safety Perceptions Analisys of Adherence to the Use of Personal protective Equipment (PPE) for Professional Students at RSGM Unsoed Purwokerto

    Compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is one of the controls to avoid the danger of infection due to work accidents. Behavior can be influenced by individual beliefs or perceptions to take an action, this is in accordance with the concept of the health belief model which states the relationship between beliefs and health behavior. Compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at Unsoed Dental Hospital was not in accordance with the quality indicator standard, which was 88.4% based on the results of the infection prevention and control team reporting. This study aims to analyze safety perceptions of adherence to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for professional students at RSGM Unsoed Purwokerto. The research method is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research population was all active professional students using simple random sampling. Data is collected using a questionnaire and data analysis is conducted with Moderating Regression Analysis in the SPSS program. The results showed that there was a relationship between perceptions of susceptibility, severity, benefits, and coes to action on compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for professional students at RSGM Unsoed.Keyword: Perception, Health Belief Model, Compliance, Personal Protective Equipmen
