The transition from analog to digital broadcasting offers significant changes. Digitaltechnology and the convergence of the various digital media will introduce many more optionsbesides the traditional one-to-many form of communication that we understand by “television”today, even the new business model. Research of the business model is important to make thetransition more efficient. This study used a socio-technical perspective to investigate the complexrelations between the social and technical aspects of digital braodcasting, diversity, andinterface between different driving forces and policy. Socio-technical approach was used to seekthe inter-relations among technonologycal subsystem (infrastructure, equipment, service andapplications), social subsystem (market, users and industry) and environment subsystem (regulationsand policy). Focus group discussion, consultancy, questionnaire and policy study wasused in data collection. This research founded that business model has considered to supportthe local economic that giving impact on television advertising resources. On the other hand,TVRI has to developed their business model based on public station as institutions that answerand providing the demand of the audiens. The Correlation Between Body Fat Percentage and Peak Expiratory Flow in Children Aged 10-12 Years at SD Negeri 8 Dauh Puri

Background: The accumulation of fat decreases lung function. Peak expiratory flow is an indicator for assessing pulmonary function and can be used to identify the narrowing or obstruction of the airway. This study aimed to examine the correlation between body fat percentage and peak expiratory flow in children aged 10-12 years.Methods: This study was an analytical study with a cross-sectional design carried out in March 2019 at SD Negeri 8 Dauh Puri, Denpasar. Sampling was done by simple random sampling, and 84 samples were recruited who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Body fat percentage was measured using Bioelectric Impedance Analysis, while peak expiratory flow was measured using Peak Flow Meters. Data analysis was done using the Pearson Correlation test..Result: The Pearson Correlation Test showed a negative weak correlation between the percentage of body fat and peak expiratory flow with p=0.009 and a correlation coefficient of -0.284. It can be interpreted that the higher the body fat percentage, the higher the value of peak expiratory flow.Conclusion : There is a significant correlation between body fat percentage and peak expiratory flow in children aged 10-12 years at SD Negeri 8 Dauh Puri

The paradigm of the arts education in the future must be able to apply various approaches where learners can cultivate their views and tolerant attitude towards the cultural diversity in Indonesia. The arts education is expected to be a compulsory course in universities so that the students have sensitive, aesthetic, creative and innovative attitude as well as adaptive character to any change and good ethics in expressing their creativities. It is not just an education generated only for the sake of art competition but must become a daily necessity. In facing the globalization phenomenon, the arts education is made to utilize multicultural approach which can be accepted by various circles of society. The arts educa- tion with a multicultural approach should have flexibility and rely on the ability of the learners and the socio-cultural conditions of the local society.
