    Strategi Metakognisi Pembelajar Anak dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Sekolah Dasar

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji penggunaan strategi metakognitif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia (PBI) siswa SD yang meliputi (1) intensitas penggunaan strategi metakognitif pembelajar anak; (2) interkorelasi antara strategi metakognitif dalam belajar keempat keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia; dan (3) pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap penggunaan strategi metakognitif dalam belajar bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, korelasional, dan ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SD di Kota dan Kabupaten Malang dengan teknik penyampelan cluster sampling yang berjenjang. Data dikumpulan lewat teknik keusioner dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif, korelasional, dan oneway anova. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh temuan (1) siswa SD menggunakan strategi metakognitif dengan intensitas rendah dengan rata-rata penggunaan di bawah skala 2,45; (2) penggunaan strategi metakognitif dalam belajar keempat keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia saling berinterkorelasi satu dengan lain (r= 0,980, p<0,01); dan (3) terdapat pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap penggunaan strategi metakognitif (sig=0.00, THE CHILDREN'S METACOGNITIVE STRATEGIES IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

    Keefektifan Aplikasi Podcast Spotify dalam Pembelajaran Keterampilan Menyimak pada Siswa Kelas X SMA PGRI Larangan

    Learning media is needed by teachers so that students can receive information or messages well. The Spotify application used is a podcast for listening skills in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Spotify podcast application as a medium for learning listening skills for students in the X grade of PGRI Prohibition High School. The research method used is the qualitative and quantitative mixture method. The bound variable is PGRI Prohibition High School X class students. Data collection techniques through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of the study on the learning medium in the form of podcast application Spotify obtained four answer indicators, namely (1) strongly agree obtained a score of 203, (2) agree obtained a score of 373, (3) disagree got a score of 37, and (4) strongly disagree got a score of 6. Therefore, this application is worth using when learning listening skills in the classroom.Media pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru supaya siswa dapat menerima informasi atau pesan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian pada media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi podcast spotify diperoleh empat indikator jawaban, yaitu (1) sangat setuju diperoleh skor 203, (2) setuju diperoleh skor 373, (3) tidak setuju mendapatkan skor 37, dan (4) sangat tidak setuju mendapat skor 6. Maka dari itu aplikasi ini layak digunakan pada saat pembelajaran keterampilan menyimak di kelas

    Implementasi E-Modul Berbasis Exe Learning pada Materi Puisi untuk Siswa Kelas VII MTs Sunan Kalijaga

    Learning media is a process that must exist to develop learning models in the independent curriculum, it is known that in class VII MTs Sunan Kalijaga, the learning media used are quite diverse, but the information technology facilities provided are not utilized properly, so teachers continue to make efforts to be able to utilize information technology in an appropriate manner. One of the Indonesian language teachers' efforts is to implement e-modules based on Exe Learning, so the aim of this research is to be able to describe how to implement the use of e-modules based on Exe Learning on poetry material as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this learning media when implemented. This research model uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this research show that this Exe Learning based e-module is considered very effective because the use of this Exe Learning based e-module has several benefits for students and teachers and can increase students' interest, creativity and learning motivation as well as improve student learning outcomes when carried out. test on poetry material. However, this application has several shortcomings which must also be developed further, namely that it must be used on a PC or laptop, making it difficult to access by students who do not have laptops/PCs outside of schoolMedia pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses yang harus ada untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka, diketahui bahwa pada kelas VII MTs Sunan Kalijaga media pembelajaran yang digunak sudah cukup beragam, namun untuk pemanfaatan sarana teknologi informasi yang disediakan kurang dimanfaatkan dengan baik, sehingga guru terus melakukan upaya untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan tepat sasaran. Salah satu upaya guru bahasa Indonesia yakni dengan penerapan e-modul berbasis Exe Learning, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk dapat mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi penggunaan e-modul berbasis Exe Learning pada materi puisi serta kelebihan dan kekurangan media pembelajaran ini pada saat di implementasikan. Model dari penelitian ini yakni metode kualitatif deskripif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa E-modul berbasis Exe Learning ini ianggap sangat efektif karena penggunaan e-modul berbasis Exe Learning ini memiliki beberapa manfaat untuk siswa dan guru serta dapat meningkatkan minat, kreatifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa serta meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa pada saat dilakukannya tes tentang materi puisi. Namun aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan yang juga harus dikembangkan selanjutnya yakni penggunaan yang harus dengan pc atau laptop sehingga sulit diakses oleh siswa yang tidak memiliki laptop/pc diluar sekolah

    This study aimed to describe the form of Javanese ethics of life in Ki Padmasusastra's Serat Kandha Bumi. Life ethics contains an attitude of life in which there is an attitude of harmony and respect. The life ethics referred to are all Javanese orientations to achieve goals in life as well as in interacting with other humans. Meanwhile, the Javanese referred to are figures in Serat Kandha Bumi whose orientation in life and in their daily lives cannot be separated from elements of Javanese ethics. The method used to reveal the Javanese ethics of life in Serat Kondha Bumi is qualitative. The resulting data is in the form of words; phrase; sentence; and paragraph. The data were obtained from text descriptions in Serat Kondha Bumi which explain the attitudes of Javanese in the form of dialogue, monologue and narration. The theory used is literary sociology with a focus on the ethics of Javanese life. The results of this study are Javanese life ethics in religion which includes pracaya and mituhu attitudes, Javanese life ethics with oneself includes a rila (real) attitude and sabar (patience), and Javanese life ethics in social life including ethok-ethok (dissimulating), wedi (eeriness), and sungkan (hesitate)

    A comprehensive review on pre-university student essay writing: Issues and recommendations

    The purpose of this comprehensive review is to discuss the issues that pre-university students often face when writing essays and to propose an alternative approach to implementing the teaching of essay writing such as the use of thinking maps. The focus of this study is to look at the writing status of pre-university in Malaysia as well as the suggestions proposed by researchers through the articles highlighted. Highlights of the study found that one of the key issues that hindered pre-university students from writing essays was the failure of students to master the writing skills and the choice of teacher teaching strategies. In addition, it also indicated that both of these issues have caused students failure to perform well in essay writing. The study also suggests the use of thinking maps in the teaching and learning process of writing essays. Thinking maps are also effective in helping and enhancing students ‘achievement in essay writing. The implications of the study indicate that pre-university students are facing difficulty in producing high-quality essays and that the use of thinking maps can be used as support materials to help students write good essays

    This study aims to investigate the profile of the Indonesian language learning strategies that elementary school students use in terms of types, intercorrelations, and effects on learning outcomes. This was a correlational study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistics to obtain the means representing the learning strategies and the inferential statistics consisting of the correlation to find out the intercorrelations of learning strategy categories and the linear regression to find out contributions of learning strategies to learning outcomes. The results show that: (1) the six learning strategies are frequently used with a mean of 3.69, (2) they are significantly interrelated, and (3) they give significant contributions to the language mastery attainment with F 4.552 (p < .000)

    This study aims to describe characteristics of child speakers’ communication strategies in their interaction with a variety of interlocutors in a diglossic society. This study was a longitudinal study involving subjects aged 2 – 5 years. The data were collected through observations, recording with an electronic recorder, and field note cards. The data were analyzed using the performance analysis technique. The findings show that characteristics of child speakers’ communication strategies in their interaction with a variety of interlocutors in a diglossic society appear in the types and type variations, causes, and functions of the use in the process of naturally acquiring the pragmatic competence

    This study aimed to describe the use of children’s stories as media to improve Indonesian language skills of Year 5 elementary school students. This study was an action research study employing the qualitative approach. The design was based on the procedure proposed by Kemmis and McTaggart (1988), consisting of plan, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects comprised teachers and students of SDN Gadang I Malang. The results showed that the learning model using children’s stories in the Indonesian language learning was capable of improving Indonesian language skills of Year 5 elementary school students. This was shown by both their spoken and written performances
